"Lovely cavernous space with light greyish woods. We attended the discounted soft launch where the menu was still limited to sharing platters. The two of us shared the meat platter of charcuterie and the vegetable platter. Both came with lovely focaccio studded with rosemary and garlic. The meat platter was pleasant with braesola, prosciutto, salami as well as a spicy chorizo-like salami whose name I can't remember. The vegetable platter was quite stunning. Roast butternut squash marinated in garlic was the standout on the plate. There was also a whole roast aubergine, roast baby carrots with cumin and beetroot with morcocan spices as well as stuffed courgette. I would only fault this dish in that it needed a sharp note such as salsa verde or tapenade especially on the slightly bland courgette. We finished with the only dessert on the menu, which was a trio of ice creams. The elderflower sorbet was really memorable."

"in front of the world athletics championships, a short bit had occurred as if we knew that Westfield would be shot and we had a lot. it is quirky and interesting and a beautiful position. the staff was pretty good and shane was on the hand to welcome us. there were three of us, I and my brother had a pint craft beer and my daughter had a cocktail. we tucked into a guinness brot with salted butter that was delicious. two had the brainsteak and my daughter had a Sirloin steak. the meat, the sauces and the sides were delicious. already, very good value at approx. £15 for a main course we were blown away to find that everything was half price as we dropped between 5 and 6pm. total invoice inclusive service was under £40! Even without this discount I would recommend this place very for a relaxed lunch or dinner and I am actually back tomorrow as I have more tickets for the athletics!"

"this cozy restaurant offers them a lot of fantastically arranged and a five-star service. I was there for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it! the food is very tasty and very presented and I can say that the ingredients are very fresh. fabio and the other staff are professional and very friendly and provide a first-class service. it is worth trying their fried corgettes as well as the gamberoni and of course their pizza, which is only divine! I will definitely go back and try some new antipasti and pasta dishes. the menu has many fabulous options too difficult to choose! highly recommended!"

"The waiter was very rude and seemed uninterested in serving us. Every time we asked for another drink, it seemed to bother him. He even blew on our water glasses before filling them up. Despite the poor service, the starters of oysters and grilled lobster were superb. However, the main dish was disappointing and bland. Overall, the experience was lacking in flavor and quality."

"Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: £30–40 per person Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of five. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience, creating a warm and inviting environment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful dinner!"

"The interior of Edwin's is cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The menu is diverse, with options ranging from traditional British dishes to more exotic fare. On my most recent visit, I opted for the steak and ale pie, which was absolutely delicious. The pastry was perfectly flaky and the filling was hearty and satisfying. The service at Edwin's is always top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure I have everything I need. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Edwin's for a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere."

"Our second visit was even better than the first. Its clearly the go to place during the spring and summer months. The rooftop lounge is just so well laid out, spacious and modern with a terrific view. The staff are just amazing. You feel so welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. Our waitress, don't know her name, but she's just awesome. Helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back."

"I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The food and service far exceeded my expectations. I traveled from the United States specifically to visit for my birthday weekend, and it was well worth it. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in London. I give it a perfect 10/10 rating. The staff and management were exceptional."

"the food was good and decor was nice, but the customer service makes a big difference that was completely lacking. after eating we were left without drinks and water for over 40min. After asking a few times, they brought more drinks menu than we had one, but nobody came to take our order. forget the control alone, they didn't bring water when they were asked. they'll get us our food and forget. the waiters went past them, ignore when they waving or call, we had to literally get up and go to get someone just to get no service in the opposite. our table was left with empty/dirty cups and glasses for the old. that was the situation when it wasn't even busy. After we waited for the old one, we decided to pay and go to the counter. in the explanation why we want to pay and leave much earlier than planned, the dame has not even booked us with additional optional 10% service fees (which were not there) without asking. the waiting staff was simply useless, not friendly and attentive. no one even smiled at the conversation with customers. when we look at the menu and the device, we wanted to come back when we set ourselves, but our opinion changed in a question of 1.5 hours not going back or someone recommended to go there. there are plenty to many places in leeds with good food and great service."

"Even though we informed them in advance, there were very few gluten-free options available at this restaurant. The menu was very French, with duck and foie gras being the main features. The gluten-free bread was brought out very late and was of low quality, unlike anything I've experienced at a London restaurant in a long time. The steak was delicious, but the sorbets were too sour and the prices were quite high."

"very beautiful environment, beautiful place for romantic dinner, in any case it may recommend. wein was ok although they probably want to order a bottle bc price per glass is ridiculous. but courts should have better achieved good quality at this price level, but overall experience under my expectation. for example garnel with mango sauce was like 90% mayonnaise they could simply use mango with lemon honey and coriander or chili why add a mayonnaise? too many supplements also ruined carpaccio. all the ingredients were decent, but together it was a chaos I could not feel the taste of the main thing"

"When I first ate at this restaurant it was really good value for money as i booked the 50% offer. However on this occasion, the menu had changed and the prices have increased. Nevertheless, the food is tasty and not oily, but a bit too spicy. I t would be good if they could give the option on whether you want the dishes mild, medium or hot. Service was really good and quick. The staff are very attentive. I will definitely go again, but only if opentable or restaurant had the 50% offer!"

"We had a wonderful lunch at B12! The staff greeted us warmly and the cozy interior made us feel comfortable. Some of us ordered the fish and chips, I had the chorizo hash, another had the pie, and someone else had the eggs Benedict. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals as they were delicious! Although there was a slight delay in receiving our food due to our party of 6, it was worth the wait. The only small issue was that the potatoes in my dish tasted a bit old, but everyone else had no complaints. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely come back again."

"My partner and I visited this restaurant last night and had a mixed experience. The customer service was great, as we were greeted by a friendly server. However, we were a bit disappointed with the portion size of the sharers with meat we ordered. It felt overpriced for what we received. Additionally, the mushroom and truffle arancini lacked a noticeable truffle taste and the salmon and shrimp toast was small with only two shrimp. We found the tapas prices to be a bit high for the amount provided. The service was pleasant until we were asked to vacate our table earlier than expected. Overall, while the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and we saw other diners enjoying their pizzas and steaks, we felt that the tapas selection may need improvement. We like to support local restaurants, so we wouldn't write this one off completely, but it may be worth rethinking the tapas offerings."

"I went for Afternoon Tea with my husband. The sandwiches were ok, nothing special. The cakes again were ok. I give lots of Afternoon Teas, and have been to hotels and Fortnum Mason for beautiful teas, so l was disappointed when the sandwiches appeared on a plain white earthenware plate and the cakes on a slate!! no tiered cake stands and no Green Tea either. Also you should be asked if you want more tea or sandwiches or cakes, again not forthcoming. The Afternoon Tea was a present so l feel it was wasted and perhaps should have chosen another location."

"After waiting for 12 months, we were extremely impressed with the excellent service and delectable Sunday roasts at this restaurant. It was the perfect way to kick off our holiday, and we will definitely be booking a table again next time we visit Worthing. This place is a real hidden gem."

"It was ok over all. The starters were superb, really good. The main courses were amazingly ordinary and disappointing. My steak was a medium rare fillet. It was accurately medium rare but strangely dry , almost as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp and it had very little flavour. I had a lemon meringue pie where meringue was wet and sloppy and the pastry was as if ready cooked from a supermarket. My companion had a slow cooked lamb shank which is usually an easy winner but again it was dry with a sauce which had been poured over it and then congealed. . A slow cooked lamb shank usually has the wonderful juices in which it has slowly come to fruition. The food came with minimal vegetables . Side dishes were ostentatiously expensive. As is the whole menu. We paid £180 for three people including the tip. Enough for a bargain weekend away somewhere. As a family we have dined in some amazing restaurants and understand the costs involved at times and pay willingly when the experience is special. But the whole way through this meal it was short of great. The waiters were friendly and attentive but far too eager to top up your wine glass. It became a nuisance and a pressure. Half a glass does not need topping up to the brim. To top things off for me I went to the ladies at 10.35 at the end of our meal . There is only one toilet for the whole restaurant. There was a cleaning person in the loo. spraying the most toxic and pungent fumes. Having entered this airless cubicle, two lungs full of Izal or what ever chemical obliterated all memory of the meal and the wine. At 10.35? The inference also being that I was not required on the premises any longer. The Maitr d' was charming and as friendly and helpful as he could be. 5 stars for him! The situation was lovely and we had a table by the window. However the experience did not in any measure add up to the lush advertisement online and was very very expensive at the price."

"It was Friday evening and the restaurant was half empty, which sent alarm bells. I was expecting exceptional food. It was okay, some dishes were very good, but my main was underwhelming, and deserts average ….we had the tasting menu and wine to go along side. I wouldn’t suggest doing the wine, portions were minimal for a hefty £75 per person) Meal came to £400 for two and we left feeling dissatisfied. We did mention to the manager that we were a little disappointed and she kindly removed the service charge. We won’t recommend this place nor go back, which is unfortunate."
