"Was looking forward to our “boozy brunch” booking but was told when we arrived that this offer was not an option on Sundays. On closer inspection it does say this on the website but when we booked our table it let us book this option so this was not our fault. Our server was understanding of this and willing to still let us have the offer as this was clearly a booking system error but then who I can only assume was the supervisor or manager came over and was very rude to us about this and made me show her step by step how I booked it despite showing her a screenshot of my booking already. She then disgruntledly said “I guess we’ll have to let you have it then” and seemed angry which was unpleasant and made us feel uncomfortable and like we were to blame for this. However our server came back and was lovely and very attentive! The food and drinks were nice and good value with the deal and I’m sure general ambience would have been better had we not had that initial experience"

"I went to this historical pub for dinner. The service at the bar was just okay, with two young girls more focused on their conversation than serving customers. The beer was good, but it's hard to go wrong with beer. They only serve pies, and while the meal was nicely presented, it wasn't hot enough and we've had better pies in London. Overall, it might be a better place to grab a beer rather than have a full meal."

"I realise that rents and rates in this part of the world are high and restaurants need to make a living, but the sandwiches here are not good. I had a beef sandwich. Said sandwich was made with very thick cut granary bread, which would...have been nice if it had some butter on it, but as dry bread I found it difficult to swallow and left most of it on the plate. The bread also felt slightly stale to the touch as if it had been sitting around for a while. In between these two doorsteps was ONE uber-thin slice of supermarket deli counter overcooked roast beef. Horseradish was barely there. This sandwich simply had no flavour. Chips were very nice, but not good value for the price tag. Not a happy lunch experience and won't be returning I'm afraid."

"I can never blame this place. the pizzas are the largest they have in glassgow if they want to mix it at least. the personal is always very friendly and really adds to the experience of the night. the sides are all tasty also they must try their punk mac n comb. mmmmm. and the prices are more than reasonable! I will also add that their cocktails are all absolutely tasty with taking out of blue monday, which I personally do not like at all and also not my friends, but it looks amazingly lol. please go if they have looked at the pink and blue neon and thought they would like to try it. because it is amazing. my favourite place in the city!"

"Have been to red dog many times over the years. Left a bit disappointed this time. Starters were good (wings nachos and croquettes) and the first round of drinks were made well. I ordered pork ribs which were enormous (no bad thing) but seemed under seasoned and possibly a tiny bit undercooked. Also there used to be a selection of bbq sauces on offer with different styles available. Now though they’ve reduced it to just the thinner more vinegary variety which I didn’t particularly enjoy. That’s all personal taste but the kicker was that the service deteriorated over the course of our meal and the drinks became unrecognisable and felt like they were being under poured. The espresso martini I plumped for after being told they couldn’t do an amaretto sour tasted like cold burned espresso and I refused to pay for it. The burgers looked great and the various fries were good. On the whole though this was a promising start and went to poor by the end of the meal. By the end we were one of only two tables in the restaurant and I still had to walk to the bar to get the bill. I’d still go back for a cheese steak though."

"okay, so last review I was partially critical because my pregnant ex-wife couldn't get a place or eat here and we both needed. now, a few years and another pregnant thing later, I have recently more time to try dinge and free time, but somehow was in the opposite to try. yes I had an edible and expected I would have an appetit for snacks, so ordered a full pizza and selected from the menu vegan mozarella, seasoned cauliflower, BBQ sauce, jalepeno, sweet and nduja vegan sausage. building a separate pizza is £11 and contains a 2 column system where they want a thing from the subsections of the column a and as many of the column b’s as they want. base was slightly dry and slightly rough texture, but must say the pizza was delicious and it is worth it. I am no longer so stuffed and enjoyed the flavored and subtle flavors of this very good and not too heavy pizza. my brother got a pizza with normal cheese and he enjoyed, but he said was a pretty heavy pizzamine was not hard and right. "The server was polite however he got our order wrong. Asked if I could upgrade my chips to loaded fries and he didn’t do that, instead he charged us for the loaded fries and got normal fries too. When the food came it was lovely, however our sauces were missing. We asked for the bill and it hadn’t arrived so we asked again 15 minutes later as we could see the waiter had forgot. It still hadn’t arrived so we had to ask for a third time. Half an hour after originally asking we eventually got the bill; when they brought the bill we asked for a card machine. That took an extra 10-15 minutes. We weren’t able to leave the restaurant until 45 minutes after we had finished our meal. We would recommend to a friend but we would say go when it’s quiet as the waiters seem easily distracted and forgetful during busy times"

"We thoroughly enjoy our visits to Red Dog in Southampton. The selection of food is impressive, and usually good quality. The service is normally good, and occasionally exceptional. In this occasion, the food was good, but not the usual high standard we’re used to. The brisket seemed quite dry, the ribs were quite tough and a few other minor irritations. Not enough to stop us coming again, but a little disappointed. The service on this occasion felt a bit like we were being rushed. We were eating quite a substantial amount of food, and had paused for a few short moments with food still on the dishes, and got asked if we were all done, as one example. The music seems to have gone down hill in recent years, seeming to get more rowdy and loud. Rather than fitting with the theme of the restaurant much. As I said, we’ll likely go again, we really enjoy the food overall, and hopefully this instance was a one off."

"I often visit this coffee shop in the industrial area, and the staff are always friendly, polite, and customer-focused. They even remember my usual drink, a matcha latte, and make it perfectly every time. The coffee shop is clean and has a great atmosphere. I give them five stars."

" well and created a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the roast turkey and cranberry sauce. The service was friendly and efficient, no complaints there. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place for a festive night out with friends or family."

"Service a bit slow, had to ask for service a couple of times. Food took a while to be served and came out bits at a time. However, the food was amazing. So tasty. Lovely waitress, and it was only her first day. Will go again."

"The experience at the restaurant was enjoyable overall. The only issue was that the cow shed did not accept or acknowledge OpenTable reservations. Customers who book through OpenTable should make sure to inform the cow shed directly to guarantee their reservation."

"maybe it was the afternoon whiskey tasting? Maybe it was the nice glasswegian waiter? or maybe the social has been playing since previous reviews really charged! I loved my meal here (the on whim, by, tümmies shy, no pre-Meal zomato research carried out) and was appalled to see the bad reviews, post my wonderful experience sticky, gooey, chey caramelized nuts and wee to begin. followed by Thai curries and all kinds of super salat super-groom, left us full content! I have not even seen all the beautiful cocktails in the offer until I have uploaded this review. I have to go back! it was great. the end!"
