"Absolutely horrendous. Ordered at 5,30 for a 7.15-45 delivery- arrived 8.25. Called at 7.55 told 9 mins away. Told the delivery left 14mins ago even though I received a notification 25mins before that saying it was on the way. Called back, to cancel and was met with woman on the phone. Told by manager it 's not us, we get 7 mins to prepare when the driver arrives the driver told me that I am just the driver . Can 't get over the lies and the disgustingly dismissive and rude European woman I spoke to on the poisons. Kept huffing at me! I kept calling and they ignored my call but when I called from my partners phone they answered immediately! Not the first time I 've had a situation like this with this horrendous takeaway!"

It was my first time at Wiwo and it will be my last. The menu looked really enticing but everything I ordered was really bad. Enough said.

Tried Wiwo for the first time. The price was reasonable, but the food was bland and half of the box was full of oil or liquid. I had to drain it out before I could eat the noodles. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant!

first time ordering food was confused with the layout and order but a lovely young boy named imran was able to help me with allgery information and recommended a lovely egg noodles box that was too die for will most defo be returning !!!!

Ordered food at 1pm and expected delivery time was 1.44pm and phoned at 2 and they said food will be 2mins so phoned back 10 mins later wland was told 30 more mins. Attitude on phone was not great, had to work rest of the day with no lunch View menu

Absolutely flabbergasted by the service, almost an hour late and the women on the phone was so unhelpful. When asked for a refund, was told it was only possible if she cancelled the very late order! This was meant to be a family evening but completely ruined by the wait and rudeness of the company! Would definitely not recommend unless your happy to be in for a long wait!

I was told I’d receive my order at 5:45 and the food didn’t arrive till 6:45 ... I waited nearly 2 hours after placing my order. The food arrived and was terrible and very expensive. You’d assume that paying £8 for a katsu curry takeaway the food would be relatively nice ... think wrong. The chicken was under cooked an the breadcrumbs on the chicken were soggy, the rice tasted of fish and the chips were undercooked and soggy. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

I had a terrible experience with Wiwo restaurant. The delivery driver was unable to find my address, even though I had provided the correct information. When I called to check on my order, a lady named NAYA was extremely rude and told me that my order was on its way back. I requested a refund, but she hung up on me without confirming it. It was difficult to get through on the phone afterwards, as my calls were being ignored. I will not be ordering from Wiwo again due to the consistent delivery issues and poor customer service. I had a terrible experience with this restaurant's take-out service. I ordered food two hours ago, but it arrived late by an additional two hours and was burnt and tasteless. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. The driver had trouble finding my house, even though other delivery drivers have had no problem locating it in the past. Additionally, I was charged for drinks that were not included in my order and for 500 ml of cream, but only received a small container with 125 ml. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

I ordered Rice noodles with Chicken, Cashews, peppers and Peanut satay sauce with a side of Panku prawns. Thought it was a bit expensive to start at £12+... but when i tasted them they were worth every penny. I called the shop first to check the noodle type (i only like thin) and was advised to try the Rice (like a pad thai think and wide white). Placed my order online and it was delivered very quickly.... they even gave an extra dish of noodles (I think this was a mistake but yay for me). My Noodles and prawns were super fresh and tasty ! will definitely order again.

"It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
