"my own and my partner regularly collect takeaways from the came sang resteraunt and eat in the resteraunt as well. tonight we picked up a farewell, came home and the resteraunt had the order wrong. we called the resteraunt and the man on the phone tried to tell us we ordered simple chow my and not chicken chow mine. we have politely said that we always order chicken meat, and it must have been a problem at its end. he was afraid we ordered a simple chow. we then proceeded to get a menu from the draw home and realized simple chow my does not even exist on the menu (as we could have and why we would have ordered it!.) we cried back the resteraunt and got the owner this time on the phone (again, we know that this is the owner because we are descendants.) he tried to sue us that we are the rest of the people. then he said he couldn't find a ticket or a trace of our order. I explained that I had the entrance before me and told him time of transaction, etc., and said they had got our order wrong. he once again told me he couldn't find the ticket and then ung up on me. I mean, I'm speechless. what absolutely terrible customer service and the height of restlessness, to anyone let alone regular customers who have spent the years have good hard earned money in came sang. Last time we visited the quality of eating, it was not as good as it is in the rule, but we thought we would try it again today, as they might have a day off." But after that we will never return. I'd rather spend my money everywhere if I go forward. I was never hanged by a business where they spent their hard-earned money for years at the end, and especially by the owner. Wow. only to prove to the owner when you read that we ordered from you when you claimed that we didn't. please see the attached photo."

"After a touch of food poisoning, stomach cramps and diarrhea. I wanted to talk to the takeaway about the issue out of respect rather than report it to local health and safety authority, as advised. I have eaten here for decades without a problem, always enjoyed my food, the best in Aberdeen hands down. But the experience of my phone call has turned that view on its head. I called asking to speak to the owner, was told he wasn't there but they could still help. I said what had happened, cup of tea for breakfast, can of monster and crisps for lunch break at work so that I could enjoy my meal that night. From that point on I couldn't get a word in. I got we never had this problem before, we always clean and fresh food. How dare I say such things. Basically told I was lying. Was asked what I had, was asked for my number and that I would have a return call from manager. Then phone was slammed down on me. This to date has never happened. The sad thing is, this could have been caused by something like a dodgy prawn or piece of veg in the meal that I was looking forward to, my meal of canton special fried rice, barbeque spare ribs, barbeque sauce and chips. As always. It's clear as daylight that they don't know how to handle or deal with criticism or negative customers feedback. Extremely unprofessional handling of my situation, have now lost a loyal customer of decades because of this one person I tried to talk to, but with response I got from this individual representing them, the canton clearly doesn't value loyal customers. I have now reported the issues and left it in the hands of Aberdeen city council commercial health and hygiene department to deal with. I wanted to give 0 stars but was forced to pick 1. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20"

"Restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday evening, so we 're confused as to why we waited 15 minutes to be asked about drinks. Had looked at menu and decided by then, so took the opportunity to order while we could. Thought food came out worryingly quick when we had our starter arrive in less than 5 minutes, but turned out to be someone else 's non-vegan food. Good thing we 're vigilant because they were not. When removing the plate from our table, only a cursory apology, server seemed put out by the experience. Our actual starters arrived within 10 minutes of the mishap. Find it strange that the 'vegan style ribs ' are called ribs when it 's just a deep-fried vegetable, which tasted quite nice, except it wasn 't what I thought I was ordering. The mandarin sauce accompanying it was great. Sesame prawn toast was nice, as was the crispy duck with pancakes, although the duck was surrounded by a weird perimeter of mushy veg. Mains: we ordered chicken chow mein and chicken Singapore rice. The former was the best. The rice dish was a good, balanced level of spicy, although otherwise a little bland. Also ordered chilli pepper chips, which were unevenly flavoured, a little too salty, but quite good overall. The service was the most questionable element of the experience. Felt forgotten about after being seated; given incorrect food with no apology; no one asked if everything was OK; generally very inattentive. They provided a takeaway box when asked (as it wasn 't buffet , and charged 50p for it. When paying, server left without offering a receipt, and took the breakdown printout so I didn 't even have that in the end. This particular staff member (young, looked like she didn 't want to be there, possibly first job? could do with more training. Overall, left with mixed feelings about the place. Service way worse than the food. Maybe the nightclub version is better. Probably wouldn 't eat in again, maybe would collect food. Service puts us off. Certainly wouldn 't take family/friends for an occasion. Note to management/owners: charge more and provide better service."

"Have been coming here for over 40 years but over the last 3 or 4 years, the place has gone down hill. Years ago we rarely had a bad takeaway from here but over the last couple of years bad now seems to be the norm along with rising prices and ever diminishing portion sizes. Missing items are also an annoyance given that its nearly a 25 mile round trip, are also a regular feature. The last meal we had was dire, crispy chilli beef that was unchewable , chicken special chow mein that had next to no sauce, tasteless soft noodle and bean sprouts, chips that were rock hard, duck pancakes where the duck was like chewing leather, beef curry that had next to no meat content, chicken fried rice that was devoid of flavour. The chicken fried rice was my side dish and a personal annoyance, nearly 6 quid for that, half a dozen bits of rubbery chicken, a few peas and rice, all with zero flavour. We had other dishes but don't recall what they were but all were as disappointing as the others.Years ago the containers would have been rammed full but these days portion sizes have been cut back considerably, a couple of our tubs were only just above half full of food, pretty annoying how expensive sun wah has become. On a plus note, if you spend enough you may sometimes get a bag of complimentary prawn crackers. We generally come here 6 or 7 times a year and buy a big meal for the family spending £35-40 a time. But having for the last couple of years been disappointed with the food but still returning to give the place another chance in the hope that we would get a decent takeaway we now give up after the last meal. We never throw food away but most of it went in the bin, it was that bad.The place has gone to the dogs and we will never be back."
