"I've been using Natural Spice for years and years. After the last change of management or refurb, the food only got better but strangely the Poppadoms got a little soft. I didn't give on and they have nailed it Okay it's a small detail but when the food gets better and that first pompom doesn't crunch, it smarts a bit Happy to say they fixed the smallest detail. This isn't Indian. It's British Indian food with Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. I recommend that you deep dive the menu and don't be afraid to ask them to add subtract and mix ingredients for you #natspicebromance"

"often call them at the weekend for an all-day breakfast. the caffe is made like an American diner and has a similar theme menu, pancakes, burger, huhn as well as the famous breakfast. the ladies that run the caffe are very happy and friendly, service is fast, eating ready to order cooked. only the problem is sometimes at the biker weekend in the summer it can wait a little for eating recommended."

"This place was so wholesome and warm immediately on arrival. Me and my friend both ans lunch, she had a gluten free bagel, I had a chicken wrap. Mine was so tasty and succulent, she expressed hers to be flavoursome and moreish. Food was delivered hot and promptly to our tables. Whilst overall the staff were all great, everyone made us feel welcome and pretty much everyone engaged in a conversation at some point. Haddy was particularly friendly and helpful, and nothing felt to much from him. All in all great service, great atmosphere and great food. Would definitely recommend for wholesome quick bite to eat ."

"Overall this was a good experience. Although we did have to wait a while for a member of staff to notice that we had arrived. My son and I ordered steaks for our main course which were tender, well cooked and served in good time. My son is a bit of a steak connoisseur and he gave a thumbs up. The only criticism I would have is if you are going to put some green salad on the side at least put a decent amount or don’t bother. To drink I had a gin and tonic, unfortunately this had so much tonic and ice in it I couldn’t taste the gin. This could be improved on. Bearing in mind this is a bar and grill in East Grinstead High Street they did a pretty good job and we both left feeling satisfied and it’s not often I say that."

"I ordered food for 6:30 but it did not arrive, so I called the take away at 6:45. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I called again and was informed that it would be there by 7:15. When the food still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told that the driver had delivered it. I told the person on the phone that he hadn't and he hung up on me. I tried calling back but there was no answer. The food eventually arrived at 7:25, nearly an hour later than I had requested. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was tasty but lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I would have been happier if the take away had called and informed me that my food would be late, with no apology. The customer service needs to be improved."

"The first time I visited this restaurant, I was a bit unsure, but the staff were courteous and professional. They even took the time to share some insights about their cooking techniques. With their help, I decided to try the mango and kale burrito. It was extremely spicy, but I will have to try it again next time. On this visit, I preferred to focus on flavors rather than heat, so I chose peri peri fries and Pepsi Max. I have never done this before, but I finished my fries first and they were unbelievably delicious. The burrito was also packed with flavor, and I enjoyed the combination of tastes. It was a bit spicy, but I managed to balance it out with garlic mayo. The staff encouraged me to try as many sauces as I wanted, and they made me feel like anything was possible. I ate quickly but also enjoyed my meal in the restaurant. I will definitely bring my father and daughter along on my next visit. I look forward to trying the zimt waffel dessert. "The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable! The cocktails were beautifully presented as well. The staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure with a fully booked restaurant and people constantly looking for tables. There were only two staff members on the floor, yet they managed to remain incredibly friendly, even as we ordered a few big cocktails and stayed at our table longer than expected. "So last Monday we came to a really chilled vibe at 730, big guy playing solo guitar. Had a few drinks me and wife in the early 50s) then DJ started and we explained up to 230. Great atmosphere, good drinks, 100s well pampered young people arrived at 10 a.m. One has to tell the door staff a good work, their patience was tested by some middle old idiots, but nothing dishonest and much clear communication about what would be tolerated, etc. All in all a great place that can bring up a great night!"

"We stayed in Brighton for a few days as it was my son's birthday, we stumbled over Cafe Aldo when we had 2 children with us and needed to get a breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and a good serving size. The service was excellent and he even put our buggy away for us, so we had more space. After the demand for the account of the owners who worked nicely, it was my son's birthday without asking them to buy a free piece of chocolate cake with 2 pots of ice. The whole café then sung happy birthday for him!! Thanks for making his day and making him feel so special. Will definitely visit the next time and choose with many cafes I would definitely recommend this place for a beautiful family business!!"

"I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Initially, I was pleased to have reserved a table in the trios section. However, on the day of our reservation, I received a phone call from the restaurant saying they were fully booked and offered us a table in the pit instead, assuring us we could still enjoy the trios menu. When we arrived at the pit, we had a hard time finding our table, which was located right next to the loudspeakers and a beer pong table. I had to go up to the bar and shout over the noise to request two menus, which seemed to take the staff by surprise. While the food was fine and the waiter was pleasant, my daughter found the atmosphere disappointing and unwelcoming. We also wanted to order a drink, but the cocktail bar was closed for a private party. Overall, I left feeling unimpressed."
