"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"they sat immediately, but wanted to be in our own room and was said we can't sit wherever we like, as they are short personal. that was a Monday night. about other employees had begun to sit shortly after. so that at the end of anyway the place could be taken as the restaurant was also very quiet. the food was ordered and came out as expected, but we needed some changes to our order. tammy chimichanga had a soak that I didn't want, and the kitschige tortillabrot came very crispy and burned. the total quality of the food was not great and had to ask if articles should be removed from the bill, as did not want to wait for another dish while my friend had already begun her meal. they insisted on getting me another dish, but I was not willing to wait the extra time if it should come first properly. I came out to eat at the same time as my friend did not eat at different times. we sat near the kitchen and everything we could hear was that they played their own music there. a blonde waitress stood in the same position for a good min.- half an hour not really do something."

"EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Why did i say this at the start, we kept staring at menu wondering what it was , as most dishes would have it . We went there on one of the bank holidays. There was a wait time about 5 mins. We were served by a friendly staff. Learned kids get juice and ice cream as part of the meal deal. We opted for panosso. I was expecting a small sandwich but what we got was a large sourdough bread sandwich. It was quite a portion and we had to take leftover home (they don't mind) . Overall for 2 person and 1 small kid the cost was £19 to give you a cost perspective . There is definitely lack in the the type of filling used (chicken) but there are plenty of other places to go. When it comes to authentic Italian food with quality ingredients which can be quite good for your body, this is a good place. We will be back for a pizza (son ordered it) it was delicious"

"Upon entering the restaurant, we were impressed with the layout and style. Once seated in a cosy booth, we glanced through the menu, impressed with the vast selection of dishes and drinks. The drinks were mostly brilliant, the only exception being the limoncello being served in a shot glass, meaning we needed to order lemonade as it was strong. This noteably did not detract from the experience. The starters were fantastic; great flavours, serving size and selection. Our mains offered a generous portion but not too heavy, also very tasty. Desserts again were delicious and a perfect portion size. Currently rated number 1 on Trip Advisor and I can see why. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely meal Bella Italia!"

"I recently visited Chiquito on Riverside in Norwich with my family to celebrate Father's Day. The food was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of us chose a different dish, all of which were delicious. I opted for the Chicken Enchiladas with hot sauce, though next time I might try the spiciest option as it wasn't as hot as I had hoped. My daughter had the chilli beef tacos with mild sauce, which had a bit more heat. The tortilla chips starter was tasty, and we even got to wear sombreros to embrace the Mexican theme. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the slow service when requesting the bill and waiting for payment. However, they do offer the option to pay using their app at the table. Despite this minor inconvenience, we were happy with our overall experience. I highly recommend trying the Mexican Mess dessert."

"Received excellent customer service from Nicola (going from the name on the receipt) I had ordered mojitos Appleberry this was sweet but i liked it, also the Passion fruit mojito was nice not as sweet as appleberry. Had Nachos for starters was very fresh. Chimichangers were chicken very well made, not greasy as they are fried. For dessert I had 8 churros was very nice, fresh crispy although would have liked the chocolate dip to be thick like nuttella would have been perfect. Overall very happy with my visit. One of the only few that have survived the pandemic. Will be returning"

"Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. "Me and my friends went today (11.08.18 around 6pm)to have a nice dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and ladies serving us on the day were really nice and helpful, especially one lady that we think was from Spain. Unfortunately the woman dealing with front of the restaurant was extremely unhelpful and rude. We waited for about 15min in front to be seated, them we thought that maybe we can just sit down, but we did ask a waitress if we can and she told us that we need to wait for the lady dealing with seats. I went there and said we we can get a seat for 3 people?, she asked do we have a reservation? I said that no and do we need one. She answered that it 's Saturday and we need a reservation. I got bit annoyed, looked around and said that they many empty seats, also asked her should we leave. She didn 't have the decency to look me in the eyes and answered since we already sat down, we can stay . This is highly rude and unprofessional customer service. I do know that this can be a hard and stressful job, but we all have a job and we need to deal with many difficult situations. I do know that the front lady is Polish, I am as well so I do understand the this she was saying. Whoever is a manager or owner should train the stuff how to treat the customers."

"we are not often in the opposite, but would always choose to come here. menu is extensive and we have not been disappointed with any decisions yet. I think it offers for a wide range of locations from causal to eat group bookings and events every day. the employees are in the regular friendly and helpful, although we try to avoid the busy times, because it can go slower during the peak eating. will definitely return."

"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"We arrived at 2:30 PM and placed our order within ten minutes. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. By 3 PM, I inquired about the long wait for our food, but the waitress couldn't explain the delay. I had already prepaid to ensure we wouldn't be late for a movie starting at 3:20. By that time, my two children and I were becoming frustrated. Once again, the waitress was unsure why our food was taking so long. At 3:25, I requested a refund, opting to grab a snack at the cinema instead. The manager approached us and promised that our food was on its way. Just a minute later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the tacos were soggy, and the chicken in my salad was dry. We ended up feeling rushed to eat. I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you're okay with waiting nearly an hour for subpar food."

"I recently celebrated my grandmother's birthday here with my family. The service was a bit slow, but we did visit on a Saturday. The food was fresh and served hot! I really enjoyed my appetizers, the jalapeño poppers, although the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste—I have diabetes, so I have to be mindful of my sugar levels. I ordered the Texan stack burger meal, which was good, but I expected the burger to be a bit larger. I also loved the skin-on chips. Overall, my family and I had a great time!"
