"Tried the strawberry Nutella crêpe at Scoops n Treats and it was genuinely one of the highlights of my day. The crêpe itself was soft, warm, and just the right kind of buttery — not too thick, not too thin. They didn’t skimp on the Nutella either; it was generously spread, perfectly melted, and paired so well with the fresh, juicy strawberries. Every bite had a great balance of sweetness and texture. "The food was excellent and the drinks were generous in size, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our group of 25 people had 3 tables that were adequate for us to sit at and chat, but we were not allowed to move or switch seats, which was inconvenient. Guests who arrived late were not allowed to join us at our tables and were instead sent to the bar area, which we found unacceptable. We were also told that the bill would be split evenly among the tables, but later discovered that food from one table had been added to another table's bill, causing confusion during payment. The staff spoke rudely to some of our guests when they tried to join full tables, instructing them to sit at an empty table instead. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"I ordered the Full Vegan breakfast while my partner ordered the Vegan Stack. Unfortunately, both dishes were very dry and bland. The toast was not buttered and the portion of baked beans was too small to make the bread softer. The sausages were also dry and tasteless. I had a flat white with soya milk, for which they charged extra. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and service and do not plan on returning."

After a few seconds, you've already made a £10 order and it's on its way for delivery. Have you ever experienced this feeling? Well, Baskin Robbins is fantastic, offering a wide variety of flavors from the classic vanilla and strawberry to the indulgent American Dream Biscoff Delight. It may be a bit pricey, but you do receive a generous serving. I even tried their new Marshmallow sauce, which came in a warm dipping pot and tasted incredible, like melted marshmallow. I will definitely be ordering from them again!"

"Just had lunch for four at Amore on Alexander Parade in Dennistoun, Glasgow. The food was okay, but the waiter, who I believe was named Manni, was extremely rude. We received a voucher for Amore as a gift, which we tried to use when the bill came. Manni informed us abruptly that the voucher was only valid for the Glasgow City center branch, not this restaurant. While this policy is understandable, his manner of dealing with us was disgraceful. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude as we were leaving, but he just smiled and said goodbye without apologizing or acknowledging his behavior. We will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this establishment due to its truly shocking customer service."

"we only had a great experience at farmacy tonight! the most important courses we had, creamy coconut curry and falafel waffel, were perfectly prepared and presented, tasted amazing and had just the right portion size not too big and not too small. the chocolate brownie sundae was a perfect dessert, great for sharing with a loved one. the alkaline booster smoothie and digestive soothers were wonderful companions at the mealtimes. the atmosphere in the restaurant was pulsating and very friendly, and the staff had a special radiance to the maître d' rudy, which was super sweet and helpful. we will definitely be back when we are in town, it is the best restaurant experience we had in london!"

It was my partners birthday, and I asked for a few extras, and it was sorted... the service is of very high standard, friendly, professional, and helpful. The restaurant is reeeeally nice!! "I placed an order through Just Eat that had some issues. When I called Scoop and Smile to inform them of the problem and inquire about placing a new order, they attempted to charge me again for the same food at a much higher price than the original order. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back with a solution but never did. Furthermore, they disconnected their phone lines so I couldn't follow up. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing and rude. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I give it 1 star, reluctantly."
