"The restaurant was extremely noisy and overcrowded. Although we had a reservation, someone was sitting at our table when we arrived. We didn't have enough time to eat before the theatre because it took so long to be served at the bar. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The staff were unfriendly. In the end, we decided to go to McDonald's next door."

"we came to lunch instead of a drink, so maybe we would have had a better experience later, but our lunch was not good. the menu is a small chalkboard. all vegetarian and vegan apart from 2 options. to be honest, the choice was not very welcoming and when we asked about the curry, the waitress brought it into a tupperware that was pretty clean. then we have seen their microwave our meal times (sausage casserole and chickpea curry) after the other and brought them to the table. the curry was ok; it lubricated from curry powder and the cherry pebbles were a little under. the wormstone pot was terrible. it was very watery, bland and the veg was mudy. I wouldn't go back."

"will not return! first visit on 25th february 2011, couple called on spectra. restaurant was very nice, good ambiente. a seat and relatiw quickly served bottle wein, without offer of tasting faust poured, no problem, but not well ettiquette. very good menu and seductive special menus so really impressed by the beginning. order of mushroom starter, baked pasta and sliced Sirloin/Salad/Sauted potatoes. mushroom okay, safe hot as they fried deep, but not baked. the main disappointment was with steak court. on the menu it was sold as 8oz sirloin steak, boiled to their desire, served on a bed of rocket with shaved parmessan with roasted cartouble steak came, 97% safe...more"

"I start with the positive, great location, beautiful pub beautiful and welcoming. we had booked a table in advance, which was good as he was pretty busy for a Tuesday. the disappointment came with the service, no one explained about the ordering over the app, we...figured that only for our drinks did not arrive ( apparently we added the wrong table number, we could not find that a drink finally arrived, was one not the correct order, but our server told us that he did not make the drinks. we decided to order food on the bar to be on the safe side. 5 minutes later we were told that there were no salads, no chips and only enough maic for a cake! no shinitzel. while I recognize this thing, it was the fact that nobody really seemed interested that we had a bad experience. eating was pretty good when it arrived, but we had to hurry when we had waited so long. it is a real shame that it would be great if these problems could be eliminated."

"We went to FireJacks the other day before going to the cinema, As it happened we arrived earlier than the time the table was booked for, We went in&were greeted by a nice young lady who had a ready smile,said no problems then let us choose a table which was great. We sat down and checked out the drinks menu I had a delicous beer which had a goose on the pump handle, the beer was refreshing and tasty, we then went on to order our main courses which were both hot and delicous, I had the Shrimps which were lovely&fresh, we then went onto our mains which were also amazing, I had a firejacks grill which had chicken wings,shrimps,pork ribs,a redslaw& a side of chips which was delicous, they have a wide range of sauces to choose from to compliment your food. we then went onto have puddings which were fantastic. The only downside was my fiancee wanted some Thousand island or seafood sauce neither were available."

"No customers in there apart from us, no atmosphere very sad place, torn carpet on entrance, uncomfortable chairs and out of stock of Diet Coke and onion rings. Food was cold and took forever to get a drink. Expensive, and opened late at 12 noon-every other eatery locally open all day. I’m surprised they can stay in business. My party of people didn’t enjoy the experience and nor did I. I felt sorry for the waitress as she was wondering why we chose her restaurant. The owner should be chained to the restaurant seating area and made to eat there"

"experiences have been very hit or miss. The sushi rolls are decently priced and fairly tasty, but I was disappointed with the quality of the imitation crab meat. It tasted more like a poor imitation of fake crab rather than the real thing. The delivery was on time and the packaging was secure, but I can't say I'll be ordering from Urawa again. Overall, a disappointing experience."
