"I had a great experience at this restaurant with their Fish and Chips, but there are some areas that could be improved. When I arrived, I noticed that there were 4 staff members at the front, with only 1 person on the till and the other 3 standing around. It might be helpful to add a second till to speed up service and payment. I also had to wait to be served and no one asked me if I was there to pick up an order, which was confusing since it was my first visit. Another customer who came in after me was served right away when he asked for his order, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the restaurant only accepts cash, which can be inconvenient for some customers. The portion size of the fish was a bit small, but I appreciated that they included a wedge of lemon and a sachet of tartare sauce. I also liked that the fish and chips were cooked separately from meat, making it a good option for those following a pescatarian diet. Overall, the food was delicious but there are definitely areas for improvement in terms of service and convenience."
