"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Zi 's Peri Peri due to their abysmal customer service and rude behavior. When I inquired about allergy information for a particular product, one staff member rudely replied, I don 't work in the kitchen; I don 't know, and another simply told me to Google it. Such dismissive and unhelpful responses are completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I expected better treatment as a paying customer, and this experience has left a lasting negative impression. Zi 's Peri Peri needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach."

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable. The manager is also very friendly. I highly recommend this place for both dining in and takeout. View menu

The chicken wings were lovely! They did forget my onion rings and we didn’t have time to call back for it and also didn’t like how the till operator was speaking to the staff. I know it’s fast food etc but it’s unpleasant to witness. Although he was nice to us.

Located about a 20-minute walk from Cambridge Central Mosque, this restaurant serves some of the most delicious halal wraps I have ever tasted. The fries were excellent, and the service was exceptional. It's a great spot for a fast meal, but it can get very crowded.

Excellent service for sure, the stuff are so nice, you don’t wait a long to get your food. Always on time. The best quality and taste of food among plenty Restaurants in Cambridge. And it seems clean every time I go as a proof of high Hygiene standards. I would recommend it View menu

Don't let the outside appearence fool you, this place is legitamately one of best places to get Piri Piri Chicken in Cambridge. The pizza's are great, the chicken is very tasty and the prices are very affordable. Ordered from here quite a few times and it has been great everytime. Highly recommend the banoffee pie!

This place is great for chicken. They also offer pizza, but I haven't tried it yet. The heat levels for the chicken are accurate and the meat is tender, whether you choose wings or bone-in pieces. You can dine in and have your food brought to you, which is a nice touch in the cozy atmosphere. My only complaint is the use of plastic cutlery. I understand for takeaway orders, but it would be better to include it with bone-in chicken orders. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 rating, but it's closer to a 5, so I'm happy to go with that.
