"I had a pleasant dining experience here. The price was a bit high at $12 per person, but it was a Sunday night. I ordered early rolls with chili and scallions, as well as fried rice. I was not offered water when I sat down, but when I asked for it, I was given a small glass and not offered a refill. The food came out quickly, which made me question its freshness. The restaurant had a strong odor and felt stuffy - they should consider opening a window for fresh air. Despite these issues, the food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. I will likely return for their lunch specials in the future. The servers were kind, but could improve by paying closer attention to their customers."

"Ordered the crispy chicken chow mein (tasteless, no flavour at all), satay chicken skewers (sauce was mostly oil, didn’t taste like peanuts at all, chicken was dry and chewy), special curry (nothing special about it, didn’t taste like curry, more floury than curry. Chicken was dry. Pork was chewy and tasteless. Had to add own seasonings to make it palatable), prawn toast and spring rolls were average. Overall an extremely disappointing experience from a usually great place, gone very downhill."

"Have been here several times and always go for the evening buffet. Which you can do at lunch or dinner time. It £29.99 a person but you can eat, as much as you like. The portions are small which is great as it means you can have lots of different things rather than the masses they give you when you order a take away. Service is always good, food hot and delicious. Really recommend. "I always got my Chinese meal from here for years but over the last 16 months there is constantly something missing so you have to go back down to collect it. The food is cold on delivery. This recent order had pancakes missing for a half a duck on a order of 60 pound that hardly feed 2 adults and 2 children and we are not big eaters. Portions have become extremely small. I called to collect the pancakes and they treated me as if I was making it up. Got them home and there was SIX pancakes for half a duck. I will be finding another Chinese takeaway to order from as I have given them chance after chance. Very poor indeed and not worth the money."

"Came here for my wife's birthday this evening, we were seated upstairs and were looked after by Swizel Rodriguez, who was simply lovely to us all evening. She had decorated the table with some birthday ribbons and banners and gave it all a real personal touch, almost as if being welcomed into her own home. Elsewhere the service was very good, our food drinks came out in good time not too fast not too slow. We both had medium 12oz rib eye steak... The nicest flavoured steak I've had in a long time, I almost didn't want to put the peppercorn sauce on (but I love peppercorn sauce, so I did! . To finish we had desserts brought by the rest of the H.K team who sung happy birthday to my wife. An all round lovely evening at a place I can't fault. 10/10."

"I recently ordered a takeaway from this restaurant through JustEat, spending £70. This was only my second time ordering from them. While we enjoyed our meal the first time, this experience was disappointing. The food I received was incorrect, and when I complained through JustEat, I was given a poor excuse. I ordered 2 portions of satay chicken but received garlic chicken instead. The excuse was that they have their own recipes and cooking techniques, but it seemed like a flimsy excuse to me. The quality of the rest of the meal was also subpar. As a fully qualified chef myself, I believe it is important for businesses to own up to their mistakes and make them right. I will not be ordering from this place again and caution others to think twice before doing so."

"An absolute gem of a Chinese restaurant. Went there on Saturday evening, no problem getting a table and had the order buffet which you order and is made for you, rather than having dishes with the food out already.
