"The manager of this restaurant is extremely rude. Hopeless service by the delivery staff. Twice my order was not delivered and the restaurant manager is very rude to admit that. He said its delivered and he cant help me with anything. Upfront on my face he denied the failed delivery. He says the delivery guy has a foto and video but when i asked to show me, he refused. I was wrongly charged twice and the fraudulent rude behavior of the store manager is even more disgusting and annoying. Never going to order again from this place."

"The food was excellent and the drinks were generous in size, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our group of 25 people had 3 tables that were adequate for us to sit at and chat, but we were not allowed to move or switch seats, which was inconvenient. Guests who arrived late were not allowed to join us at our tables and were instead sent to the bar area, which we found unacceptable. We were also told that the bill would be split evenly among the tables, but later discovered that food from one table had been added to another table's bill, causing confusion during payment. The staff spoke rudely to some of our guests when they tried to join full tables, instructing them to sit at an empty table instead. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future."

We were told each table would receive a separate bill, but then one table's food was added to another, making payment more difficult. The person in charge spoke rudely to our guests when they tried to switch tables, and ultimately combined two tables' bills despite telling us not to swap. We will not be returning to this restaurant due to the uncomfortable experience and rude treatment we received."

"Ordered the Full Vegan Breakfast and my partner ordered the Vegan Stack. Both were very dry and the toast was not "buttered" and the baked bean portion was tiny so that the bread could not make softer or less dry. The sausages were also a bit dry and tasteless. "This is the original and always been the best kebab shop in Aberdeen. Been going there since 1983, 84 i think when it opened. Used many times in my younger days after being suitably refreshed out in the town. It is and always will be the only kebab shop i will use. Ordering online is great and delivery is fast. The doner bursa is my favourite and no one can do it better."

"on Friday the sun is immersed here and we have tied a fished, we have a table fast as I think most people were stunned themselves. the retention point was approx. 3/4 full. the service was very fast our 2 fish chips came along with brotbutter with 2 pots tee, within 5/10 minutes. the fish was a great great part, not served their une tiddler or half portions at another place. "This place was a big let down i think all the five star reviews are from people who don't know how good vegan food tastes like. Also they seem not to know how to keep things stocked, over the course of the evening i've heard no less than five times they ran out of one thing or another. Even the beer i asked about, i was told they haven't had that in months?? This restaurant is what happens when trendiness is more important than food quality not to mention the small portions my partner and I had to order three mains and a starter and we still ended up leaving not full. Our first mains we shared, it was a mexican dish and they included FOUR WHOLE tortilla chips for the entire bowl. four... we went through all four in a minute or two and still had a bit left in the bowl, so we asked if we could perhaps get some more, but the waitress proceeded to lose the sense of urgency and by the time she had finished taking someone else's order, we had already finished the plate. one of the cocktails had a very peculiar aftertaste, the desert wasn't all that, tasted like a sponge (was supposed to be cheesecake) and the hot chocolate was rubbish too (seriously how can you screw that up? oh right, vegan cream).. this is what happens when you try to imitate non vegan dishes as vegan things, just why? and then we ended up getting the bill and it was a bit of a shock how much was spent for how little we received. someone's really trying to cashing in on the vegan crazy really just one disappointment after another, i won't consider coming back to this place nor recommending it to anyone else."

"Been going to The Moody Mare for many years now and last nights food was very disappointing. Garlic bread was soggy, not crisp as it should be. A weak Pimms arrived with no fruit except a lime. The scotch egg was inedible. The yolk was solid, white very firm and the meat part had a very strange taste. It didn't taste, feel or look fresh. I couldn't eat it! Even my rustic chips didn't taste nice. I normally don't leave food so for me to eat about 5% speaks volumes. Our server was very professional, attentive and friendly, as were the other staff. No complaints there. I've always recommended this place to friends and family but for now, I shall not be returning. I am hoping it's a one off!"

"I placed an order through Just Eat that had some issues. When I called Scoop and Smile to inform them of the problem and inquire about placing a new order, they attempted to charge me again for the same food at a much higher price than the original order. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back with a solution but never did. Furthermore, they disconnected their phone lines so I couldn't follow up. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing and rude. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I give it 1 star, reluctantly."

"Went for dinner with my wife, son and daughter over the weekend and we had a very good experience. Luckily we booked a table, because restaurant was really busy. Setting is quite basic, but really nice and attractive. Staff very friendly and attentive, very willing...to recommend dishes and make your stay a good experience. We were four adults and ordered the shack stack which is basically a large selection of seafood. It included some oysters, but because they were really good, we ordered more. Food was tasty, well prepared, well served, and you could tell that was fresh, really fresh. Really a great experience. Very positive surprise. A restaurant on my list to return on my next trip to Falmouth."

"The Percy Arms offers delicious and satisfying food at a great value. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always been impressed by the quality of food, service, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, as one would expect in Northumberland. The only downside was the high price of the desserts, at £8 each. It may be more reasonable to have individual prices for desserts. Thank you for a lovely dining experience."
