"So at first it look really cute outside and in, the menu seemed to have a nice selection and staff seemed friendly. Then we ordered and it arrived within 10 minutes during a busy lunch service (not cooked fresh then) and my burger was SO dry and overdone (not that anyone asked how I liked it done) that it crumbled when I cut the burger in half. I had to ask for mayo, ketchup and salt pepper for the chips and to make the burger edible. But it took the waitress 20 minutes to do that, and then we had to wait 40 minutes for: someone remembering our table, asking for the bill delivering the bill and paying. Shocking. Never going back."

Food was good. Slightly over priced and more variations on sandwich menu are needed. However the quality and service is very good.

The service is always great, but the happy hour that was in operation before Xmas, is now not in operation, which is a little odd bearing in mind that January is traditionally the quietest month of the year. Anyhow good convivial fun and with or without the happy hour, we'll be back.

Nice little bar/restaurant hidden round the back. Food was very good and priced OK. Service though was a bit naff with my coffee cup almost being snatched out of my hand before I finished.I asked for the bill and only on the third occiaision was it produced, the waiting staff being too busy eating thier lunch. shame, spoilt a nice lunch. I've have visited this restaurant several times and the food has been reasonableToday at lunch with 7 colleagues the meal was poor one order was incorrect (missing cheese on sandwich three burgers were served cold and a request for crispy chips was ignored with soggy chips being served. The bill was adjusted slightly and the waitress did apologise.

I had a drink with my colleague at Jamies last week. the staff are friendly and helpful. They do 2 for 1 cocktails. Though it takes a while to get these cocktails out! Food menu in the evening is always somehow limited, that particular night only 2 item were available. Then we did not go there for the food so it did not bother us. Just stick to the drink!

Booked lunch here on a Wednesday. No Christmas items on the menu sandwiches and wraps is pretty much the whole which was a bit of a bonus and no office Christmas lunches so spare seats. Despite being relatively quite service was slow and barely civil and we could see the same was true of other tables. Food was of decent quality but overall not one for Jamie to be proud of. Not a lot good to say really. The food was OK, usual central London pub grub, service was terrible. This was a weekday lunchtime meal so time is always a factor. Waited over 10 minutes to order food and drinks, did not eat until 35 minutes after we arrived (we ordered sausages and mash, and the Thai curry). After 15 minutes of waiting after asking for the bill it did not arrive so paid on the way out via the bar. Not a single apology. The place was not busy so could not understand reason for the poor service? For their sake I hope it was an off day.

Popped in here for a drink whilst in London. I was around 6.30 pm so mainly local office workers having a drink after work. Did,nt see anyone eating so cannot comment on the food, in fact didn't even notice a menu. Only two staff working, one was new, the other obviously was well known to regulars. Service was slow due to one staff being behind the bar and the phone kept ringing, poor girl needed to really multitask. Customers were moaning about lack of service and having to wait. Shame, the place is really nice and cosy and tucked away in a really n ice part of London.
