"in the rule have really good eating and service from this place. tonight was a completely different experience. we ordered a Munchies box and a pizza. the munitions box came without pittabrot and the pizza was burned around the edges and the cheese was brown. I called the charge and they said they would send me the pitabred and a fresh Donna meat and a new pizza. we waited 50 minutes to show up without pizza. I called the charge again and they refused to send me the pizza. I have a cold dinner now, my son has his pizza and I'm too angry to eat. we will not use this place again! update: I had a very nice excuse and a fresh hot pizza delivered."

"Food is great but every time I order from here, the order is wrong and this is my 5th time eating here. Prices are a bit steep but like I said, the food is good however, imagine my surprise when I'm I ordered two double cheeseburgers one night only to have the delivery driver arrive 3 hours later. Was nearly £35, I figured because they open later than most, they'll have bumped up the price... Well. Four double cheeseburgers and a pizza. "I have to say, having now been back 2 3 times, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite spontaneous meet up for dinner locations in Soho. I 've been with a large group, I 've been with just a few other people, and each time the service is prompt and friendly. If you don 't book ahead you might have to wait just a bit, but they are surrounded by some cool shops in Kingly Court, so you won 't struggle to kill time. Whyte and Brown do, as they say, really lovely chicken . It 's usually a pretty good sign when a place chooses to do just a few things. This place does chicken souvlaki, paillard, roasted beer can....I 've tried them all and I 'm impressed! Chicken isn 't the most exciting main, but these guys prepare a perfectly moist and unfussy chicken. And, it doesn 't break the bank. It 's the sort of place you can bring anyone to there 's just enough things on the menu, and they offer wine, beer and cocktails. It 's a great choose your own adventure dinner option!"

"First time I’ve tried this restaurant, attracted by the word fusion. Also I’m a vegetarian and the veggie menu looked so amazing (not usually the case) so I was keen to try it out. BTW they even do vegan food unheard of in Belfast. Though fish and meat are also prominently featured on the menu. I had toasted paneer with a coconut sauce and lentil and chickpea type of patty with beetroot coulis absolutely delish! My friend had the chicken with rosemary and was equally impressed. Staff very friendly and easy to get their attention. And all reasonably priced. Lovely vibe in the place would highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"sat with the family to lunch buffet and had a very bad experience. the restaurant was not busy at the time when we were sitting, but the table had not been cleaned before we were sitting, it had to clean it with fabric and spray on the waiter's station. had to ask for a little glasses and had to collect serviette and fork from other tables. Buffet selection was slim and it took time for them to replace pizza. overall disappointing experience and for almost £20 a person would expect them better. 1 star because the staff was polite."

"I ordered two pizza's from pizza hut. the last time I ordered from them was a decade ago, and never again. the bottom of the pizzas were drenched in oil, and flakey barley any ingredients, and completely misleading. on their website they ask you with garlic or without garlic so naturally I'm thinking they use the garlic somehow to make the pizza with. they are not clear about it, and tell you that when they say with garlic or without what they mean is with garlic sauce or without, that's their tactics saving 5 or ten pence from a pot of sauce so I got no sauce and when it comes to their sizes they have small medium and large, but for someone that hasn't ordered from them in years. your not to know what the sizes actually are. It's the worst pizza in the city. my advice would be do not buy from pizza hut. the only flavour you will get is vegetable oil. Buy from a local pizzeria they are way better by a long shot. you can get a better flavoured pizza from Asda frozen section believe me and it only costs £3 or £4 it was sickening yuck "

"We were a group of 12 and this was one of the few places that could accommodate us and reserved our table as well. Staff were very polite, professional, well mannered and not pushy in trying to get us to order more than we needed. Food was made quickly, presented well, was hot and tasted delicious too. The lighting is a bit dim, but sufficient for the atmosphere I believe. Staff were also considerate and ensured all sauces, plates, cutlery etc were on the table before the food and they got a few extra plates for us as we had said that we would be sharing some of the dishes. Overall really impressed. Also, the toilet was clean and well maintained. I really loved the table as it looked like it was made from the truck of a tree! Keep up the good work."

"The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and the buffet was reasonably priced. Ordering by phone was convenient for me, but may not be as user-friendly for older individuals or those unfamiliar with phone technology. However, the assistance with using the app/website was commendable. The food was appealing overall, although some pizzas were lacking in toppings and could have used more cheese. Despite this, the dining experience was enjoyable and I would consider returning, although perhaps only on rare occasions due to limited menu options. Service was excellent, and I would recommend the buffet to anyone. It is worth noting that the buffet is only available between 11am and 3pm, so it is advisable to visit during these hours to avoid long waits. Overall, I rate this restaurant 8/10 and have provided a detailed explanation for my score."

"I had just come from an important meeting, and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I had worked up quite an appetite so was really looking forward to my meal. I ordered a falafel wrap from the grumpy man at the counter....I waited to be shown to a table, and made several business calls whilst waiting for my food to be served. The man eventually served my food, but rather than being apologetic about leaving me waiting, seemed annoyed at ME for asking to be seated, and replied that there were no tables! I was shocked by his attitude to me as a paying customer simply because I needed a place to sit to make some important calls. I reluctantly took my wrap the short walk home to eat it. When I unwrapped it I was pleasantly surprised by the large portion and good favour so forgave the earlier mistreatment. However, that night I was up all night with tummy trouble. I pride myself on having an INCREDIBLY strong stomach, so thought of this as fluke. A second indecent with their falafel wraps has convinced me that this establishment has serious food hygiene problems. AVOID."

"This has got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited and dined in at. When we arrived we walked down the stairs to be left standing for 5 minutes at the entry for someone to approach us who looked miserable and ushered us to a table. This should have been the red flag to leave but we were keen to have a Pizza Hut since it's been awhile. As regular delivery customers we wanted to try the sit in, I wish we hadn't. The server wasn't very friendly and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to attend to all the customers at the time we visited. We ordered over £70 worth of food which was fine when it arrived. We had to ask for the drinks glasses after the mains arrived before the glasses. When we reached dessert and having dirty plates on our table for 20+ mins we asked two separate servers if we could please have the ordered desserts (We ordered via the QR code as requested). A further 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived after asking once more. We walked out which nobody noticed and didn't receive the desserts ordered. A dire experience with staff who didn't care less in a restaurant that felt like a graveyard."

"We went to this restaurant for lunch with 2 adults and 2 young adults. We used the QR Code to order, which was easy. The lunch buffet had a nice selection of pizzas and salads. It would be nice to have some couscous bread sticks or something similar on the salad bar instead of so many carbs like pasta. It would also be helpful to have labels for dressings, allergens, and hot sauces. The staff was attentive and polite. The restaurant was a bit noisy and echoey, but overall clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning."

"menu choice: this had a very refined menu that reflected itself in the quality of food that came from the kitchen. to use a table of 14 simultaneously without problems. thete was a vegetarian option, although the one produced in the night was slightly burned on the floor and was easily mixed in taste. service please: the arrival was a little delayed, but that was a Christmas menu and can be expected. there is a bar that is up to get a drink while they wait. the personal was very accommodating and for the greatest part it was inviting. some employees seemed stressed and less satisfied with providing a good service. affordable: great quality for the price, but with regard to affordable it depends on their budget. this is not a mcdonalds menu; but I found that this was just a little over a box-sub menu, but the quality was much better. accessible: easy access from ground floor, but toilets are upstairs in the second floor. the bar is also in the second floor, while the table service is below, but you can order drinks from the edible. Just note that if they need a supported mobility, this could be a problem for them. extended family (teppiche): no pets unfortunately, but this is more a bistro, so take one night and pick up the pet seater, and relax and enjoy yourself. Conclusion: large menu choice and for the best part was the eating delicious and the price tag well worth. the service was really good, only the strange member of the staff seems to be less than enthusiastic. remember, barrier-freeness could be a problem for those who are in the supported mobility. "@marcoandcarl Review It never stuck to us that this restaurant would be Halal given its name! But to our surprise, we found out not only was it Halal, it was HMC approved! Marco Carl is located within the Bradford Leisure Exchange. They specialise in Stone Baked Pizzas, Freshly Prepared Pastas, Matured Steaks and Hand Crafted Burgers. They claim to use the freshest ingredients available to create traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. We have tried a number of items they offer on the menu on the two occasions we have visited. A range of the wings they offer for starters. You can request a combination of flavours if you like. However, the Carl’s Secret Sauce Wings were bursting with sweet flavours which was a little too sweet for our liking. The other wing flavours were nice. Houmous and Tzetziki Meze. This was served hot and fresh and tasted yummy. Double Decker Burger where you can choose Double Beef or Chicken or try one each of Beef and Chicken, served with Burger Mayo, Salad, Cheese, Relish Gherkins and Chips. It was nice but the Chicken patty was a processed patty, rather than fresh chicken which was disappointing. Chicken Espetada Tender Cubed Chicken Breast skewered with Peppers served with salad, a choice of Sauce and a Side. Choose from Gombero, Capritto, Creamy Mushroom, Peppercorn, Gazebo sauces and Chips or Spicy Rice for the sides. Meat Fire House Stone Baked Pizza. The pizza is freshly prepared using the finest Italian ingredients. It is cooked in a wood fired oven and topped with beef steak, chicken, mozzarella, roasted peppers, green chillies, crushed chillies. Didn’t really enjoy this pizza as it wasn’t tasty at all! Not enough tomato or cheese and had a very thin base. Pesto Vegetarian, this is penne pasta in a creamy pesto sauce with roquito, spring onion, sweet corn and roasted peppers. The pasta would’ve been very tasty if hot! Please be aware, since our last visit, the Bradford branch HMC certification has been revoked. "
