"So where do I start we got the food and it was cold, start opening everything up and its all soggy and not edible! "I have ordered from Golden Pizza twice now, and I have to say, I really cannot find any fault with the food. It has been the best pizza I have had in a long time. The ingredients are all fresh, and the thin pizza base is perfect! "A typical fast food establishment in Banbury that struggles to deliver a decent takeaway. My children and I were not impressed; I couldn't even try the chicken filler burger because it had an unpleasant odor, so it went straight into the bin. "Everything was going well until I ordered a cheeseburger meal and some mozzarella sticks at this restaurant. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the mozzarella sticks were frozen, the chips were cold and undercooked, and my cheeseburger was actually a surprise Doner meat burger. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the Doner meat. When I asked about the ingredients in the Doner meat, the staff couldn't provide any information. I have two questions for this establishment: 1. Have you received any allergen training and do you understand the potential consequences of serving allergens? 2. If you were out of burgers, why did you not inform me beforehand instead of substituting with a poor-quality option like Doner meat? The food was awful and the attitude of the staff was rude. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs."

I'm frustrated because when I called, they said it was on its way, but when I checked the Just Eat app, the driver had been delivering my food for an hour with no explanation for the delay. I won't be ordering from here again. I was really looking forward to enjoying some delicious chicken after a smoke, but it was a total disappointment."
