"we have eaten many paints in this restaurant in recent years, but it seems to us that the service and restaurant itself is getting worse and worse! first, on our last visit the host said that our booking was not registered over open table to the luck that we had lucky that another couple had canceled so that we had their table. it took a very long time to serve our main course after we finished our starters, I had to ask the times where that was eating, and every time we show a cinema to get, we had booked the restaurant for an hour and a half before we had to leave so that it was much time to serve our food and have eaten for us. the chicken pasta was bland and tasteless, so was hardly eaten. finally, the music in the restaurant was played so loud that we had to scream to have heard us; not what they would expect in a restaurant. we will not come to visit there for a long time!"

"Lovely belated birthday meal. We ordered and thought we may have been forgotten nearly had to ask but it came along. I had the new chicken alfresco, luke warm, chips were scording hot had to wait abit to hot, partner had ham and mascapone pizza, there wasn't very much parsley just a dab and pizza was practically tasteless. She was very lovely hostress with us just food let us down. Such a shame as we love the place."

"in the last years already often here. along with zizzi and ask her it is another place where they can get her hands on a pizza with vegan cheese. however, pizza express goes beyond and beyond the duty call. they get totally veganism, so there is absolutely nothing to worry about here. the range of pizzas on the vegan menu are very extraordinary. my vegan diavalo with jackfruit pfefferoni and three types of chili peppers was delicious. we also ordered a jackfruit pfefferoni pizza with black olives that was excellent. it is particularly busy at the weekend and when the university students are in semester. they called them in my day. the toilets are a bit tow down, but others than those find themselves sitting in the long and narrow spaces and they will be very well maintained. Do not forget their tesco coupon codes!"

"Came here yesterday with 2 friends and 3 children in total. The first waitress we had was fantastic. Spoke in Italian to my Italian friend. Food was really nice, but the manager walking around the room looked to be in a really bad mood with...no smiles for customers. After we had finished, it took over 20 minutes for the staff to clear our table and bring out the childrens desserts we tried several times to get their attention as they rushed past us and we felt ignored. By this point the children were getting fidgety, totally understandable. This caused a fair few dirty looks from the manager. If the table was cleared sooner we would have eaten dessert and left so I felt the looks were totally unjustified and not on when we are pay3her wage with our custom. This was my first time eating here, and though the food was lovely. I wont come back due to the slow service . (apart from the Italian waitress who was lovely, shame she couldn't have looked after us the whole time)"

"probably the best experience I ever had in a non-vegan restaurant! they had a whole separate vegan menu with a lot of options, different from what they can find in the rule everywhere. the personal was so friendly, and they had high chairs and colored books for children available (so we really felt welcome to my baby we ordered three different pizzas, all delicious. I just disappointed that I felt too full for everyone dessert!"

"eat well, service terrible. we were here with the family, we were 30 minutes early, so server said we could sit, but would have to wait up to 2 our shipped time before we served, never known before. we asked if we could have drinks, and after ten minutes they took our order, but it was 10 minutes before we got them. placed food order a5unsere prescribed time that came to eat and it was really good. they forget the pfeffer grain sauce, but that came when we asked. had to wait for a particularly long time until my enkelin eis came, had to ask twice. I think there were probably not enough staff in the kitchen because there was enough on the floor and it was not very busy. so it was a thumb for eating, but service terrible"

"I recently visited Frankie and bennys at the rock with my boyfriend. We couldn’t order on the app as it wasn’t working so the waitress was straight over and took our order. The starters come out pretty much straight away and were delicious! Garlic pizza...was worth it, however I got the Mac and cheese bites, and for the price of it you only get which I was slightly disappointed in. The mains took quite awhile to come out, but it was quite busy with the lunchtime rush, so didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the chicken Parma hero sub and it was honestly amazing!! recommend! Although don’t get a starter as it’s so big I couldn’t finish it, which I was upset about because it was so good! My boyfriend got the classic cheese burger, however it was very over cooked and didn’t taste very nice, looked like cheap quality meat. He hardly touched his meal which was a shame. Overall I was happy with the service and the meal, however don’t order the burger as you will be disappointed!"

"I have always felt that pizza express is a good way, as they know what they get and are not disappointed, but this branch was a completely different experience! we arrived for our booking early and realized that they were busy so that we are happy to wait for our table, but soon realized that our table was given to a family that came after us who had not booked. we got a table for four, although there were five of us so a bit squeezed. we then waited for minutes on our starter to get from the somewhat overdonated pizzas, the ice on my fiorentina was burned and I just sent it back so that it can be replaced by another rubber version. I asked for a green salad, but they were made of salate. the waitress then explained that the delay was because they were busy, but it was a Friday night so sure that would be expected? it was really disappointing and if they expect about it, a little more, for the height of customer service and food quality we can also have a mcdonald on the way to home. we hoped that a beautiful family would appear and that was just not that. we are not going back!"
