"I ordered three pork gyros for myself and my two children—one without salad for my eldest son—along with some halloumi fries and a burger for my wife. We were informed that our order would take 80 minutes, which was already frustrating, but we ended up waiting nearly two and a half hours for our food. Once it arrived, I realized we had been cheated. A gyros is meant to be a delicious combination of meats, fries, vegetables, and a generous helping of fresh tzatziki, all wrapped in a crispy pita, as advertised. Instead, what we received was a greasy, soggy container filled with pork and fries, accompanied by what could only be described as an insultingly small and inadequate pita—it looked more like a muffin roll and tasted equally dismal. Although I had ordered one gyros without salad, all three came without any salad. This left both my wife and me to eat gyros with a significant portion of the ingredients missing. While the pork itself was decent, it was hard to appreciate amongst the greasy fries and the tiny serving of tzatziki. Given the high prices and long wait time, we couldn’t help but feel utterly let down. This isn’t just a subpar representation of Greek food; it’s a complete misfire. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again."

Huge portions of food and great if you're a meat eater. More choice of Ales needed as none were on offer that were on the menu.

After waiting over 2 hrs for our food for it to be cold. And not nice at all. And Many phone calls later. The management was actually really good and sorted the problem. Thank you. 3 for sorting the issue but not for the food. Sorry.

My partner Rachel and I have consistently enjoyed excellent food and customer service at the Greek Grill. Harvey, in particular, has always taken great care of us. We celebrated our 30th birthday here just before the lockdown, and it was such a wonderful evening!

Had takeaway a few times from here now, and has yet to disappoint, so good. Great, friendly service when collecting. Amazing portion sizes and some great authentic Greek dishes to choose from. Thoroughly recommend as an alternative to the usual Chinese/Indian/Pizza.Look forward to eating in when the chance comes.

I have ordered from this restaurant through Just Eat twice, and both times my order did not arrive despite waiting half an hour for confirmation from the restaurant. I had to request a refund from Just Eat both times. When I called, I only received an automated response. Overall, this restaurant has been a terrible experience.

I took home a few dishes from here and was not disappointed; everything was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming during my pickup. The portion sizes are impressive, and there is a fantastic selection of authentic Greek dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant as a great alternative to the usual Chinese, Indian, or pizza options. I can't wait for the next opportunity to enjoy their food again!

"Whilst I’m sure the food is nice, I didn’t get as far as trying it. My first and only experience was when I popped in to ask about Christmas lunches. Having just had this Christmas, I was naturally thinking ahead to our plans next year looking into one of their take away dinners, as a way of making our Christmas day run a bit smoother. I’m not quite sure what made the chef (owner? quite so cross. I could hear him loudly telling the waitress (to pass on to me : “I ain’t even thinking about Christmas. Don’t know if we’re even doing it again but I ain’t talking about it”. Loudly saying this, when I was stood right there yet not making eye contact with me. It made me feel so small and stupid for asking about it. I came away feeling like I never want to eat there, don’t want to recommend it and that the customer service is somewhat lacking. Make people feel like valued customers, it’s so easy. If you’re cross with your potential customers for even enquiring before they’ve experienced your food, something isn’t right. I was just asking a question about a service the cafe offers. I’ve since read through some Google reviews, the worst rated all complain about the owner being aggressive/ rude… Edited after owner’s response: You’re right, how dare I pop in when I was passing (I’m not often in the area! and when you had customers. Wishing you your woeful customer service a prosperous year."
