When I asked to purchase an additional wafer for my 1-year-old, one employee replied that there was no set price and suggested a price of £1 for a small size wafer. For only three items, I ended up paying £19.75. Additionally, there was confusion about where to place my order, with one employee instructing me to sit down and another telling me to go to the till. It seemed like the staff needed better instructions and communication, as well as someone knowledgeable in the shop. However, the ice cream we received was at least good.
