"We visited on NYE around 6.30pm after seeing a show, you can’t book so wasn’t sure if there would be a long wait. We were seated immediately the staff were helpful and attentive and the food came quickly. We had burgers, sides and shakes all of which were very good. My children are 8 and 9 and ordered from the children’s menu the portion sizes were more than adequate and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back!"

"our goal was to go flat iron, but after they gave us hours waiting time, we decided to try our change at the opposite door byron. we do not regret it. less waiting time, friendly and helpful staff. one of us tried classic burgers and the other tried cheeseburger. teller were satisfied and delicious. as dessert I tried chocolate brownie and it was delicious."

I fought late lunch for my birthday with the family. my daughters have always swung over the burgers, so I thought I would try something else than I am not a huge burger fan in that. you have to say it was **** beautiful! I had the byron burger with a side of sweet potato and courgette frits. I couldn't decide between the 2 so that they let me share the half of each in one the staff was beautiful and our waitress was great. she gave me very kindly the most tasty free warm brownie with dark chocolate drizzled over it and a good doll delicious ice cream as it was my birthday. would definitely go back there and recommend friends"

"Having regularly eaten at The Talisman for the last 6 years I was really disappointed with my experience this time, the service was quite poor, drinks were wrong, waitress seemed to have difficulty in understanding us , we were never offered desserts even half an hour after finishing our meal and had to ask for the dessert menu when we were offered coffee. The waitress just was not very attentive, we often ran out of drinks and werent offered more. The chocolate fondue dessert was awful, watery chocolate is not a fondue! Worst experience i've had here. Will not be eating here again for a while, will still to just drinking there."

"I visited this restaurant with my daughter yesterday. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the entrance with its chipped paint, but I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor inside and the spacious and relaxed atmosphere. We opted for the lunch menu, which was £10 per person including a drink. The burgers were delicious, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the metro station. I even took a cocktail menu home with me for a girls' night out. I definitely recommend this restaurant."

"you have to eat when you have to eat. Girls scratched to pommes so they wanted to go here, very friendly workers there. I ordered a B-Rex medium rare and liked my burger. felt that something was missing, but I added ketchup then it was just as I liked it (it is something about ketchup, this taste must be on a burger, otherwise it is not correct lol) the brot was fresh and speck was not salty, something I wished it was very good or I only have one too big piece in my mouth. I ordered sweet potatoes, very thin and I think they missed it, they have to salt them, but it is a simple solution to do. the only thing I was sad was that I ordered a cocktail and I got a one in a bottle sicher sure it was a burger match, but he said they had plenty of alcohol, so I just, stupid me that they would do one. my friend also got a beer on a dose so she was disappointed that otherwise eating was good regular prices, very friendly people there and beautiful atmosphere."

"Byron Putney is a fantastic location of the burger chain. I was thoroughly impressed by the quick and friendly service during my visit, and the food was delectable. Personally, when I dine at Byron, I opt for a more unique burger experience by choosing a thin burger without the buns and salad, along with some sweet potato fries and their incredible salads. The quinoa, avocado, and extra toppings, though slightly lacking in seasoning, are always abundant and extremely fresh. The feta and watermelon salad with pickled pink radishes is a delightful burst of flavors. I will definitely be returning soon."

"Today was my first time at this restaurant, and I must say it was the best burger I've ever had! The Mac and Cheese side was also incredible. Kudos to the chefs there! "Only people in the restaurant. Now we know why. The poor waiter was on his own and looked like he was working the bar as well. Food took forever and was cold. the menu was missing lots of items. This was a celebratory meal with our families for our engagement and they had travelled an hour and half to come for it. Think living room should have warned us and we would have booked elsewhere. Not even an apology or warning until we complained at the end. Just stick to drinks and stop doing food!"

"We went here for a business lunch. It may be bad luck with the dishes that the three of us ordered, but we all went for the lamb as a main course, which was frankly very disappointing. The lamb came in small pieces (say was thoroughly overcooked (totally brown). We were all looking forward to a nicely cooked piece of lamb that was pink, but this looked like it was just diced up and fried. Not good cookery. Our starters and desserts were not terrible, but certainly not great either (probably lower quality to most supermarket desserts). Perhaps the chef was having a bad day, but otherwise I cannot fathom why anyone is rating this restaurant highly (although the location is lovely, and the decor also is nice and festive). Service was good too. Overall I am glad I was not paying!"

"We visited to watch the Mens Wimbledon finals on a Sunday 16.07.23 to have lunch and drinks. We wanted to sit outside but the sound outside wasn 't working so we had to sit inside. A shame as the sun was out. Nevertheless the screen and sound was working inside. The food was the main problem firstly it was Wimbledon Sunday, and most of what we wanted to order on the menu was out of stock as they had run out the day before. There isn 't really an excuse for this it 's just poor planning to have 8 10 items missing. The food we did manage to order was honestly pretty bad. Nothing we would ever want to order again. We also ordered an Eton Mess which came out in a warm bowl looking like lumpy yogurt which we asked for a refund. We 'll definitely come back to the Wandle for the sport, the drinks and the ambiance but we won 't be ordering food again."

"A friend had been raving about Peperina and their different brunch choices so said I'd book a table for Saturday. The waiter came to take the order and I ordered the pizza ranchera. Sorry not available, ok I'll have the Spanish breakfast. He went off and placed the order. 5 mins later another staff member came over and said they don't have the Spanish breakfast. It should have been indicated when providing the menu that certain items are not available. At 11:45 for brunch you would expect a decent selection. We asked for a large bottle of sparkling water and were told they're also not available at the moment. I asked for the Victorian breakfast without relish. My husband then ordered relish with his breakfast and he was charged €2 for it. Service was ok, we got our drinks at the same time as our main which is strange and another man nearby had to ask twice for his coffee. Bill came to €40 for a full breakfast, Victorian breakfast and 2 sparkling waters and the portion of relish. Price is ok as the portions are decent but experience overall was underwhelming."
