"We have ordered from this restaurant many times before without any problems. The last time we ordered delivery, there was a mistake but they made up for it by giving us a free pizza. Their service is excellent and the food is delicious. We will definitely continue to be returning customers."

"Waitress was lovely and pleased to see several vegan choices on the menu. Was disappointed though when both main courses came minus an element chips with the burger and kofta with the curry. (Manager did come over and explain that kofta wasn't vegan despite it saying menu that dish was veggie and dairy free and offered an alternative but partner's meal was then ready so didn't want to hold up the meal so declined. Both meals really tasty and obviously freshly prepared. However menus both a bit unclean smear of chocolate (I hope on front of drinks menu. Overall quite underwhelmed with the experience."

"i love creams and will continue to go for their delicious milkshakes but i am always disappointed by the service. they are rude and ignore you. i don’t normally write reviews but i was so annoyed by this. i was stood by the till for 10 minutes while they stared at me but did not serve me. they just kept messing about with whatever they were doing, when i was clearly waiting to order. not even a ‘we’ll be with you in a second.’ they stared at me like i was an inconvenience and like they were hoping i’d leave so they didn’t have to serve me. unpleasant experience. "Charlottes W5 used to be one of our favourite places to eat and to entertain friends but recently things seem to have gone a bit wrong here. When we arrived we were told that most of the fresh fish dishes were not available because the supplier had not delivered possibly a worrying sign?The sweet potato gnocchi were not good, the other mains were ok. The service however was very patchy and not up to standard for the prices they charge, in my opinion. it wasn't busy but we had to attract attention to order and ask for the drinks menu twice. Chips were forgotten, coffee was forgotten, the staff looked harassed. On the plus side, the starters arrived promptly and were good (although for some reason the Caesar salad was not available? Odd) and the waitress offered a free pudding in exchange for one plate of uneaten gnocchi. We may return ourselves but regrettably I don't think we'll be taking the chance of inviting friends there again."

"As I have recently discovered I cannot eat Gluten I have been limited with choices at restaurants. I found that they have a large folder of which dishes are suitable for different types of allergies (this was useful) however there is not much choice (especially if you want to avoid gluten free bread aswell). I ordered a gluten free quiche dish which was overall pleasant. I was still quite hungry but did not get the chance to order anything else. The service needs improving in efficiency for such a busy location. I asked for some more hot water for teapot several times along with the menu to order some dessert but was unable to do so in the extra 40 minutes I had. Instead when I asked for the bill this was done rather quickly. I was left still feeling quite hungry and overall a little underwhelmed by the service."

"Having ordered here on many an occasion, usually whilst being fuelled by a lack of energy to cook myself, I’ve found this Domino’s branch to be of good standard. Almost always they have a deal on that makes the food of good value. I particularly like the ‘2-4-1’ collection deals, usually found on the front page of The Oracle newsletter. I would say these are not to be scoffed at, but in light of what Domino’s sells, would be a pun too far."

"Was craving a nice dessert, this place did not for fill my cravings. Ordered a Nutella cookie dough came out as solid as a brick and the sauce looked like Asda cheap chocolate melted down and shoved on. Completely missing the cookie dough. Sundae was two scoop of ice cream for £9! And a bit of sauce. Pancakes were like chewing on a rubber tire. Bananas taste horrid rather been sat on the toilet for 3 hours then eat that again. I didn’t know that the ice cream that comes with the pudding is invisible how amazing is that? By the way I ain’t fat this is a group order. Save your pennies rather than getting diarrhoea plus took over a hour to bring it. Delivery driver couldn’t find the massive building to deliver. Next time I shall just have a freezer choc ice."

"Took my teenage daughter here for breakfast as a treat before shopping in the sales. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived with only two other tables occupied. We were seated promptly and the front of house girl was lovely, however, I then noticed the following three couples to enter after us were given the option of sitting “at the back with the wisteria” or “at the front”. Myself and my daughter were sat at the front, and were not offered the option of where to sit we would have sat at the back, as one of the reasons my daughter wanted to come here was the beautiful lilac wisteria and the scenery down the back end of the restaurant. It seemed very selective to certain guests! The food was average, my daughter enjoyed the French toast and my coffee was very good. The eggs Benedict were just ok, and the waitress left us physically holding our croissant plates, after the main breakfast dishes were served, as the table was so small. £60 for breakfast service. We won’t be back."

"I have visited the yayoi Kusama exhibition, which I was very disappointed by how overwhelming the display was, although it was an interesting experience that there was not much for it. However, eating up for disappointment, which was out-of-the-box with great windows so that she was inviting about the themes the atmosphere was ludicrous. the staff was very friendly and despite the busy they were! also the food was great, I tried a new starter: carburized rag-Romesco sauce, it was a nice light on the palette and tasty, which was part small, but at the end I worked out when I was filled after the main thing. I had the confit dee for the main that was made beautiful, the vegetable bacon was a nice note and packed a lot of taste. far better than expected."

"This place had all the components to be a fantastic brunch spot but we were disappointed from start to finish. We were greeted by the female manager (Julia? with a hostile reception, despite it not even being busy and our having booked. We consistently felt like we were an inconvenience and asking for too much, even when asking for a high chair. Our waiter didn't know the menu, which made it difficult in ordering and receiving the correct food the food wasn’t as described on the menu. The food came out at different times. The bill was wrong and rather than apologising, the female manager snatched it from my mother in such an aggressive manner we were left shocked. It turned what should have been a lovely family occasion into a stressful event."
