"Arrived to one other customer in the shop (Sunday night, 7pm) and three staff behind the counter, totally ignored for a good five minutes like they were rushed off their feet. Eventually served by a very young lad whilst the manager just watched. Spent £25.00 on food, then remembered I forgot to order chips and curry sauce for my son. Ordered and went to pay the £4.20 served by the manager (so it said on the back of her tee shirt) and asked for an extra 50p to cover card charges as my order was below £5.00. Explained I’d just paid £25 for food and she shrugged, said sorry and walked away. What great customer services from a Manager, then topped off with mediocre cold food !!!"

"I recently dined at this new restaurant with my wife and son and was highly pleased. The vegetable dish was fresh and crispy, the tandoori chicken was delicious, and the other dishes were also excellent. The beer was cold, the staff was very polite, and the service was quick. We will definitely be back. It's worth noting that the restaurant is only open for lunch from 12 to 2:30 daily. However, there seems to be some confusion regarding their operating hours as the menu and website may indicate otherwise."

"What a delicious dover sole I had. The salad was really fresh and the king prawns in olive oil and garlic sauce was impressively tasty. Toilets are immaculately clean, the owner is polite and attentive. Really fancy set up and service. Dont you love fine dining? Proper Napkins and crisp white table cloth chateu neufe red was also a delight for my taste buds. It was a business dinner but will go back I think."

"The place was good and affordable if you're looking for cheap food. The pizzas taste really good when it's freshly made. However, when it got cold later and I warmed it in the microwave it wasn't as good as when it was fresh! I also ordered potato skins which were not good and were really dry. The customer service is quiet nice. The communication however is not clear. I asked if the meat feast had pork and the guy said no but it had pepperoni. The wait for 2 large pizzas was 15 mins, so they are pretty quick. They're also open till late so that's a plus ! I've added pics of the menu for the prices!"

"To be honest, I should have known this was a scatty place being the only place open until 4am on a Monday... we ordered at 2am and after hours of waiting, and my mobile being blocked by the 'restaurant '... I decided to go to bed, hangry as ever. I was then woken up at 5am!!! By the delivery driver... The food was cold and naaaasty... chicken not too bad though. "We wanted to get some North Indian food on our Scotland trip after a long day, and luckily, Sam's was open until later. As vegetarians, we were told that it was mainly a non vegetarian place but we could get a few veggie options. We opted out of getting any fried starters as we were told that they were fried in the same oil along with meat. We went straight for the mains: Butter Tandoori Roti, Butter Chapati, Kadai Mix Vegetable, Saag Paneer and Dal Tadka with a side salad of onion/lemon/chilies. The food was really well made and we enjoyed it and would recommend. However, the only thing that could be better was the service we did not feel welcome. We did not receive a smile or any greetings throughout the experience. The staff was polite but curt and lacked the warmth and hospitality that one would appreciate when dining in. Not a single waiter from the many once came by to ask how we were doing and whether we needed anything or to even inform us that the kitchen was closing and we should place any last orders we may have. However, I think this may just be towards certain groups of people because I saw them smile at and check in on local looking folks. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options"
