It would have been appreciated if the staff had intervened and requested that they consider other patrons in the restaurant. "I did make a reservation but really didn't need it as we were the only ones in the restaurant, we opted for the all you can eat menu. to be honest the difference between the buffet style and normal menu price wise is minimal, we compared with what we had to the normal menu and it was only £3.50 less. the only thing is the buffet menu is very limited (basic). The portions are very good and Allan the host bagged up our left overs to take away which they don't normally do for buffet lunch. They run tribute nights which we will book in the future as the acts seem quite good plus they do girls night, prosecco all night and a lads night(cobra lager) i would like to go to an evening seating to give a full review but this restaurant can be interesting."

"It's an affordable take away restaurant. Since I stay at Kelvinhaugh it's pretty near but for quick delicious meals. Pizza deals are great for £5.99. However the most annoying thing about this place is lack of hygiene. I saw people working and adding ingredients without wearing gloves or head caps. It's was really disturbing. The kitchen seems to be steamy and workers are sweaty..If u aren't that hygienic and looking for a cheap great offer meal deal then it's the right place or else avoid!!"

"Been about a year since last visiting, and pleased to report that the food and service is still superb.From the chicken pakora starter, that was so tasty and juicy, seeing the herbs in the batter mix, to the daily specials on offer. All cooked superbly. And the thing that makes Kadirs stand out is their genuine interest in making sure you enjoy your food and if you want to know about what you're eating they will take the time to explain it to you.Tried a recommended competitor recently and that was massively disappointing, boring food and no interaction from the staff..... "The food at this restaurant is usually good, but one day I ordered a king rib dinner that was incredibly greasy and made me feel sick for the rest of the evening. The opening times listed were incorrect as well, as I arrived in the afternoon only to find that the restaurant was closed. However, they are consistently open in the evenings."

"XO is a nice asian fusion restaurant, the room is dimly lit and the restaurant is decorated in chic darker tones. Although it is a pretty large restaurant, in the evenings it can get quite full, so I definitely recommend making a reservation. It is a bit expensive but I ate really well here. It is definitely a better place to go to for dinner than lunch. They serve small portions so that you can have a variety of dishes and that way you end up trying a bit of everything. I liked that a lot because I thought that they had some interesting sounding dishes so I enjoyed the idea of being able to try a few out.
