"Me and my 16 year old friend purchased a pizza yesterday evening after sitting up on Primrose Hill. Whilst waiting for the takeaway box (as we didn’t want to eat in), my friend accidentally knocked a pepper shaker off the table. As I was in the toilet at the time of the event, I had no idea it had even occurred. As i returned to the table, i was preparing to pay the bill and a male waiter starts aggressively asking me if I was also going to pay for the broken shaker. Stunned into silence at the fact this grown man was shouting at two clearly young girls in the middle of the restaurant, as well as the fact I hadn’t known what had happened, I couldn’t answer him. He proceeds to say ‘are you stupid? Am I speaking Chinese? Answer the damn question’ still shouting. A very kind female waitress proceeds to tell him I wasn’t present and it was my friend that broke the shaker. My friend apologised profusely as well as me, yet he continued to berate us until we left. If I had been at dinner with my parents and I accidentally knocked over a shaker, I am almost certain quite a scene would’ve never happened. It disgusts me that this restaurant believes they could treat two teenage girls as less than human, showing no compassion whilst we showed mountains of remorse. I actually really enjoyed the pizza but will never EVER be returning because of this treatment."

"added dropwise for a pizza on the afternoon without reservation, and we were warmly welcomed and set immediately. the smell of reifer tomatensauce and gooey mozzarella in the stone oven under fire baked was an salutation to the sinnen. the restaurant was filled with a pleasant humor of talking and laughing, the sound of the teigs chopped in the kitchen, and the familiar sound of tellers and cutlery picked up and put down again - all with weak Italian music plays in the background. the ambiente was a tasteful hauch of seafoam blue on the wooden wall panels and equipped with sturdy furniture with red chili oils, salt and peppers and various types of fresh crimp on each table. a table can have salvia, another basilikum, the next coriander. a charming, subtler node to the l 'arte d 'arrangiarsi the art of making something from nothing of pizza. the menu was easy and easy to navigate, nothing to slandered level and nothing too adventurous. we ordered a pesto pizza and we asked for extra tomato sauce to which our server would be happy insured. after many times we came to our table customers and sleeps! the pesto had a tasteful taste and was pleasant tangy, the tomato sauce was juicy and not quite watery, and the mozzarella was evenly distributed and reached every end of the teigs. the best part, however, was the thick, soft resistance of the crust - not even the least incineration, but just at the right time pulled out of that. a 1 x 1 ' ft perfectly presented pizza. the, with two fizzy drinks, for less than 20 £. will return for the same, but with the intention to add a little red wine."

"Dreadful and outrageous service. We arrived within minutes of our booking time, to be advised that our table was not ready. There were several tables available, and we were reluctantly shown to one! We ordered two beers and two medium rare rib eye steaks. The drinks arrived promptly. One steak arrived with a tiny amount of undressed salad. This dish was priced at £25.50 and as we were advised did not include even a few chips. Actually I was asked if I had read the menu clearly not well enough to realise I’d ordered a thin uninspiring steak with a minuscule quantity of salad. I was provided with some oil and balsamic. We did ask of there were some chips to accompany the dish, and were told this was extra we politely declined. The second steak arrived with the same mediocre and frankly appaling presentation. Bizarrely, two portions of chips appeared as we were finishing what passed for the main course. When we enquired again if these were included, we refused them on the basis of the the unreasonable extra charge. We decided to leave without further ado, and asked for the bill at the front desk. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager/owner was surprised when we refused to pay the additional service charge. The food and service was dreadful, and I would suggest you consider the many other restaurants in Twickenham before booking here. I will not be returning the attitude and lack of service was staggering and a grave disappointment bearing in mind I had been recommended to this establishment."

"As summer is fast aproaching the hearty desserts like Jam rolly polly is put to one side and makes why for the lighter while still flavoursome desserts like Crepes and pancakes. I must confess I 'm more of team 'pancake ' than team crepe and for those cynics out there believe me their is a difference. However a certain little Brazilian Creperie may have changed the balance in this regard. Senzala based in the heart of Brixton Market is an inviting small restaraunt with friendly staff and with so many restaurant competing and vying for customers, it is very impressive to see Senzala is always bustling with customers and standing their ground. What is so impressive about Senzala is the options, it can 't be just considered a place you go after a meal for desert, it could easily and most of the time has appealed as a place to go and enjoy a caipirinha or two (which they have a strawberry version, worth a try) and enjoy the many options from tapas to salad to savoury crepes consisting of cheese,Italian sausage and peppers (the godfather) to sweet crepes (sweet sin) grilled banana, Belgian chocolate, splash of rum and ice cream all rolled into one flavoursome dish. With the option of eating inside or out and staff that will tend to your foody whims it most certainly a place to check out.
