"We went to Frankie and Benny’s for a delicious authentic Italian lunch as we were getting hungry and wanted to break up a jubilee line journey from Stratford to Green park and remembered this was here and having been once before and liking it I decided to go back.The service was exemplary,our waiter was just fantastic very friendly,chatty and polite.He handed my gluten free allergy really well.Also food came out in about 10 minutes which was great bearing in mind it was all so fresh!The food was absolutely delicious,my gluten free pepperoni pizza was heavenly and you couldn’t get more Italian than a Frankie’s gluten free pepperoni pizza.It was lovely and hot,presented well,good portion sizes,extremely fresh and very good for money!Infact if you visit at lunch time you get 1 course for £9.90.That’s fantastic value and better value than places like Nando’s etc.And with just buying tap water it’s a real bargain which is great as water is one of my favourite drinks,you can never ever ever go wrong with a glass of water.It’s good for you and boots you’re hydration and well-being.Also the decor in here is lovely,all very fresh and beautifully decorated.I love the new Frankie’s decor it’s just so nice and I love it how they have re-visited it.It’s much cooler(temperature wise and fashion wise).I love the lights as well.It is also very spacious and clean.Also toilets were convenient and clean.This is a perfect place for a meal if you are on a train journey,before or after shopping, cinema,bowling or concert.Or after a trampoline session,skydiving session,climbing session or during a day out in London.Would highly recommend this.I reviewed it on tripadvisor as they were displaying the 2022 travellers choice award and they had quite a lot of negative reviews recently and to share my positive experience may help them have that award again this year or in future years"

"We have eaten many times in this restaurant in recent years, but it seems to us that the service and restaurant itself is getting worse and worse! First, on our last visit the host said that our booking NOT about Open Table fortunately we were happy that another couple had canceled, so we had their table. It took a very long time to serve our main course after we had finished our appetizers, I had to ask the staff 3 times where the food was, each time it was explained that we showed a cinema to get, we had booked the restaurant for an hour and half before our departure, so it should have been a lot of time to serve our food and have eaten for us. The chicken pasta was bland and tasteless, so hardly was eaten. Finally, the music was played so loud in the restaurant that we had to scream to have heard us; not what you would expect in a restaurant. We won't come to visit there for a long time!"

"Lovely belated birthday meal. We ordered and thought we may have been forgotten nearly had to ask but it came along. I had the new chicken alfresco, luke warm, chips were scording hot had to wait abit to hot, partner had ham and mascapone pizza, there wasn't very much parsley just a dab and pizza was practically tasteless. She was very lovely hostress with us just food let us down. Such a shame as we love the place."

"I am in my 50 s and not a wizz in technology, so I asked the waitress about the 50% off on her app that I had installed, the whole restaurant had 4 tables in so not busy, but the waitress that served us. on table 12 made me feel like a total fool while I asked for help with their pizza express app, my daughter said she felt very uncomfortable about the way the waitress talk to her mam, the waitress pointed to me and signaled another coworker member on the other side of the restaurant, my daughter also noticed and asked why I thought she had felt that I had done that. never felt so unpleasant. my pizza came burned dry and black parts on the basic, base blown / burnt teig, this could make the signal of the waiter, burn it. it was served to me, it would not have allowed to leave the kitchen. Obviously, I couldn't say anything when I was worried about what they would do with a new pizza I couldn't see."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. definitiw the best vegan pizza I had gone since the vegan. better than dominos and pizza hat. no competition. also the vegan “wings” were delicious and the chips with cheese were amazing and this vegan burger.... really surprised how much I enjoyed it. juicy, tasteful and free. all in all, I'd be pretty high up there. I would eat pizza again, but not dominos or pizza hat. both places were müll with vegan pizza. also pizza express vegan pizza were classified lower than here. "Came here yesterday with 2 friends and 3 children in total. The first waitress we had was fantastic. Spoke in Italian to my Italian friend. Food was really nice, but the manager walking around the room looked to be in a really bad mood with...no smiles for customers. After we had finished, it took over 20 minutes for the staff to clear our table and bring out the childrens desserts we tried several times to get their attention as they rushed past us and we felt ignored. By this point the children were getting fidgety, totally understandable. This caused a fair few dirty looks from the manager. If the table was cleared sooner we would have eaten dessert and left so I felt the looks were totally unjustified and not on when we are pay3her wage with our custom. This was my first time eating here, and though the food was lovely. I wont come back due to the slow service . (apart from the Italian waitress who was lovely, shame she couldn't have looked after us the whole time)"

"A birthday party and a first visit to the Peterborough branch of Pizza Express (capital of its founder Peter Boizot). As always, the environment were reassuring familiar, the service efficient and the quality of food exceptional. Pizza Express has introduced a great new membership scheme on its mobile app with different rewards from bronze to gold based on your visits. My Veneziana Classic Pizza is an old favorite, but the huge Tiramisu Dessert was a real birthday contract! My partner had his favorite, the Calabrese Pizza, followed by a Mini Dessert Dolcetti from Caffè Reale Espresso. Very recommended!"

"I used to eat here a lot but the food has dropped in standard the double bacon cheese burger had salad which consisted of only lettuce and very little of that the mayonnaise looked like it had been scraped on with a butter knife to give you the least amount possible the burgers were pretty low quality and the bacon was overcooked it look nothing like the picture on the menu. My wife had the pasta which although she ate it all made her feel queasy for the rest of the night so Unless things improve drastically I won’t be eating there ever again it’s a shame because it used to be such a great place and the staff are really nice"

"I have always felt that pizza express is a good way, as they know what they get and are not disappointed, but this branch was a completely different experience! we arrived for our booking early and realized that they were busy so that we are happy to wait for our table, but soon realized that our table was given to a family that came after us who had not booked. we got a table for four, although there were five of us so a bit squeezed. we then waited for minutes on our starter to get from the somewhat overdonated pizzas, the ice on my fiorentina was burned and I just sent it back so that it can be replaced by another rubber version. I asked for a green salad, but they were made of salate. the waitress then explained that the delay was because they were busy, but it was a Friday night so sure that would be expected? it was really disappointing and if they expect about it, a little more, for the height of customer service and food quality we can also have a mcdonald on the way to home. we hoped that a beautiful family would appear and that was just not that. we are not going back!"
