"The coffee and cannoli at this restaurant are delicious. It's a great place to relax near Finsbury Park station. However, they could improve by offering a wider selection of cakes and sandwiches."

"Being our third time dining at the chef's table, it's a truly fantastic experience. Watching the chef's prepare and present your meals is a real joy. Every dish is explained by the head chef, to which you're able to accompany with a wine pairing. Although its a bit more expensive than you're standard restaurants, it does feel like good value for money. There are other options such as a shortened chef's table, or a pick off the menu. It's a true treat of a dinning experience, with nothing of this calibre around. Would highly recommend to all !! "had an early dinner here with a vegetarian friend. chose because they have a fully vegan menu. very well enjoyed 3 vegan courses. the hummus to begin what was nice, then had the courgette and butternut squash spaghetti, which I did not expect at all, more like an Asian suppe, but very tasty. then the brownie who was also very beautiful. service was brilliant and we had to sit in a beautiful stand. highly recommended."

"My wife and I found this restaurant five years ago and we’ve been coming here as often as possible ever since. We are exceedingly happy to be able to take friends and family to different me at Amici’s. The food is authentic Italian run by a husband and wife and their family. There is always a lovely atmosphere and the food and hospitality are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Amici’s for small intimate dinners for two or special occasions that may be for larger numbers. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available for most dishes Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lasagne, Cannoli, Risotto Frutti Di Mare, Pasta Con Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Paid parking lot"

"Absolutely delicious food, very welcoming and staff are lovely. It's a small seating area but truly lovely. Dine in, take away is an option and there is an additional two tables situated outside the front of the restaurant. Rialto also sell an amazing array of ice creams, I am never disappointed with the ice cream flavours sold, all made by them I believe and flavours change weekly. I always visit and there is never a disappointing visit. Parking: Around the back there is a large car park which is paid for (unsure on pricing but I know it is relatively cheap). There is also parking on the street that Rialto is on, around 6 or 7 spaces depending on the parking of others. Kid-friendliness: Kids sized portions and ice creams which kids will love. Soft Play is now closed and has been for a while."

"with its cozy atmosphere and the simple but tasty menu selection there is a real authenticity to this restaurant. it is one of the best Italian meals I had without leave! there was a good vegetarian selection and the daily specials gave extra choice on the menu. my friend and I enjoyed a really hearty meal with the pleasant house red wine and the total cost were surprisingly reasonable. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of food, service and price-performance ratio; will definitely be next time when I am in the opposite."

"I came back for dinner and dessert in particular was delicious with the vanilla cannoli and honeycomb. The Wellington was good, but not amazing. But I did overhear “normal milk” being offered to the next table. Stop normalising cow’s milk. We came here for dinner. It was nice to see some mocktails which seem to be missing from many London menus. We ordered the courgette flower for an entree. This was delicious but it was only 1 flower. Still it came with a quinoa salad. For my main, I ordered the cordon Bleu which was grilled eggplant with potato gratin and a delicious sauce. This is one of the nicest mains I’ve had so far. My partner ordered the gnocchi which looked a bit small but he liked it. Finally what I’d been waiting for, the tiramisu! Great sized dessert and a lovely flavour without being sickly. We sat outside on a warm London night. It was lovely. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-25"

"The restaurant offers excellent food, great service, and reasonable prices. This is a great place for a dinner meal, with prices ranging from £20 to £30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. Recommended dishes include Antipasto Misto, Calamari Fritti, Spaghetti Bolognese, Tiramisu, Cannoli, and Filetto Alla Griglia."

"Unbelievably there were only two tables occupied on Wednesday. Yes, we are members, but anyone can eat at the Restaurant. Located on Queen’s Street, it is a really short walk from George and Princes Street. The set menu is £14.95 if you are a member or if you have room for 3 courses £18.95 (add 10% on to the prices if you’re not a member). It was one of those menus where all of the dishes sounded equally appealing. We decided upon Confit of Pork with candied apples and Sea Bass with Fennel and Champagne Sauce. Both were beautifully cooked, with subtle flavours. The champagne sauce was made with a delicate, flavoursome stock, the sauce for the pork, rich and unctuous. For desert, in my opinion the best desert of the festival although Mr EF was less sure about the ice cream. Linzertorte made with plums rather than jam and szechuan pepper ice cream. I loved the way the spicy (think of chai tea) ice cream complemented the glorious almond and plum tart. Our only caution, is not to choose this option if you are in a hurry, the food is delivered in a rather relaxed fashion, but it really, really well worth a visit."

"This restaurant truly offers amazing food. They take special care to accommodate coeliac needs, with a dedicated gluten-free section in the kitchen and a wide variety of gluten-free options on the menu. They strive to create a safe environment, and we certainly felt secure dining there. It's important to mention that while not all pasta varieties are gluten-free, they are more than willing to make substitutions as needed. The food was excellent, and the lasagna, in particular, was outstanding. The desserts were also delightful, featuring gluten-free cannoli and cake that we sadly didn't have room for. That's definitely something to look forward to for our next visit! This is a dining choice that caters to gluten-free requirements without sacrificing flavor. We will definitely be back!"

"Having lived and worked between Italy and England since the 1980s we’ve always missed that marvellous Italian institution, the local ‘ristorante pizzeria’ Boboli have hit the bullseye. Relaxed atmosphere, great service, straightforward menu, quality ingredients, very good Italian wine, and of course, these folks can cook!! But greater than all of these is a proper, bona fide, pizza! Easily as good as the best we’ve had in italy ……Maybe even better."

"Perfect for lunch. Well priced, uses high quality ingredients with tons of vegan options. I’d highly recommend the vegan pizza slices, they have lots of different topics (including vegan sausage) and the vegan cheese they use melts really well. They do vegan panini and toasties , though last time I went they weren’t serving them. I hope this was a one off as their vegan paninis are amazing! Stuffed ciabattas with vegan mozerella and lots of options! I love the vegan mozerella and bacon one. So tasty. Really good for lunch, and their coffee is delicious with lots of plant milk options. Highly recommend the coconut latte."

"We went for an early evening bite pre theatre. Fun atmosphere, good choice of lasagne. No table service so we had to serve ourselves and it was a bit hap hazard. Food ok, heated up on the spot, but nothing special. Suited us for a quick meal, although would have preferred some side dishes."

"An excellent restaurant that does not live up to its usual standard. We were greeted by the manager almost as if we were disturbing him, this followed through our visit with his service, it was appalling and came across as very rude! The waiting staff however were very pleasant and hard-working. We ordered Arancini, Bread, a pizza and carbonara. The beef ragu arancini were bland and mushy inside, one ball had cheese inside the other didn't but also it just tasted like corned beef hash, with no risotto in sight! The bread was dry and stale as if it had been cut at the start of service and left out. The sausage pizza was tasty, the fennel sausage and spicy sausage although sparing were very flavoursome. The carbonara had plenty of texture and a rich creamy sauce, we added chicken to it and again the little chicken we had was very tasty. Overall the food was good but not great but the rudeness of the manager almost spoilt the whole experience. With 2 glasses of wine it cane to £50 which is steep compared to other venues. Food Quality Value for money Overall experience"

"Me and my grandparents went into this place knowing how normally good it is but it was the complete opposite. We have recently experienced problems with the app it will appear that the manager doesn’t get it either. We are very regular costumers and found this visit extremely disappointing. We began not being able to take all of our rewards off (we fully understand the terms and conditions involved. After half an hour of going round in circles and being made to feel very uncomfortable we eventually got down near to the price that we were supposed to and expected to pay. But the manager was very disrespectful to us and unprofessional. We left the restaurant paid the bill and left with a very bad taste in our mouths. Not happy somebody needs to look at staff training when the app goes down."

"Wow, what a place. I've been in a hell of a lot of coffee/cafes in my time but this place to me takes top of the league. The staff are absolutely fantastic always taking your orders with a happy smile and a welcome greeting. The food and drinks we had were fantastic, good homely cooking. The toilet was well cared for very clean. We have used this place a few times now as we stopped off in our boat in the marina opposite the Deli. The Deli has wonderful views across Poole harbour to Brownsea island. Would we come back to the Deli? Most definitely looking forward to our next visit next year."
