"Before ordering, read the reviews. Something I didn't do and I regret. I chose this place through Just eat, as I had an approximate delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes, which was the shortest of all the food to take, however, when I made the order, it was 1. 5 hours to wait. Well, the time came and he left. I had a delivery exit soon, but after 20 minutes there was no sign, so I called and I was informed that I was ready for delivery, so I said I'd wait a bit longer. When I didn't get here yet and I tried to return the call but I couldn't communicate as if they had blocked my number. So I sent a message through the Just Eat app and received one back saying they were busy and that the order would be with me shortly. Then they must have lied when I first called. The food finally came 1. 5 hours after its expiry. Pushed in my hand by the delivery driver without apologies. So a total of 3 hours from the order. I'd like to say it was worth the wait. But far from that. The food was warm, which makes me think I'd been at a counter for a long time. It was insipid and everything had a taste like they washed it with dirty water. The crunchy meat with chili had not seen a chili. I requested a refund of money that they rejected by sending a message apologized for the delay, but they will not refund the money and I hope I enjoyed the food. Well, New World if you read this. No, I didn't enjoy it. It ended up in the bin."

I would recommend the king, the chow my and a fried rice (obvily) prawn. the delivery was fast, eating was great, one of the best Chinese takeaways I had.

This food was terrible - inedible, unappetizing, too salty, and greasy. It's easily the worst food I've ever been served. I threw it away and now I'm going out to find something else to eat.

Picked up a takeaway from here after a few beers at the micro pub next door. The food was pretty good to be fair, plenty of big prawns and succulent noodles. I’d had a few pints though which made the food even better View menu

The delivery driver was ok but the food was an hour late.the food itself was very sub standard and the duck looked like it had been run over several times then left in a fire for a few hours.this is by far the worst Chinese I've eaten and would never order again

The food arrived cold and the was disgusting, the chicken balls was still pink, pan cake roll was greasy very disappointed, i phoned to complain and the girl on the phone was very rude and obviously couldn't of cared less refused to refund my money so i won't ever order from there again

so many bad reviews about late deliveries. the takeaway restaurants are very busy at the moment, some deliveries will be late due to the pandemic! so far my deliveries were on time so that I cannot owe this restaurant and the delivery service. the food tastes delicious! it's one of the best Chinese takeaways I've had for a long time. especially the a3 set meal. I want to try.

From the charming young lady on the phone to the driver who was early and super polite to the chef who made the BEST, tastiest, freshest meal we have had as long as I can remember. Our go to Chinese (we have tried many many in SE London, but tonight was especially delicious, I didn't even really fancy Chinese tonight but it was sooooo tasty I had to go back for seconds. FYI we had Crispy Chilly Beef, sweet and sour chicken (the pineapple tasted so fresh! , chicken chow main (loads of chicken and loads of my fav nice veg , chicken and cashew nuts (beautiful . PS this is the fist time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. Thanks New World xx
