"I was already a couple of times from the beginning when it was reopened initially when it was opened, they treated all customers with good service, now choose and choose priority they based on the size of the table. if they alone, a few then forget service. "Sergio’s is a fantastic experience all the way around, it starts first with the people. Friendly and personable. Dottie, Kasha, Hamza were attentive and engaging. We cannot say enough good things about them. We began our evening with a glass of Prosecco, accompanied with a mixed variety of olives w/ bright sliced citrus enhancing the flavors, which was perfect to snack. Along with the seafood salad: perfectly tender octopus, squid, mussels and clams. For our main course we enjoyed the evening special: king prawns w/spicy linguine. The prawns were split, and were nearly as large as your hand. The Veal Limone, a mainstay on the menu was tender and accompanied with shaved Parmesan and crisp arugula greens. We closed out the evening with an espresso and limoncello while sharing a delightful chat with Dottie. Her personality radiated, she was so welcoming and engaging which truly made you feel like family. Highly recommend you make Sergios part of your London journey, if you’re looking for authentic Italian with a neighborhood vibe, you’ve truly found the right place!"

"I’m absolutely disgusted to have visited this restaurant and to be asked upon arrival if I have any allergies, to which I responded yes and explained I cannot eat onion or garlic. I then went on to order the carbonara and asked the waitress to confirm with the chef that there is no onion or garlic in the sauce, to which she said she cannot check. The host who seated us explained she would let the chef know of my allergies so I’m unsure what the difference is. Surely the person who is cooking the food within the kitchen is able to advise what ingredients is in the dish. I was informed this is company policy and they can’t check the packaging, however when I visited the Cheshire oaks restaurant the waiter was incredibly helpful and checked the packaging of the chicken for me to assist. I feel discriminated against for having allergies, that are totally out my control. I was told by the waitress that she is protecting the company’s reputation as you would be liable if she checks… what would make you more liable is if I order something after telling you of my allergies and then I have a reaction. You seriously need to rethink your policy. Every other restaurant I ever visit will adapt their dishes to suit my allergies, as should all food establishments. I was told you will only confirm the top 14 allergens… as though people with all other food allergies are irrelevant! I have never been made to feel so discriminated against in my life. Disgusting!"

"We booked at House because it was convenient after seeing Follies at the Olivier. The service was good; courteous and speedy. The food was disappointing and overpriced. There were some very unpleasant foams, tasteless and ill matched combinations ie cold unmarinated mackeral drowned in an unspecified foam. bread and butter pudding does not sit well well with grapefruit. Cooking is far too complicated and simply does not work."

"My husband, friends and I recently went to Pizza by Goli to celebrate his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. "Always have a lovely meal at this restaurant, the staff very attentive but not over bearing. The restaurant is small so it’s never too loud that you cannot hold a conversation. But still has a nice atmosphere about it. Careful where you park. There is free parking after 7 close by but before that wardens are lethal. Highly recommend you try this lovely Italian"

"My family and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, July 28th. We had 6 adults, a five-year-old, and a baby with us. This restaurant is local to us and we are familiar with it. It has a warm family atmosphere that is busy but not overly loud, with friendly staff who are attentive and cheerful without being pushy. The service is good even when it's busy, and the owner is very hands-on and greets everyone. We enjoyed a delicious rioja wine, along with tasty house wines. The starters, pizzas, and pasta were excellent and reasonably priced. The mains and specials, on the other hand, were a bit overpriced and the portions were small, although flavorful. Two in our group found them disappointing. Our pizza, the Anacapri, was a bit lackluster, undercooked, and bland, which is unusual as they are usually good. Nonetheless, it didn't ruin our evening, and we all had a good time, especially the kids. The staff didn't mind the children walking about and they even received special attention."

"We were a group of 12 and this was one of the few places that could accommodate us and reserved our table as well. Staff were very polite, professional, well mannered and not pushy in trying to get us to order more than we needed. Food was made quickly, presented well, was hot and tasted delicious too. The lighting is a bit dim, but sufficient for the atmosphere I believe. Staff were also considerate and ensured all sauces, plates, cutlery etc were on the table before the food and they got a few extra plates for us as we had said that we would be sharing some of the dishes. Overall really impressed. Also, the toilet was clean and well maintained. I really loved the table as it looked like it was made from the truck of a tree! Keep up the good work."

"My friend l have been meeting in the Pulteney cafe for about a year, to have morning coffee arriving back later for lunch we have always been greeted in a friendly welcoming manner, by ‘ Meedo’ until yesterday, when l arrived before my friend, l asked for a coffee, but was told by a very aggressive rude man, l couldn’t have coffee or tea unless l was having breakfast. His whole manner was disgusting!! My friend l came back a short while later as she couldn’t believe it….As we told him in a polite way it’s ridiculous it’s on the window that they serve tea coffee…..how he spoke to us was shocking, saying he was the manager he’ll do as he likes told us to get out …Why is he even running a cafe’ if not to put money in the til, absolutely no manners, whatsoever, made us wonder if he dared speak to a man like that !! So was so pleased to read that many others experienced the same…..We went across the road to The Bridge Cafe what a difference, excellent restaurants cafes in Bath to visit, as Bath residents ourselves, awful to think people visiting are treated by an arrogant person like him !!!!!!"

"Lived is an Italian restaurant located in the center of Harrogate. It is easily recognizable with its white and orange decor that contrasts against the dark red brick exterior. Upon entering, it feels like you are on a vacation. The restaurant opened in late 2008 and offers a cheerful atmosphere with modern Mediterranean cuisine. The early bird menu is the most affordable option, offering two dishes for £8 or any pizza or pasta for £5. This deal is not available on weekends. The lasagna is priced at £8, as well as the beef cannelloni. There are also risottos available for £9.50, such as the mushroom and parmesan variety, which is very flavorful. "I have been going to this restaurant for years for special occasions, and it has always been fantastic. However, on my last visit for a first date, things went completely wrong. We ordered two different steak meals, each with a different cooking style and sauce. When the meals arrived, they had the wrong sauces and were cooked incorrectly. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but it led to an awkward situation. I asked for the meals to be prepared correctly, but was told that mine would then be cold. Instead of replacing the meals, we ended up accepting what we were given. This disastrous experience ruined my first date and I ended up paying over £89 for it. It was definitely not a Marc Pierre moment. Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I used to really enjoy this restaurant before this incident."

"The food at this restaurant is amazing, with a great selection of pizzas that my kids loved. The crab linguine was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The service was top-notch, and we had a wonderful dining experience overall. "Our group of 5 visited Cafe Venice for the first time after attending an England rugby match at Twickenham Stadium. It's a 20-minute walk from there, so not much different than a venue in Twickenham town center. I made a telephone booking about 10 days before our visit and clarified that on rugby days, they offer a restricted menu at lunchtime but a full menu in the evenings. Note that there is a good specials menu in addition to the extensive menu on the website. We had booked for 6:30 pm, and the restaurant was busy with many other customers who had also been to the rugby match. We received a warm welcome, and the service throughout was friendly and efficient. For starters, we had dough balls, mushrooms, mussels, calamari, and whitebait. For mains, we had carbonara, calzone, and sea bass fillets, all served with salad or chips. The portions were generous and very tasty, and the food and wine were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Cafe Venice and will definitely be returning."

I had the Seafood Risotto I’m already planning our next visit so that I can have it again, it was delicious. "I've been coming to Bistro Laz and Al Parco (they share a building and also a kitchen, I believe) for as long as I can remember. Its been a family favourite restaurant for again, as long as I can remember. Every birthday, Special occasion meal, etc. We had here. I went back recently with a friend and I've got to say I was a bit embarrassed I sung their praises to him, and I think on this occasion the restaurant fell short. The food was as amazing as always, and the wait staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. BUT, they had none of the mid level or cheaper wines in stock, and we had to buy a £70 or 80£ bottle, the bottle which admittedly was a very nice bottle was originally more and they did discount it though which was nice, but overall still annoying as we didn't expect to spend more than £30 or 40 on wine. But more annoyingly the food didn't arrive for a very, very long time. So much so that it seemed like they forgot about us. Admittedly, the restaurant was very busy when we were there, but the service speed was still, in my opinion too slow. Otherwise, Bistro Laz was great as ever. Like I said, the food was brilliant, and reasonably priced. The lamb cutlets with mash, and the large prawn starters are superb. Or if you want a great pizza order from the Al Parco menu. I'll give them 4 stars just because I love them and the food so much but they need to keep their wine in stock and either work on service speed, or keep diners informed so its clear they're not forgotten."
