Antipodea Richmond - Menu

The tea was served cold and the service was very slow. It took an hour to receive our food.

If you are looking for something different in a Richmond I would definitely suggest Antipodea! The atmosphere was lovely! I would recommend the Scallops and the buttermilk chicken burger

Abysmal service 30 mins wait for drinks. Food a thick pitta style bread. Small amount of fried chicken . Tasteless beef tomato. Twice the amount of bread as filling. No garnish. £13.50. Mediocre food and expensive.

Was really lovely, have been wanting to try this for a while! Delicious food and atmosphere. The only down sides were they had ran out of ingredients for the two cocktails I wanted and also had ran out of ingredients for dishes : the bacon was also under cooked. However, I would return

If you go sit towards the front, the acoustics were very poor and the service was attentive but not very good. Hurried us off the table an hour after we sat down, we had all just finished eating our main and no dessert or drinks were offered. This was after having to wait for our table initially. View menu

Booked ahead for a busy saturday. No one there to greet and then no table ready, items left off dishes, one dish didn’t arrive, had to flag down servers for everything including initial drinks and food order, food was nice but sides def used to make up for how small mains were. Disappointing but a beautiful place and poss just a bad day. Not sure Id go back though as experience def didn’t feel worth the money.

First time here. Had a lovely male server who I have to say 10/10 But there was no salt on the table, then waited and tried to get the attention of staff and no one to be seen, had to ask the people next to us and their was empty too, and the next table! Food was oily and VERY under seasoned hence the salt Then when we were done we waited for 15 mins trying to get a staff member over for the bill proceeded to go to the till and were very rudely told off by the manager that we did it wrong and were made to feel very unwelcome.

This place had all the components to be a fantastic brunch spot but we were disappointed from start to finish. We were greeted by the female manager (Julia? with a hostile reception, despite it not even being busy and our having booked. We consistently felt like we were an inconvenience and asking for too much, even when asking for a high chair. Our waiter didn't know the menu, which made it difficult in ordering and receiving the correct food the food wasn’t as described on the menu. The food came out at different times.
