"This was a lovely restaurant for a meal out with friends. We weren’t hurried in any way and the staff were attentive and helpful. Food portions are rather large and tasty. Only issues we had was my prawn cocktail wasn’t as no Marie Rose sauce and prawns were hot ! I did comment and told it was Italian method, but menu said otherwise! The front door needed a ‘door closer’ as so many in and out and all left door open so was chilly. We did have a lovely evening though. Thank you. Parking: Disabled spaces opposite but temporarily closed yesterday. Car park behind the library in Weybridge. Free after 7pm. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope to get into the restaurant . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £60–70 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pappardelle Alla Bolognese, Pollo Milanese Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking"

"Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return."

"We have come here for years and it honestly just is the best. Always friendly and always good food here. I cannot recommend this place enough. Love satollo. Beautiful in the sunshine. They are so accommodating. I came here with my baby. She fell asleep whilst outside and i wanted to enjoy the sunshine (for the first time since having her) and the owner pulled the canopy out so I could sit outside. Thank you for always making us feel at home"

"Food is terrible. It's not a fusion restaurant but there are tempura shrimps? The tempura was soggy and thicker than my shrimp. The risotto was wayyyyy too salty and the steak extras £1.5 garlic butter is literally oil with a tiny piece of garlic shaving floating on it. I don't know how this restaurant has been given such high rating. It's bad to the point for me to leave an online review for the first time ever. £140 tab down the drain."

"Honestly, I went here ready to love the restaurant, but feel maybe it's taking things a little bit for granted. Had multiple dishes. Fussiloni. Wow well I am guessing boiled mince, but not an expert about why meat tasted the way it did, but I associated meat with mass produced methods of canteen food. Specials pasta was alright, think if not pasta itself being Al dente would definitely say most of people can prepare the dish at home without much effort. Wagyu whilst granted I never ate wagyu before was rubbery. Maybe that's how it suppose to be but I really had a bite and didn't want more. Tiramisu was Limoncello based , soft. Personally didn't like it, but I can see other people enjoying it. Overall during meal I was questioning my meat eating morals :D. Service was lovely. Decor was nice. Prices were high"

"We are working away in Alnwick, one week on one week off, from Manchester and after about the second visit we were sick off getting burger kings from service stations on the way home. So one of the lads searched good Italian food off the A1 and we found Giuseppe’s. What a good move! My Mrs is Italian, me not, but I understand good Italian food from loads of trips there. Now these guys drop the good stuff! We now go every other week on the way home and look forward to it. For life is the journey! He’s not far at all off the A1 in Gateshead and when you say no to all out consumerism/convenience you can discover the real little Gems in life and this is one Great guys, great food, positive energy!"

"Excellent little restaurant in the heart of Lytham with parking easy enough to find very close by. The food was amazing one of the very best meals I've ever had. Main menu choice was excellent as well as a selection of several specials. Service from the staff was superb, who were extremely attentive. Not anyones fault, but our table was next to the door and it was a cold night so kept getting a cold draught whenever it opened which was pretty regularly as there is also seating outside. Staff immediately close the door behind them, but some customers failed to. Will definitely return recommend. Brilliant."

"This place has gone completely downhill. I've been a customer in here for years and I won't be back after the service I have received today. The waitresses were inattentive. We had to ask for cutlery after our food was served. We had to ask for drinks twice. When the bill came we had been overcharged. The waitress stood over us with the card machine impatiently, probably because she didn't want to give us time to check the bill. It was utter rudeness. I don't know if this place has changed hands, but it's definitely not the place it used to be."

"This restaurant must be by far the best restaurant in Poole. We went there yesterday to celebrate our anniversary and our meal was excellent. We had the monk fish which was delicious, our complements to the chef. I only have one complaint, we paid for our meal by bank card and asked the waitress to add on extra, for a well deserved tip but unfortunately she was unable to amend the card reader. Not having much cash on us we were unable to tip her the amount we felt we wanted and I wonder if the waitress misses out because of this as most people use card payments these days and don’t carry much cash. I recommend this restaurant and can’t understand why we have never dined here before. I’m looking forward to our next visit."

"Tomassi's used to be a lunchtime favourite of ours, and we went to lunch there today. We ordered 2 x fish and chips and 2 x soft drinks. When we were served our lunch we could not believe how small the portions and drinks were, they were child size and we left the restaurant extremely hungry. No one asked us how our meal was when paying the bill, which was £32.00. It would have cost Tomassis's 20p to put a spoonful of peas one the plate, which would have filled one of the gaps. My suggestion to Tomassi's is to either increase the portion size or present the meals on smaller plates at a reduced cost. I am sad to say that we will definitely not be going back."

"Been wanting to come here for a very long time after driving/walking past it, and my partner has wanted to come here since she’s moved here. Hand sanitizer upon arrival with track trace check in code. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and all very masks. The lady we had who served us throughout our time (apologise I forgot her name began with A I think), she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. With a very wide range of food, she told us everything on the menu was very nice as she has tried everything! The decor of the restaurant is what I’d expect in a typical Italian restaurant, very rustic and has a feel of being in Italy. To start I had the belly pork with Jack Daniels sauce, I’ve never tried belly pork and it was so tasty and very tender. My other half had the goats cheese in filo pastry which was also very nice. For mains, I had the Risotto con salsiccia (spicy sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato and chilli). It was so nice I’m glad it was a big portion as I wanted more! I don’t think the sausage was spicy but overall I was very impressed. Other half had a cheese chicken mushroom calzone which was also nice. We had a nice bottle of white wine which absolutely complimented the whole meal. For dessert I had sorbet and other half had a deep fried cannoli once again both really nice. Reasonable priced meal for two people, and very highly recommended. Plenty parking and we will be back soon with our family. Very authentic home cooked Italian food and Cafe Casita is way better than some of these chain restaurants!!"

"The initial impression was promising. My jacket was taken and stored in the cloakroom. We were provided with the food menu but not the drinks menu. The menu was interesting and offered alternatives to the usual dishes. We opted for fish dishes. We were served small rolls with salty butter to tide us over while waiting, which was a nice touch. Our food finally arrived after a 45-minute wait. It was good but not outstanding, and the portions were on the smaller side. Thankfully, we had eaten lunch earlier. Overall, it was an okay experience but nothing outstanding. The wait time was too long despite having made a reservation. The service was average, as we were not asked if we wanted more drinks and our plates were left uncleared. Overall ratings: Food - 3, Service - 3, Atmosphere - 3. Dining type: Dinner. Price per person: £40-50."

"Oh dear. I don 't know what 's happened here. I chose Amadoro because I 'd had some good meals there, and although the service has been very patchy, I hoped friends would find it quirky and better than a 'chain ' restaurant. A lukewarm 'welcome ', followed by fairly mediocre starters. And the pasta mains, served in sad little bowls, were pretty flavourless. The bread well, we did laugh at the 5 little 'soldiers ' [was that one slice of bread, we wondered], with some oil and vinegar. At £3.90? oh come ON................. We had to listen to the only other customer haggling over the price of his lunch and it seems he was probably right, as the website says £15.50 for a starter and pasta. Yet I see that we all paid around £25 a head! I know it 's tough running a restaurant; you shouldn 't do it unless you love food and like people. Amadoro seems unloved and is unlovable."

"I was excited to go back to La Caverna with some friends, but was disappointed to find out that you have to order in advance, which is not my preference. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, our expectations quickly diminished. The greeting we received, "I'm busy dealing with this customer," was not very welcoming, and the rest of the evening continued to be frustrating with poor service. It took 40 minutes for our first round of drinks to arrive, and our starters were okay, but our mains were brought out before we were ready and some of our guests were missing from the table. We were not offered dessert or coffee, and when we ordered more drinks, they never arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get the bill, and when I asked for my remaining pizza to be boxed up, it took another 20 minutes to find a box, even though they do takeaway pizza. The staff member was rude and sarcastic when we went to pay, and made a snide comment about splitting the bill, even though there were only 5 of us. When he asked if we were leaving a tip, I firmly responded with a 'no' in front of my friends. Later that evening, I got sick and ended up vomiting everything I had eaten at the restaurant. I will not be returning to this establishment, as the poor treatment and service we received was unacceptable. I chose to spend my money here, and was disappointed with how we were treated as a group."

"Wow, dining here is incredible! I've been to hundreds of Italian restaurants, and this one easily ranks in my top two. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were staying in Joppa, and after experiencing terrible food at our hotel, the Best Western, we decided to eat here for two consecutive nights, and it was the best choice we could have made. I started with the arancini and had the chicken and mushroom risotto as the main course—both dishes were absolutely delicious. The gelato is phenomenal as well. Lastly, the service at Crolla’s is truly impressive; all the employees we interacted with were highly professional. The cocktails here are creative and adventurous. If you’re near Edinburgh and love Italian cuisine, Crolla’s is a must-visit!"

"My daughter and her husband took me to a local restaurant for a birthday lunch. What a lovely experience first of all the music is fantastic mainly 60s and Motown I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. If I thought the music was good,...the food was great. Beautifully cooked and served, all fresh ingredients and all home made. I had their garlic and pesto mushrooms to start which were gorgeous, generous portion in a beautiful home made sauce. For my main I had a home made burger in a brioche bun with skinny fries although chips was an alternative option or a salad. The burger was great and the fries perfectly cooked hot, golden and crisp. We all enjoyed every bite and too full for dessert. Can't wait to return and try a different meal. Downstairs there was a wonderful selection of cakes so you obviously don't have to have a meal but treat yourself to cake and coffee. Staff were lovely perfectly attentive but not intrusive. A little gem in the beautiful setting of Washington Village. Highly recommend it."

"Superb…. Such a friendly welcome with fantastic food….. never disappointed. I’m really quite fussy on where we eat as a family. The variety of food is all superbly cooked. Fantastic coffee and I’m not a big coffee drinker) but always have it here. Lasagna was so tasty my husband had the monkfish which looked delicious. Great for families who will receive the warmest of welcomes from a lovely Italian family. So handy in the centre of Cheltenham for respite from Christmas shopping. You know it’s good when you see regular customers….."

"The staff here are amazing very friendly and entertaining. They made my nephew feel very special for his Birthday. Food was delicious and they are very accommodating with changes to dishes to allow for special dietary requirements."
