"The food was generally quite nice and the portions plentiful. The meat was a tad fatty for my liking but the flavour was good. Service was approximately 20 minutes so quite slow considering it was quite empty, we ordered two new Gees wraps and two kids nuggets meals. One member was helpful with helping with us taking away our leftovers. Atmosphere was quite flat, was half empty, which is fine, but sticky tables and the blender going off every few minutes at ear splitting volumes didn't make it a pleasant experience whilst waiting for food and eating. Toilets nice and clean though."

"I ordered three pork gyros for myself and my two children—one without salad for my eldest son—along with some halloumi fries and a burger for my wife. We were informed that our order would take 80 minutes, which was already frustrating, but we ended up waiting nearly two and a half hours for our food. Once it arrived, I realized we had been cheated. A gyros is meant to be a delicious combination of meats, fries, vegetables, and a generous helping of fresh tzatziki, all wrapped in a crispy pita, as advertised. Instead, what we received was a greasy, soggy container filled with pork and fries, accompanied by what could only be described as an insultingly small and inadequate pita—it looked more like a muffin roll and tasted equally dismal. Although I had ordered one gyros without salad, all three came without any salad. This left both my wife and me to eat gyros with a significant portion of the ingredients missing. While the pork itself was decent, it was hard to appreciate amongst the greasy fries and the tiny serving of tzatziki. Given the high prices and long wait time, we couldn’t help but feel utterly let down. This isn’t just a subpar representation of Greek food; it’s a complete misfire. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again."

"All items there are extremely delicious! The amazing smell that you feel when you enter the shop makes you want to buy something even if you are not hungry! The biggest problem is that they have a huge variety of cakes,sweets, pastries and sandwiches and it is so difficult to decide what to buy! "First time having a takeaway from Usta Grill. Overall not bad but points that could be improved on. Ordered on just eat and their page was pretty simple and self explanatory. Food arrived 25 mins early which is obviously a massive bonus.... Unless you're busy...and they catch you by surprise but hay all fun and game ay. Delivery person was extremely polite and nice instead of the usual shoving food in you face and walking off as some other places local to here. Food itself was served in typical takeaway plastic containers and which unfortunately leaked into the bag and made it soggy. The prawns in garlic tasted nice but unfortunately they were just cheap frozen prawns. The calamari was extremely good but presume just frozen rings. I had the chicken gyro with salad and chips....overall very nice taste but because of the containers enged up soggy which spoil the chips and made them into a mush. My partner had the lamb shish wrap which came as well as could be presented for a take away, not soggy and very tasty We was pleased with the taste of the food and would order again but like I said previously things could be improved"

"We fancied trying something different so decided to try the Gyros on South Parade Pier weren't disappointed. We both had the wraps which were a pitta base, either feta or tzatziki sauce then salad chicken or pork then turned into a cone type...wrap topped with a few chips sprinkled with herbs, absolutely delicious. Will definitely go back, really good value too at £4.90. Guys serving were really friendly too. Nice to have other options than fish chips for a change."

"Im a senior citizen who suffers from heart failure which means I have to take diaretics to keep my heart from stopping unfortunately the side effects are that I need to pee on very short notice. I was outside this restaurant at lunch time snd entered looking for some one to ask no one was there and it was urgent. Having used their facilties for which I was grateful I looked at the menu and decided as it was lunch time it looked like a good place to eat. I got into my car and as I was suggesting we had luch there an emotes of the diner approached me a little aggressively that their rest room wasn't a public convenience. I tried to explain about my heart failure and apogised and that it was an emergency but this fell on deaf ears. I then decided with that attitude that I not only wouldn't have lunch there but would never frequent their establishment ever again and suggest to anyone reading this they should avoid it. Especially if you're a senior citizen or have members of you're families who are."

"Ordered a takeaway from Just Eat showing delivery at 7.20 which was 45 mins. then went to 7.50. Order showing as still being prepared at 8.10 and status update says no drivers available. Cancelled order and then received call from restaurant saying Just Eat were really bad, they had no drivers and they could cook the order really quickly if we wanted now and we could order with deliveroo. If you know you have a problem with Just Eat then why keep using them and accepting peoples orders because that's your choice to keep doing that and putting yourself in a position where you let people down. Thats a poor excuse. It's nearly 2 hours after placing the order and no food has arrived so have had to arrange an alternative."

"Really disappointing experience, ordered food with them, ring after an hour to check on the delivery and they said it had already been delivered so explained it hadn't come to our address and we was still waiting for the order so he said he would personally bring it himself for the mix up and would be 10 minutes.I rang back 20 minutes later and the same guy answered and told me another driver was coming with my second order and that the driver said I'd already had the first, I asked for the same driver to come back so he can see it's his mistake but they said he couldn't, it turns up after 1 and half hours with the driver saying the other driver said it was delivered and I'm saying it wasn't so they didn't know who to believe ?It's insulting to suggest I'm trying to steal a kebab from you when I've ordered many times before rather than just get the driver to tell you or show you where he delivered it and apologise for the mistake as your only down the road.Maybe the first order was decent for whoever got it but the one we got wasn't, the donner meat was really dry and burnt and so was the chips and just looked like scraps you had left before closing that usually ends up in the bin and most of it did so will try another place next time."

"Good food, family friendly and good service. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly despite being a bit distracted or fresh in the role (No complaints really). I'll eat here again if given the chance. Only thing I'll point out for the restaurant to improve is to do something about it being too cold, when the front door was open all night those in the first table will have to eat with the jackets on and still feel chilly not to mention the food will get cold quite fast. Good one guys Parking: At night is quite easy to find free parking in the street... Daytime, I don't know. Kid-friendliness: Normal greek food is perfectly fine for kids, don't go for it any nonsense like nuggets etc. Get them a plate and drop some fries halloumi and meats from the adult plates."
