"I was left waiting for twice as long as the estimated time at this restaurant, as it was clear that there was an issue with a delivery. A man who appeared to be a manager was constantly swearing on his phone and towards others in the restaurant while slamming the work phone down on customers inquiring about their orders. There was no apology when my order finally arrived. I have not visited this place in 10 years and I do not plan on returning for another 10 years."

"I ordered a take-away for my family just after 5pm on Saturday evening, spending over £50. It took over 2 hours to arrive and when we unpacked it, the cartons for several dishes were less than 50% full. E.G. Beef with Pak Choi, charged at £7.95 and Crispy Seaweed £5.45 but there was literally less than half a carton. What sort of restauranteur would think it's acceptable to keep a customer waiting over 2 hours, then send out cartons that are quite clearly nowhere near a fair size portion for the price they charge? No apology, not even a few prawn crackers as a gesture to make up for the wait. Then the added insult of only enabling me to feed half my family. Needless to say I will NEVER order from Paya again and my advice to anyone else is to choose another restaurant."

"This is our 5th visit to kam sang restaurant and on previous occasions the food and service both excellent but last nights visit was totally different we were greeted by most of the staff wearing masks were shown to a table brought menus order taken the first course hot and sour soup was so spicy it brought tears to my boyfriends eyes he had the same soup in july totally different colour and taste and it so much tastier in july next the main course my boyfriend had house special curry the prawns were hard to eat and cut which spoiled the curry i had the beef and pineapple which was ok very pineapple laden and very underseasoned next the egg fried rice which was sticky clumped together and not very tasty the one redeeming part of the meal was the prawn crackers very tasty i must also say felt very watched by the staff when eating now u can be attentive to customer's without making u feel like u being watched if i do return and staff wearing masks i will not be staying as not comfortable being served by people wearing masks Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"we went to the Czech Chinese last week and wow the food was fantastic! we had the Dragon Plate and the huhn satay to begin spits. then the crispy duck in pancakes. then a selection of main dishes. I can honestly say that I could eat there every day as it was so delicious and plentiful. they were very busy in this night and yet the employees were so friendly and friendly and nothing was a problem. yes, there is a notic on the table that requires that they only order what they eat, and that is understandable with the way of the world at the moment. to this way, food waste is reduced. we have very satisfied with the food, the staff, the service and the price they pay. we will definitely come back and forth and bring our friends. thank dragon for a great night!"

I have to say, the chips were the best I’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked. "Tried this takeaway for the first time and wish I haven't I ordered the Special Fried rice dish with a Curry sauce. When I tasted this dish, the rice was soggy with very little ingredients you normally associate with Special rice dishes. There was a lot of luncheon meat which I never tasted in a rice dish before. In all there was two Prawns in the whole dish which was the size of your thumbnail. The meat you normally get at the top of the dish was tough and not very appetising. I will say the Curry sauce was quite good, but...this was the smallest portion I have experienced when ordering a take away. Don't think I will this takeaway again."

"Absolutely and categorically the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. Singapore Chow Mein with Chips, the noodles were dry and stuck together, the chicken and pork were thin strips where they needed five or more pieces to achieve a mouthful and I've also never seen midget prawns before!. The chips were overcooked with no potato just pieces of greasy shards. I will never set foot in this establishment again, I'm absolutely convinced i could of went on Beadnell beach, gathered some seaweed and cooked in garlic butter and it would of been better than this....so so disappointing."

"We often used to get a takeaway from here but I would really resent getting another one. The food is great, no complaints at all, but the customer service can be appalling. ordered our meal at 7pm and was told it wouldn 't be ready until 8pm. So I arrived just after 8pm, to be told it would be another 15 mins. They took my money at this point so I couldn 't escape. The place was full of other customers who were also waiting for their food, only half of whom were wearing masks (despite the 'no mask no entry ' sign, no one asked them to wear a mask or go outside). So, anyway we went and waited outside, (it was cold). After 15 mins I went back in to ask if it was ready...another 10 mins. Eventually I asked if they would bring the food out to us, which they did at 8.40pm 40 mins after they said it would be ready, 1 hour and 40 mins after I ordered. We got a half hearted sorry its late , when personally I thought, at the very least, they should have given us a bag of prawn crackers as way of apology... in fact we didn 't get the fortune cookies they usually include. By the time we got our food, we were incredibly hungry, it was way past the kid 's bedtime and it just kinda ruined the whole thing. Would definitely think twice before ordering from them again."

"we ordered a delivery and take away from oriental aroma when we were in royal wootton bassett this early year. they have an extensive vegan menu, and eating was generous and delicious. some reviews say it is on the fat side: it is true for the vegan sharing plate, especially because it serves a selection of fried foods in very generous amounts, but since there was much more eating that we expected we saved some for the next day when we ordered a second time standing alone for a takeaway, they were all delicious, like the sweet and sour sauce. there were small gifts as well as lucky cookies. I really recommend it for a contract in bassett and the personal is nice."
