"The Wolsey is a busy, lively restaurant with excellent food and service. I had the Wolsey fishcakes in lobster bisque and ratatouille and he had the coq au vin all outstanding. Staff are very friendly and look after you well. Bit expensive but great for a treat."

"There aren't many places that you can sit outside, upstairs or downstairs in a cafe, but Fresh has all three. The only downside to seating outside is that you are right next to s small pub and people often stand just outside and smoke. They have a computer for internet access, and every time I have been here, the staff are lovely, also one of the rare places you can get soy milk and a decent vegetarian choices."

"The manager of this restaurant is extremely rude. Hopeless service by the delivery staff. Twice my order was not delivered and the restaurant manager is very rude to admit that. He said its delivered and he cant help me with anything. Upfront on my face he denied the failed delivery. He says the delivery guy has a foto and video but when i asked to show me, he refused. I was wrongly charged twice and the fraudulent rude behavior of the store manager is even more disgusting and annoying. Never going to order again from this place."

"Told two members of staff that my super zucca salad was tastless, dry and looked old. Bit of orange humous smear was dried abs had dripped down side of plate and separated as if it had been warned then left to go cold. I left over a 1/3 of it as just couldn't eat anymore it has zero flavour the menu boasted about. Neither of the serving staff acknowledged my comments nor commented . They ignored me one was male, doing all the work, which the other, female who talked all the time to other female staff, largely ignored our group . The place was mainly empty, it was early. Five ish. We had to call staff to be served , get water, get cleared and get the bill. We left as soon as we Could. Maybe the chef should taste his/her food before sending as very little of our five meals had any flavour, were not worth the money charged . ."

"This place is always busy! And there's a good reason for that too.. Not only is it diabetes central, it's also home to the yummiest desserts ranging from waffles, ice cream, crepes, hot cookie dough, cream cake (is your mouth watering yet? .. Creams attracts all sorts of crowds, especially children (of corse so the atmosphere tends to be loud which can be annoying sometimes. The price is very decent for what you're receiving, and most desserts can be shared as it's difficult to finish the large sundaes alone! The decor inside is wonderful with its purple glitter walls and American style seating, which has become a signature look for Creams. Service is always friendly and fast as they need to keep up with the demand, and keep the customers moving. Which brings me to the most annoying thing about this place if you come at a busy time you should expect to be waiting a while to be seated! It is worth the wait however so hang in there.."

I then had to wait 10m for them to bring the (cold) smoked salmon whilst my guest’s (warm) dish was allowed to grow cold."

"Service was dreadfully slow! One desert came out 30 minutes before anyone else’s! The after eight mint desert , on screen showed 3 after 8’s , we received half of one! One desert was ordered, after 30 minutes went to see what was happening and apparently the till had not registered it?. "I was excited about getting my unicone as I passed the picture on my way home the day before. The 3 stars are for the ice cream, which for £2.45 was a generous sized waffle cone vanilla ice cream. Would've preferred more hundreds thousands as in the picture but the cherry on top was yummy. Had to wait long just for an ice cream to go. The queuing system ordering was disorganised as well as no customer service at the till. It was just take my order then onto the next person with no instruction, such as it will be about 5 minutes your ticket has a number on it so you can wait over there. The vibe of the place wasn't very nice dark inside so it wouldn't be somewhere I would sit in eat. I did enjoy the ice cream thou so no complaints with it, which is the only reason I went there the only reason I'd go back."
