Usually never have any issues and love baskins but came in today and they gave me the wrong sauce. It was awful and I couldn’t eat any of the ice cream. Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed until I got home so couldn’t take it back

A HUGE selection of multi coloured crazy looking ice creams, sorbets frozen yoghurt. I personally had the banoffee caramel candy with hot toffee sauce, very rich but very nice especially for those who like things on the sweeter side.

I'm not sure what's going on with the portion sizes lately, but the last few times I've been they have been disappointingly small. It seems to depend on who is serving you, but this should be addressed as it's unacceptable. It's a joke! View menu

Baskin Robbins has always been our family favourite treat, however tonight's experience was far from ideal. Clearly there was a new member of staff that did not know how to scoop ice cream. Get the training up to speed before letting the newbie loose on the public please :

We came here on Saturday night. It’s always tricky to get parked, but it’s definitely worth the effort. The ice cream is delicious. The service is good. The size of scoop was good. The prices are quite steep £2.55 for one scoop). It it’s worth it. Can’t wait to come back again soon.
