"okay, so last review I was partially critical because my pregnant ex-wife couldn't get a place or eat here and we both needed. now, a few years and another pregnant thing later, I have recently more time to try dinge and free time, but somehow was in the opposite to try. yes I had an edible and expected I would have an appetit for snacks, so ordered a full pizza and selected from the menu vegan mozarella, seasoned cauliflower, BBQ sauce, jalepeno, sweet and nduja vegan sausage. building a separate pizza is £11 and contains a 2 column system where they want a thing from the subsections of the column a and as many of the column b’s as they want. base was slightly dry and slightly rough texture, but must say the pizza was delicious and it is worth it. I am no longer so stuffed and enjoyed the flavored and subtle flavors of this very good and not too heavy pizza. my brother got a pizza with normal cheese and he enjoyed, but he said was a pretty heavy pizzamine was not hard and right. Wednesday lunch in the sunny and abandoned city centre of belfast. Anarcho-Capitalism updated by previous review on 2018-08-05"

Waited way more than an average time for my pizza. Like half an hour.

There are (at least) 3 other pizza chains in Belfast that do vegan pizza and all of them are better than this place, can't recommend.

I love Pizza Punks. Their vegan cheese is the best I've had and they've added candied bacon to the menu and it is amazing. Lots of great new toppings too.

I think their vegan cheese is made from cashews which I am NOT a fan of. But that is personal preference. Was average pizza. My meat eating friends said their pizza was average also. Service was slow.

large building they own pizzas (together with other options.) unlimited toppings of their choice. pizza was great, but a bit slow and inconspicuous. I had red sauce basic, bbq pulled jackfruit, sriracha cauliflower, vegan cheese, mushrooms, red wobble and sweet oak

this place has the best vegan pizza I ever had. I love that they can add as many toppings as they can for the same price, and there is a very large selection of toppings! love that the garlic bread is also vegan! Since I must be gluten-free, this place is a divine and is one of the few places I can still fully enjoy as this happened great personal, great eating, great atmosphere

We were so excited to try this place and left really disappointed...We had the vegan pepperoni and can't remember the name of the staple vegan option from the menu. Pizza dough was crisp and dough-ey but toppings lacked flavour and the vegan cheese was very chalkey in consistency and not cheesey. We also tasted a maple siracha dip but it was like eating liquid sugar with no spicy kick it was horrible! We also both had severe cramps and tummy ache about 30-60 mins after leaving and it spoilt the rest of the evening for us. Not sure why as we are big fans of little wings vegan pizza and go there often with no tummy issues! Won't be back...

we arrived here for a quick lunch on Tuesday and were so happy that we did. the £11 build-your-own pizza option was perfect that we have a cheeseless (they have vegan mozz, we just do not cheese on pizza) with their excellent tomato sauce, red plank, brokkoli, red pepper and their vegan Italian sausage. So, so delicious. the basic was deliciously cracky and carburized and did not sit strongly on the boil. the sausage was a manifestation, an art falafel texture, with tons of heat and fennel. we drank only water, so it proved to be an amazing lunch. service was fast and friendly the cook brought us our food. it is loud in the inner (loud music, hard surfaces) but was great for a weekday. only...

They put some odd meat looking stuff on my pizza in addition to the vegan sausage. Once asked what it was the waitor (and I believe manager) had no idea then took it into the kitchen and was gona about 5-7 mins to ‘inspect it in the kitchen’ then came back saying it was just a ‘different kind of vegan sausage’ that they put two different kinds on my pizza...?!? This topping looked excactly like chicken to me and given how nobody seemed to have a clue what it was but at the same time trying to convince me it was vegan, I did not eat the pizza. Waited about 20 mins to get the vegan milkshake I ordered, which never arrived and I was then told I didn’t order. Lol. Would not go again! Also that o...

"enjoyed our evening in james st it was the best culinary experience of our trip! we had been happy to see this evening as we had a few hit-N-seals in the course of our trip to belfast. we were not disappointed and had the fabulous evening. we were quickly welcomed and sitting. the place is beautiful and spacious. revitalized and environment. the bar is great and would like to come back, only for drinks at the bar sometime. we ordered cocktails immediately. an Irish gin negroni and a traditional old fashion. my neger was absolutely excellent. I think the old fashion could have been done with real sugar cubes and not sugar syrup, but it wasn't too bad. we were quick to choose our wein. we chose a beautiful juicy red, the cline, the old vine zinfandel, 2019. to begin we had the ham hock terrine with piccalilli champ bread and some scallops with boar bell. the hanging-hock court was the best ham-hock I had. the homemade piccalilli was something else. really nice crispy and sharp sharp to help cut through the hammock and the champbrot was delicious crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. the scallops and black bells were disappointing, as they lacked no salt or genuine aroma or texture between them. we still ate it and shared the rest of my hammock. we both decided to go for the co. tyrone 270g fillet steak with sides of champ and truffle parmesan chips. red wine and pfeffer sauce. they were fantastic steaks. Actually, I didn't think I would finish mine, but I did. I have met the right choice with the jus and the truffle chips. they went so well together, the dryness of the parmesan and sweet, slightly greasy of the jus. the steaks were perfectly cooked. a medium and my medium rare. fantastic aroma on the grilled outside of the steak and beautiful texture when they pierce. we both agreed that the champ was the best champ we ever cost. it was hot, soft, so well aromatized with hot butter on the top of the copper serving pot melt. it was really the most incredible champ. I was too full of dessert. but my sample ordered the sticky toffee pudding sundae. the team was friendly enough to make me an espresso martini that was both decaf and not a sugar syrup. it was brilliant. we both managed to work our way, although a surprisingly light sticky toast desserts on Sunday. the team was fantastic. very friendly and chatting to us. the bar team did not stop, I had the pleasure of standing and watching them make a great selection of drinks and cocktails. the waiting staff were also very friendly when they check in with us at comfortable places to ensure that we were in order. we felt very well looked around. the service was very good, we didn't feel any hurry, it felt like such a free time in this restaurant. when we come back to belfast, we will be back in absolute terms and we will definitely recommend others. Thank you."

"I'm an American. I was invited to work at the queen’s university in a global conference. my airline has moved my baggage, so I stopped in the barking dog to use her wlan to check the status of my baggage and have a drink and a snack with my associate who has unusual allergies. the menu had nothing to call us, so we have decided to finish and move only our drinks./ at no point has anyone informed that it is illegal to have only drinks, and our server ran our review without mentioning any legal requirements. After I paid, someone who I suspect, the manager, came to the table and checked our reception. exactly what I thought was what they said before they cheated on me how it is illegal to buy drinks in a restaurant without eating. I apologised and explained that I had no warning. I offered to buy food retroactive and they refused. then they repeated that I was in a restaurant and not in a pub and that my activities were illegal. they denied my multiple attempts to apologise me while I explained that I am not out of the opposite. this experience was very confusing for me, because the night before me had drinks in a restaurant without food and it was no problem. in any case I was told that there is no such law and that the ordering of drinks without eating in a restaurant is very common. I've never been treated so badly in a customer service dynamic and I'm not sure why this happened. I feel targeted and totally mistreated for what does not seem to be a good reason. To finish it, it was my birthday. complete error in the name of what this person was. I will say the rest of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating."
