"I was excited about getting my unicone as I passed the picture on my way home the day before. The 3 stars are for the ice cream, which for £2.45 was a generous sized waffle cone vanilla ice cream. Would've preferred more hundreds thousands as in the picture but the cherry on top was yummy. Had to wait long just for an ice cream to go. The queuing system ordering was disorganised as well as no customer service at the till. It was just take my order then onto the next person with no instruction, such as it will be about 5 minutes your ticket has a number on it so you can wait over there. The vibe of the place wasn't very nice dark inside so it wouldn't be somewhere I would sit in eat. I did enjoy the ice cream thou so no complaints with it, which is the only reason I went there the only reason I'd go back."

"Sat down, days ago there to do some work on my laptop. Ordered a Hot Chocolate and macarons, looked suspicious as he didn’t type it in the system after still no one checked up on me or even asked or said anything. The...table that sat down after me got served. I had times the waitress looking at me, shortly after I realized i’m not welcomed there and also i’ve been looked down by them. It took me some time since i was busy on my laptop, but i guess that could be reason why they were not welcoming. Certainly packed my bags and left slowly and steady they had the same look during packing my stuff and still did not even bother with me, just straight up left me without even consider getting my order. Would never visit and also would definitely leave lower then if i could."

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"My wife and I visited Momo for the first time tonight (8pm). I was a tad apprehensive at first as prior reviews had highlighted potential service problems and excessively loud music. Our experience proved my apprehensions completely unnecessary. Music was lively but kept at a comfortable level. Service was quick, staff personable and attentive. The only point with loud music was a charming 2 minute intermission wherein the staff began to dance, chefs banged on (presumably) pans, and chanting ensued. Livened up the place and ended well before it had overstayed its welcome. Crucially, the food was delightful. The lamb hummus was packed with flavour, and I just had to order more pitta for it. The briouats trio was similarly delicious, though a small portion size (6 bites worth) but to be expected for a starter. The tagines made the night (my wife and I shared the beef and lamb tagines). Tender lamb, broth full of flavour and perfectly balanced spice added depth while highlighting the flavour of the lamb. The beef's pomegranate glaze was a refreshing, modern twist which I found perfect next to the classic flavours of the lamb. Chocolate namelaka for dessert, which had a welcome simplicity in its flavours chocolate ganache and buckwheat ice cream, tiny dollops of jam, and chocolate crumble like my mother used to make. Less is sometimes more, and after the complex flavours from starters through to mains, I found the simple dessert to be the perfect way to send us off."

"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"There is ample indoor and outdoor seating available at this restaurant situated at Chatham dockside, offering a delightful view of the docks. "We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the restaurant and were promptly seated at our table with menus. The menu was well explained to us and we ordered a glass of champagne while we waited for our afternoon tea to be served. The sandwiches were flavorful, though slightly dry, and the cake selection was excellent, particularly the strawberry shortcake. Unfortunately, the scones were disappointing - they were small, dry, and claggy, leaving a strange aftertaste and making them difficult to swallow. The scones should have been the highlight of the experience, but in this case they were truly awful. It was a shame, as everything else, especially the service, was top-notch."
