"We ordered for delivery at 18:16 on a Saturday evening online, received a confirmation email stating that it would be about an hour and a half for delivery. Clearly busy so no problem with that. At 19:40 we called to see how close we were to delivery, after checking, we were assured that there was nothing left to go out and that our order was with the delivery driver. We called again at 20:05, this time to be told that they would speak to the driver and call us back. We received a call back at 20:20 informing us that it would be with us anytime, we did share concerns that it would be cold, we were told if it were cold, to let them know. At 20:40 it arrived, the delivery driver told us she left 10 minutes before, so clearly someone was lying. Initially the food seemed to be hot, however, once we opened it up, it was lukewarm at best, and to be honest, tasteless. There was now no point in trying to contact them so the majority went in the bin. I emailed them the next day explaining our experience and giving an opportunity for them to respond. Almost a week later, and nothing. This was a truly terrible experience, we would advise everyone to stay well clear as there are some really good alternatives in Andover."

"It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience! The waiter informed us that the manager had been fired the day before, leaving him to handle all the duties on his own. The cafe was in disarray with dirty tables left uncleared. The waiter was overwhelmed with the workload, despite his friend coming to assist. The service was extremely slow. Fortunately, the food was decent and the waiter was very apologetic. However, we will not be coming back."

"this restaurant for a last meal under the eating out to help the program. when we arrived, they had no recordings about my online booking. to the luck I had the email confirmation to confirm the booking. ordered starters and netzen simultaneously, shortly after about 7.15 clock the starters arrived quickly and were very pleasant. after the descent we were informed that our main thing would be in a short time. 30 minutes still didn't go network, asked what problems were and said they were out soon. 45 minutes after the start at 1 hour he spoke with the waiter, and he said would be outside. table next to us had come after we had eaten, and they were then appetized and served until our net had been brought out. informed waiter that I had broken due to this order and was told that the net was ready now. I explained that I was not willing to accept this, as we spoke with them three times without satisfaction, so were not willing to accept this level of service. we were charged without apologies. will I have recommended? in no case."

"So last night we ordered from Milano pizza on Ormskirk road. Ordered food at 7.15, told it would be no later than 50 minutes. Called back at 8.20 and they said it would be 10 minutes and that they were busy. We were promised two free cans of Pepsi for the delay. Food arrived cold at 8.55, they sent one can of Pepsi not two and they had the nerve to charge us for the Pepsi they'd said would be free! Upon closer inspection half of the order was missing, chips were cold and soggy, the chicken tandoori kebab was burnt and had brown wilted lettuce on it and the garlic bread was freezing. When we rang to complain the person answering the phone had the nerve to say our order hadn't even been delivered yet! They sent us more chips the missing food, and when Matt gave the cold food back to their delivery driver the bloke threw it all over the road in front of our house, and the receipt from our order was with the rubbish so they can't even deny that they did it! Won't ever be ordering from them again"

"We decided to try Little India as we are staying nearby on a visit from Glasgow and are both curry lovers. The fish pakora was fine, our mains were chicken madras and lamb vindaloo as we both like spicy food. These dishes were by far the best curries we’ve had for some time, absolutely delicious. When food arrived wasnt even sure i got the right order due to over loud background noise (talking from over customers over loud music bad combo) at least music you can ontrol the volume which they didn't done. "Wow what a disappointment clearly all fake reviews or people that eat out of a bin on a daily the chicken tikka masala was awful no flavour just pure spice sp bland the chips was rubber the poppadoms was all crushed in a bag and wasn't fresh near enough stale the chicken wasn't good quality either and the chicken tikka starter was just spicey af chicken pieces chicken tikka should never be that spicey I like spicey food if it has flavour because that's the whole point of spice to bring out the flavour but the flavour was non existent I'd recommend next time someone orders to just ask for pure chilli extract and some rice seriously and the price of this place is a joke for the portion size you get there size of everything is tiny 12.99 for a flavourless chilli extract masala is laughable learn to cook you do not deserve the rating you have and I wish you nothing but bad business here on out.
