"After having not tried Canton House for quite a while after a poor experience, I thought I'd give then another try. And the food was terrible! Chicken Fried Rice was undercooked and very bland, and had hardly any chicken at all. I think I spotted two peas! Also tried the BBQ Spare Rib which was not BBQ at all. The ribs were again very bland tasting, but also the sauce wasn't BBQ but plain gravy! Delivery itself was on time, and polite driver, but overall absolutely awful and will definitely not use again. Avoid."

Highly recommend as one of the best Chinese takeaways we’ve had in a long time. We order regularly from here and it’s our favourite Chinese takeaway. Food is of a consistently high standard. Always fresh, hot and tasty,Excellent service.

Unfortunately, the food was bland beyond measure. The pancake roll contained nothing more than beansprouts, 1 sliver of what i think was chicken and half of what at might have been a prawn, but I would not put money that. I would not recommend this place ti anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY! Just had an absolutely vile, disgusting takeaway from this restaurant. I'd ordered chicken with cashew nuts. ZERO cashew nuts, cold slimy sauce. Had a smell of diesel exhaust. Had to throw 2 thirds away as it was so dreadful. Has left me feeling physically sick. PLEASE, do yourself a massive favour and go elsewhere.

for over 25 years, these Chinese have been using and would recommend it to everyone. excellent eating, fast friendly staff. and there are replacement ribs to die. updated 16-03-2019. this takeaway was recently taken over, the original owners who have gone to retirement. the new owners, while they are very friendly, are nothing to do with the original owners and unfortunately has suffered the quality. It's still okay, but not so good.
