Always absolutely gorgeous food, cooked in front of you in the shop.. Saigon Sam is the best! Unreal foood! The chicken and prawn satay is my go to!

I have been dining at this restaurant for nearly 20 years and have never experienced any problems with the food. It gets crowded at 6 o'clock when it opens, but the wait is definitely worth it. View menu

I had a lovely King Prawn mushroom and chips on the 15 10 2022 and it was lovely ,I do think the foil trays are a bit smaller but still good value at 7.40 I think it was. The wait time was ok and no more than ten to fifteen mins.

Peter always puts in the effort with our food. He recognizes us as regular customers and ensures we receive a generous portion, without giving us small kids' plates. Whenever we walk into the restaurant, he always greets us and asks, "The usual, mate?"

Tried this takeaway on recommendation.fairly disappointed to be honest. House special curry with fried rice and chips £9.50. The rice was nice, the chips are like frozen chips that have been overcooked in oil, the curry sauce was ok but the quality of the meat in it left a lot to be desired, very poor quality. Been going here since I was a child. There's no curry sauce out there that can beat siagons curry. We always get special curry chips and fried rice. The meat is so chunky. Big giant prawns big chunks of chicken pork etc. We have tried other takeaways and it's never as good as siagons. So we just drive the 10 mile journey for our occasional Chinese

always used this take away for years , recently it has gone down 100% tried my usual prawn fu yung with chips . chips are frozen and white , no taste too the fu yung , weeks later tried curry chips , disgusting sweet thin curry over white frozen chips , then i tried plain omelette , there was no taste and again frozen white chips , deffo dont waste your money on this , it is nothing like when saigon had it avoid avoid avoid !!!! Beef satay n fried rice b b cue ribs, chicken in a black bean sauce with fried rice and a king prawn chow mein was our order. We picked because not far away, she said it would be ready in 10 mins which it was got it home it was still very hot because well wrapped, cartons were full to brim, plenty of meat in the 2 dishes and plenty of ribs and plenty of prawns in the King prawn dish. Have used Saigons many times and it never fails to deliver tasty dishes with generous proportions. So it's 5 from me without hesitation. View menu
