"My experience here was quite disappointing actually. Me and some friends popped in last week for dinner after being recommended by another friend. Firstly, we were greeted at the door by a member of staff. He was friendly and escorted us to our table, told us a bit about the place. We then get sat down and after a small while he comes back to take our order. Here 's where it starts going down hill. Myself and one of my friends order the Honey and Harrisa chicken, the chicken itself was nice but the potatoes underneath were clearly frozen oven baked potatoes coated in seasonings, to me this is extremely disappointing when you 're charging the extortionate prices that you do. My other friend orders the chicken wrap and again he said this was bland and highly expensive for what it was. All this aside im not bothered, meal was edible at least and it wasn 't rubbish by any means. The thing that upsets me is how rude our waiter became when ordering. The last two of my friends when ordering weren 't feeling that hungry so naturally they picked up a children 's menu looking for smaller portions not realising there was an age limit. The waiter was very patronising and immediately said That Is for under 10 's only, Do you look like you 're under 10? to me that was uncalled for when it was simply an easy mistake. There was no need to be nasty about it, my friends chose something different and he left. About 10 minutes later I saw the waiter with another member of staff behind the bar pointing over to our table and smirking, I clearly saw them talking about the accident with the menu which angered me quite a bit. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect. Perhaps before looking into the faults in your customers you should consider wether or not your own establishment is perfect because what I and so many other people on here see is a fast food quality restaurant playing as something higher. You 're two stars are simply for cleanliness and the lemonade (which I will not lie is absolutely delicious and well worth it 's price) ,apart from that the staff member needs a wakeup call and the food needs improvement."
