"In my visits to Drumchapel I've always enjoyed the fare on offer at Pauls. When calling for collection I've always been struck by the spotless shop and serving areas. Deliveries are always prompt, service is always cheery and friendly. No stranger to a chippy supper over the years, Pauls is right up there with the best I've had. Portions are hearty and the batter is a delightful crispy experience, especially on the fish. Great variety, always tasty and the sausage supper would fill you for a fortnight. Great for a wee home delivery treat."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Zi 's Peri Peri due to their abysmal customer service and rude behavior. When I inquired about allergy information for a particular product, one staff member rudely replied, I don 't work in the kitchen; I don 't know, and another simply told me to Google it. Such dismissive and unhelpful responses are completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I expected better treatment as a paying customer, and this experience has left a lasting negative impression. Zi 's Peri Peri needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach."

"We stopped in while waiting for the number 8 bus and ordered two chicken strip meals and one chicken nugget meal. It took almost 10 minutes to receive our food, and when we did, the chicken strips were on plates even though we had requested takeout. After some confusion, we were given our meals in boxes and left. Unfortunately, our food was cold, but the chicken nugget meal was satisfactory according to my daughter. We returned our cold meal and received a refund, with the explanation that the staff member was working alone."

"I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. The delivery was quick, the delivery driver was friendly, and when the pizzas arrived, they were amazing! I usually don't order pizza from this place, but I'm so glad I did. The pizza was hot and tasted fresh, unlike some other places. It was incredibly delicious! "The food at this restaurant is usually good, but one day I ordered a king rib dinner that was incredibly greasy and made me feel sick for the rest of the evening. The opening times listed were incorrect as well, as I arrived in the afternoon only to find that the restaurant was closed. However, they are consistently open in the evenings."

The staff was very helpful in advising us on the best offer available. The delivery time was faster than quoted, and the delivery person was very friendly. The food was piping hot and they even included some cups for our drinks! Amazing service from beginning to end."
