"I've visited this restaurant multiple times and it usually is a great place to go if you don't have a booking and struggling to find somewhere to go in the area then the staff are really good at squeezing you in. Firstly, the first time I visited back in 2018 pre-pandemic the menu seemed to have a lot more variety and better options and the food was really good despite the service being extremely slow. 3 years later, it seems that the food is now mediocre/ very average and the slow service has gotten a lot worse. I visited earlier in the week with my friend on Tuesday and our starter arrived before our drinks. It took over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and we had to constantly pester waiters on the status of our main and drinks. When our mains arrived, we both had ordered the chicken schnitzel it seemed quite bland and lacked seasoning. I ordered the truffle mayo and parmesan fries and it wasn't the best, it seemed like it was a lot better in previous years. This place is OK but it could be so much better if they had more variety and if dishes had seasoning and something interesting about them. Also please do not continue to serve paying customers when you have a big corporate function, the service was unacceptable and whilst I am grateful for not paying for the drinks or service charge we still paid £40 for bad service and overpriced food."

We end it up going there cause we couldn’t find anywhere else. Decent food and drinks , is all about chicken. One think that they need to improve is their service and urgently to have cleaner toilets . I had to visit the toilet and was very disappointed , as they were dirty.

I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The dishes were overly rich and greasy, with bizarre combinations like mayonnaise on chips with cheese. The deep fried chicken had a heavy, oily coating that was not enjoyable. I had been hoping for a tasty Southern-style fried chicken meal, but this fell short of my expectations.
