"Amazing chinese take away we discovered 2 weeks ago, and we’ve been there 4 times already. Great reception, amazing dishes, very fast service, a big menu but ingredients are often similar, just cooked differently and with many different sauces and flavors, therefore the ingredients taste very fresh, and it tastes like the chef knows what he’s doing, simply delicious, and very consistent quality. The prices are amazing which is also the reason why we go back so often. Our favorites so far, these enormous sticky and crunchy Cantonese prawns, the black bean duck, egg fried rice for a delicious side, also the dumplings are fantastic, and we love the little veggie spring rolls. For a family take away I recommend it 200% because it has so many options, prawns, duck, chicken, beef, pork, and many veggie options to choose from. Big !! A must try !!"

"jim’s vegetarian cafe is a legendary in his own right in colne and I think it was almost thirty years. it hosts music evenings, also known as acoustic caffe, and is one of the venues during the colne blues festival, which takes place every year in the august. jim’s is located in the newmarket street, it is eclectic and bohemian, the device has been collected over the years and is completely cooled atmosphere. the menu is not extensive, has vegan options and many that can be customized. I ordered a houmous salat and chili pitta bag, one of my favorite combinations and my man had roasted kartoffels with some of the hottest chili sauce he ate, the kartoffels were hot. in general were sweet and mushroom cures with basmati rice and salat, very tasty. there is a small drink list, among them beer, lagner and wein, all very cheap. the place is always busy with an age group of youthful to men in their 70s so attractive for all."

"We have had numerous take outs from here and are always fantastic. It's not cheap but quality is excellent and doesn't make you feel sluggish after eating. Our favourite is the set menu £18 pp) as it is huge and contains all of our fave options. Mixed starters; prawn toasts, spring rolls seaweed and chicken satay are delicious and not greasy at all. Next course is crispy duck, plum sauce and mini pancakes. Main course is sweet sour chicken, beef in black bean, stirfry veg and egg fried rice. All cooked to perfection and so much food!"

"Friday evening dinner in the red cool restaurant in the city center 1) environment (0.75/1) very interesting with green lights along the window, brown interiors with a ton of maroon kissen. a bit more light would not harm, but it is different from other restaurants. 2) foods (1/1) loved almost everything I had here! their gangpao stars with fruits are for to die! fischfilets in sweeter and acidic sauce were tender and fresh. daqian (after a famous Chinese artist named) falovour starters are fiery, but really delicious! roasted soft noodles is absolute wfm! 3) service (0.75/1) even on a busy evening they manage to be very timely. family and large groups friendly 4) innovation and technology (0.75/1) they are loved for the well-flavoured (probably more attractive for people in general) Chinese food. I was here three times and was never disappointed! wfm (0.75/1) the price may seem more expensive than other Asian restaurants around, but their quality and quantity are both good. we were 2 of us and we could not finish 2 appetizers and a pornstar that costs us total 4/5 £27 and must try for all Chinese food lovers with friends and family!"

"Restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday evening, so we 're confused as to why we waited 15 minutes to be asked about drinks. Had looked at menu and decided by then, so took the opportunity to order while we could. Thought food came out worryingly quick when we had our starter arrive in less than 5 minutes, but turned out to be someone else 's non-vegan food. Good thing we 're vigilant because they were not. When removing the plate from our table, only a cursory apology, server seemed put out by the experience. Our actual starters arrived within 10 minutes of the mishap. Find it strange that the 'vegan style ribs ' are called ribs when it 's just a deep-fried vegetable, which tasted quite nice, except it wasn 't what I thought I was ordering. The mandarin sauce accompanying it was great. Sesame prawn toast was nice, as was the crispy duck with pancakes, although the duck was surrounded by a weird perimeter of mushy veg. Mains: we ordered chicken chow mein and chicken Singapore rice. The former was the best. The rice dish was a good, balanced level of spicy, although otherwise a little bland. Also ordered chilli pepper chips, which were unevenly flavoured, a little too salty, but quite good overall. The service was the most questionable element of the experience. Felt forgotten about after being seated; given incorrect food with no apology; no one asked if everything was OK; generally very inattentive. They provided a takeaway box when asked (as it wasn 't buffet , and charged 50p for it. When paying, server left without offering a receipt, and took the breakdown printout so I didn 't even have that in the end. This particular staff member (young, looked like she didn 't want to be there, possibly first job? could do with more training. Overall, left with mixed feelings about the place. Service way worse than the food. Maybe the nightclub version is better. Probably wouldn 't eat in again, maybe would collect food. Service puts us off. Certainly wouldn 't take family/friends for an occasion. Note to management/owners: charge more and provide better service."

"Food is good. I wouldn 't go here of a weekend, very busy and staff don 't seem to care if you wait. Waited for nearly an hour for chicken fried rice and a carton of curry after being told over the phone it would take 20 minutes. Got fobbed off about the wait when I asked. Clearly they had forgotten the order. No apology just, we 've been busy . Food is good though, service not so much."

"Staying on a campsite wanted a Chinese. Read reviews which were very mixed but decided to give them a go. All I can say is that the service was excellent from ordering to delivery. The guy who answered the phone and the one who dropped the food off were very friendly. We ordered a chicken curry and a chicken sweet and sour cantonese and I can honestly say they were both really tasty. Would definitely recommend."

"This restaurant is my top choice for delivery service. I usually order dinner from here, and the price per person ranges from £10 to £20. The food is consistently excellent, earning a perfect score of 5. The service and atmosphere also receive top marks of 5. I highly recommend trying the Crispy Chilli Chicken, Sweet Sour Chicken Balls, Stir Fried Mushroom, Crispy Chilli Beef, Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce, Chicken Sweetcorn Soup or Prawn Toast, Crispy Chilli Chicken and Chips, and Szechuan Beef."
"Ordered starter for 2, chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, beef in green pepper with black bean sauce and 2 egg fried rice. Delivery was quick and the starter was good except for the very watery sweet and sour sauce (more like a vinegar than a sauce) Then the main. Chicken balls were absolutely massive, reason for this is the masses of batter and not sure where from a chicken the mush inside it was from but had one and it tasted like a chicken donut with the same consistency. Sweet and sour sauce was same as starter and more runny than a child’s nose with a cold The beef in black bean sauce was very fatty and poor meat. The black bean sauce was more like gravy than black bean. The rice was worryingly tough as if it hadn’t been cooked enough. So paid £18 for a starter only as something I could eat. If given this in a restaurant I would have walked out or wanted my money back but as it’s a takeaway you take your chances If could take it back I would."

"Hello and welcome back to our channel. Today we visited Bedale, i must say i much prefer Cedale. This Chinese is called ‘The right choice’ but whether it was the right choice is questionable (unless you was starving and a dog had bitten off your arm then it may be the right choice). I wouldn’t say it was the wrong choice but was it the right choice? We ordered the usual, if you are OG fans like many of you are then you will already know our order and those who don’t know, get to know, or don’t we don’t care because our fanbase is so loyal and large you might not have room to get in. The building was almost as big as my thumb, it was squished between 2 irrelevant shops that nobody has ever been in but we managed to find it thanks to our thinking caps and sniffer the dog who embarked on this journey with us. Legend. Once inside this dwarfy establishment we came across 2 average sized looking humans who we can only assume worked there, they were absolutely lovely people and the order came quick, quirky and quiz night. I would give them 5 star for service but unfortunately the world doesn’t revolve around her. The first thing on our a gender (prefer not to say) is the chips, they needed an extra 5.27 minutes more in the fryer I believe, I am no fryer expert but I have been a bin man for 12 years so take that how you will. They were slightly undercooked and could have done with a bit more seasoning but luckily it’s just turned autumn. Pros : they looked like salt and pepper chips, cons : they didn’t taste much like salt and pepper chips, just chips. Gold star for participation though and trying your best. The next thing we had was noodles with extra beansprouts. The salt and pepper chickin’ was pretty finger lickin’ to say the least. The chicken was moist, like my hamster, RIP Hambleton the Hamster III. Dave kebab should have looked him better, if you’re on an OG fan you’ll know Dave kebab is our auntie. There was lots of onions and peppers which we appreciated because we like peppers and onions. The chicken was decent and the best part of our meal, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would eat this chicken, however we cannot eat this chicken again because we have already eaten and also because we live over 5 hours away in Wales, I would recommend to my aunt Margaret who lives in Zedale but she probably won’t come here because she passed away last August, RIP auntie Margarita. The sweet and sour sauce pot was bigger than anything I’ve ever seen before, including my bath. It was very nice but it was more sour and sweet rather than sweet and sour, please do something to improve this. Overall, this is a nice chinese and would recommend to people in the area, the staff are lovely and ignore the other bad reviews they are liars and not chinese experts like ourselves, this is not the best ever but not the worse definitely as we have been to over 223 chineses in our lives but if this was the only one I’d tried it’d be my favourite one. Over and out you beagle eyed bedalians. Love. Peace. Respect."

"Myself and family in a group of 20 were up at Amble on Sunday scattering my Mams ashes and reliving some memories of many holidays and time spent here. We planned on finishing the afternoon with fish and chips from here but unfortunately we were refused use of the toilet facilities for two small children under 3 before being seated (presumably in case we simply used the toilets then left? Bearing in mind the place was absolutely empty I simply cannot understand the mentality of the owner. Needless to say they lost a sale of easily over £200 but after reading other reviews I don’t suppose the owner will be remotely bothered, sad memory to end a nice day. "Beef satay n fried rice b b cue ribs, chicken in a black bean sauce with fried rice and a king prawn chow mein was our order. We picked because not far away, she said it would be ready in 10 mins which it was got it home it was still very hot because well wrapped, cartons were full to brim, plenty of meat in the 2 dishes and plenty of ribs and plenty of prawns in the King prawn dish. Have used Saigons many times and it never fails to deliver tasty dishes with generous proportions. So it's 5 from me without hesitation."

"I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ordered the chicken balls with curry sauce and egg fried rice for my partner, but there was more batter than chicken. The sauce and rice were mediocre, and when I tried one of the batter balls, it didn't taste right. Later that night, I was awoken by stomach cramps and my partner was already sick. I'm glad I only tried a small amount. It seems like there may be issues with the cooking abilities or food storage at this establishment. Additionally, I was concerned to see a young child, around 12 or 13, bringing out the food from the kitchen. I hope he wasn't involved in the cooking process. Avoid this place at all costs, you have been warned."

"We have randomly discovered this place and has been our go-to Chinese food place ever since. The food is absolutely delicious, the meat is always great quality and the service is impeccable. We haven’t ordered in a couple of months and still knew us by name when we called again. They also cook the food quite fast so there aren’t long waiting times either. If you like Chinese cuisine and have been looking for a new place, do give Eastern Choice a go, you won’t be disappointed."
"I've been there twice now, and both times the food was absolutely fantastic. As a contractor who travels across the UK, I eat at a lot of takeaways, and this place ranks among my top five Chinese takeaways in the country. The flavors are spot on, and the food is really fresh—none of it is overly greasy. So far, I've tried the salt and pepper ribs, shredded crispy chili chicken, fried rice, Singapore chow mein, and salt and pepper chicken, and all of them have been excellent. Service-wise, I only ordered takeout."

"I ordered Cantonese chicken, expecting the battered chicken with vegetables, but instead received just chicken in a sauce with vegetables. The man who took my order didn't seem interested in answering my questions, which led to my choice not matching what I wanted. The chicken itself was tough and chewy, and the egg fried rice had a burnt flavor. I definitely won’t be returning."
