"Booked a table for Sunday lunch, arrived to a small table by the toilets. Half the pub is jolly families out for lunch, the other half is dead eyed old geezers staring into an afternoon pint. We were in the old geezer half. We ordered roast lamb £17 each) and then waited, and waited... and waited. We gave it about an hour before asking when our food would arrive, the stressed waiter explained that they were very busy but that it wouldn't be long. We waited another 45 mins before asking again at the bar no one updated us as to what was going on). The lady behind the bar said that our food would be 6 minutes... While we waited for another 15 minutes someone on the table next to us was making a complaint about the portions being very small and the food not being good. The waiting staff didn't know what to say to her. Alarm bells were ringing that when our food arrived it was not going to be good. When the plates eventually turned up they were very small portions, a single piece of meat and a small pile of vegetables. A normal sized Yorkshire pudding was about 3/4 of the total meal. We decided that we had reached the end of our patience and decided to reject the food and leave the pub, thankfully we hadn't paid yet and so didn't have to go through the fuss of a refund. The staff were apologetic once we decided to leave, but it was too little too late. I felt sorry for them because management had obviously hung them out to dry with not enough staff and not enough food to go round."

"Dear Zebrano Soho Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment on [01/06/2024]. I had reserved a table in advance to watch the Champions League match and paid for the reservation. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues that I believe need to be addressed. 1. Seating Arrangement and Audio Issues : Despite my advance reservation, I was seated right next to the projector screen. The overhead projector was on maximum volume, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. 2. Immediate Charges for Drinks : When I ordered drinks for myself and my partner, we were charged immediately. We ordered a few more drinks throughout the night, and each time we were required to pay on the spot, which was inconvenient. 3. Food Quality : I ordered chicken wings, which were served completely cold and were inedible. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for the quality I expect from Zebrano Soho. 4. Billing Issues : At the end of the night, we were presented with a bill that included charges for all the drinks, despite having already paid for them throughout the evening. When I proved through my online banking that everything had been paid, no apology was offered for the mistake. Overall, my experience was far below the standards I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to avoid such issues in the future. Sincerely,"

"We booked a Table for 2 on Monday, 29 August 2022 at 16:45. We arrived at 4:35pm, was promptly taken upstairs to a baron restaurant. The decoration is marvellous, and a beautiful setting. We were given a menu, and promptly ordered. This was done around 4:40pm. At 16:43, i got a message from Open Table whom i booked with saying my booking had been changed “ Table for 2 on Monday, 29 August 2022 at 17:00”. I thought nothing of this as we were sat chatting, enjoying our drinks and waiting on our starters. At 5:05pm, my wife asked the waiter where our food was (we were the only table dining . To be told, there was a booking error and they do not open until 5:00pm (might want to change the board outside stating food is served all day!!! . Also… you might want to give your patrons who have ordered s heads up too!! Still waiting for our food, we heard a clatter. I jokingly said “I bet thats our food”. A few minutes around 4:20, nearly 45 minutes after first arriving. The chef came out and said that was our starting going down the stairs… so at this point, I was done with Mr Fox. We up a left, this will be our last visit. When this place first opened and Paul Ohara was chef it was fabulous. Last couple times, its been like faulty towers. I don't think this restaurant will last much longer based in this and its service. I wish the owners well, hope they can turn it around but we will nit be back."
