"Service was not great, they either got us the wrong drinks, or the drinks didn't arrive at all until we reminded them. The food wasn't bad however my starter was served on a chiped plate. I pointed it out when they came to take the plates away but got the impression that nothing was going to be done. We were put in a booth, which, when looking at the other tables I was glad for as you would be very cosy with your neighbour if seated on that row! Couldn't say that there was a great ambience but not a lot to complain about there either. The food mains were nice, just too much, good job I like a doggy bag! The price was excellent until I got home and realised that they'd forgotten to charge me for the bottle of wine (back to lack of service and attention)"

"I ordered a takeaway on the and I’ve never been more disappointed. Firstly our food was all cold, I specifically choose an restaurant that’s not too far from my home (Less then miles away) so I do not expect to have to warm...my food in the microwave! My partner ordered a Chicken Tikka CHILLI Massala which is described as “hot and punchy” but the curry was bland and equivalent to a Korma! Mushroom rice, the Chilli Massala and the Aloo Gobi were all swimming in water and oil (I have added some photos to show this) We ordered a Garlic Naan but again this was freezing cold and was also rock hard, I couldn’t even cut it with a pizza cutter! I do not like leaving bad reviews at all. I have already phoned Spice Garden and tried to talk to them about our order but when explaining to them about our food they did not seem to care, no apology given at all. Extremely disappointing food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

"I placed an order online through the restaurant's website using my Visa card processed by Worldpay. I received an email confirmation with the order number and estimated delivery time of 45-60 minutes around 7:06 pm. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes and making 17 unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to visit the restaurant. The owner claimed they didn't receive my order, despite me showing him the email receipts and screenshots. He rudely suggested I contact the bank and showed no willingness to help or apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my bank account being charged, the owner refused to take responsibility for the issue. I received no food and encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and seeking out other more hospitable options in Milton Keynes. Sizzling Grillz does not deserve even one star for their disgraceful conduct."

"After being asked to order because it takes a while me thinking, that’s good must be freshly cooked and kitchen closes at 2120 even though closing days 2300!! . From ordering it took exactly 5 minutes to bring to the table, mushroom rice, cheese Nan and Lamb madras. Rice was really greasy and madras was a bit shy of lamb and it must have just been re heated, so anxious about stomach tomorrow Most expensive cheese naan I’ve ever had £5.25 and wasn’t that good either. Won’t be coming again or recommending this place at all- no wonder it’s empty"

"We ate in here last night. It was early and clearly although the restaurant was empty, they were busy with takeaway trade. We had the Happy Hour menu and found the food to be attractively served and really very good. The waiters were smart and...friendly, making an effort to talk to us. We don't have hearty appetites these days and regretted not being able to finish our main courses. The waiter kindly allowed us to take the leftovers and packed it up nicely for us. It was just as nice today! Good luck to a very pleasant restaurant which turns out delicious food at very reasonable prices and has such pleasant staff."

"I placed an order at7. 49 and the order was confirmed at 7.59 PM from just eat with expected delivery at 8:40PM. Called banana leaf at 8:50 PM and owner is busy explaining he only had 2 drivers. The food was not delived at 9:12 as I am reviewing and the owner calls back to say the driver was waiting for someone. He kindly asked me not to order when I reminded him the delay. First have more drivers and don't give silly reasons. Waiting for food in banana leaf is resurrection. Your services are terrible! "The food tasted good, was hot and arrived on time. No complaints there. However, I felt that the person I spoke to on the phone lacked customer skills. I requested a substitution and the answer was a quick no, it does not come like that to which I responded that I am aware but I am requesting a substitution of equal value; Not a full portion of something else. What is the issue exactly with making this type of change? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time but not next time and when I posed the question again as to why that was a problem essentially the person was not wiling to converse and hang up. Overall not the best ordering experience. It would have been good to be given a reasonable response, particularly one that demonstrated that they care about what their customers want."

"After reading many positive reviews and even some claims of the best curry they’ve ever had, I thought I’d give this place a shot. Wish I hadn’t… Rogan Lamb Curry Barely any flavour. Lamb was tough and chewy. Mild spice but no seasoning, spices, sweetness of a rogan, just nothing. Portion size was weird. Curry came in a non standard container and didn’t have enough sauce for my rice and naan. Rest of the meal was fine, naan and rice. But these were ruined by the lack of a nice curry. All this and at a high price too. I’d understand if it was a cheap place, but it’s not. Only positive was quick delivery. Won’t be trying again!"
