"Right so I’ve ordered fish and chips for the office, we waited until the time slot and nothing, we gave it 5 mins and called them, and then repeatedly called them for the next 30 mins. Finally after an hour the food arrives, stone cold,...soggy and covered in condensation. I’ve called them again and she offered me a half price refund. I explained it was going straight in the bin. I was offered a full refund, gave them My card details and instead they charged me again. I was left, hungry and angry. They have no customer service, and they’ve not attempted to compensate me for this shambolic experience. Save your money and go to Churchill’s"

"I was kept waiting twice as long as the estimated wait time at this restaurant, clearly due to a delivery issue. A man who seemed to be a manager was continuously swearing on his phone and directing his frustration toward other patrons while slamming the phone down on customers asking about their orders. When my food finally arrived, there was no apology offered. I haven’t been to this place in 10 years, and after this experience, I have no intention of returning for another decade."

"I ordered a take-away for my family just after 5pm on Saturday evening, spending over £50. It took over 2 hours to arrive and when we unpacked it, the cartons for several dishes were less than 50% full. E.G. Beef with Pak Choi, charged at £7.95 and Crispy Seaweed £5.45 but there was literally less than half a carton. What sort of restauranteur would think it's acceptable to keep a customer waiting over 2 hours, then send out cartons that are quite clearly nowhere near a fair size portion for the price they charge? No apology, not even a few prawn crackers as a gesture to make up for the wait. Then the added insult of only enabling me to feed half my family. Needless to say I will NEVER order from Paya again and my advice to anyone else is to choose another restaurant."

"This is our 5th visit to kam sang restaurant and on previous occasions the food and service both excellent but last nights visit was totally different we were greeted by most of the staff wearing masks were shown to a table brought menus order taken the first course hot and sour soup was so spicy it brought tears to my boyfriends eyes he had the same soup in july totally different colour and taste and it so much tastier in july next the main course my boyfriend had house special curry the prawns were hard to eat and cut which spoiled the curry i had the beef and pineapple which was ok very pineapple laden and very underseasoned next the egg fried rice which was sticky clumped together and not very tasty the one redeeming part of the meal was the prawn crackers very tasty i must also say felt very watched by the staff when eating now u can be attentive to customer's without making u feel like u being watched if i do return and staff wearing masks i will not be staying as not comfortable being served by people wearing masks Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"moved into the opposite and was told by a friend that there are not really good Chinese outliers in flitwick. but we were past felicity a few times and wanted to try it out, so we thought we were going, but we didn't have high hopes, especially those who looked crispy. but it was excellent! much better than expected from the reviews I had seen. we ordered on a Saturday night and they were clearly busy. the food was delicious, fresh and very nice. the only reason for not 5 stars is that the sweet and acidic sauce was a bit more casual than used, but this is just personal preference. everything else was nice and it was pretty good value for money."

"we went to the Czech Chinese last week and wow the food was fantastic! we had the Dragon Plate and the huhn satay to begin spits. then the crispy duck in pancakes. then a selection of main dishes. I can honestly say that I could eat there every day as it was so delicious and plentiful. they were very busy in this night and yet the employees were so friendly and friendly and nothing was a problem. yes, there is a notic on the table that requires that they only order what they eat, and that is understandable with the way of the world at the moment. to this way, food waste is reduced. we have very satisfied with the food, the staff, the service and the price they pay. we will definitely come back and forth and bring our friends. thank dragon for a great night!"

"Excellent web service to pre-order Chinese meal for a large group. We were able to complete our order and pay for everything online on the Friday morning, for collection on the Saturday evening. It was easy to select a time for collection, plus find the dishes everyone wanted. Email confirmation received instantly with a complete list of our order. Saturday late afternoon we received a further email with details asking us to check carefully and call them if any changes needed. On checking we realised there was an error on one of the dishes (found to be our fault, so many apologies! , Rang Terry's and they immediately changed it to the correct dish. On arrival for collection, everything was ready and the individual dishes had been packed into a large box which made it very easy for me. "Tried this takeaway for the first time and wish I haven't I ordered the Special Fried rice dish with a Curry sauce. When I tasted this dish, the rice was soggy with very little ingredients you normally associate with Special rice dishes. There was a lot of luncheon meat which I never tasted in a rice dish before. In all there was two Prawns in the whole dish which was the size of your thumbnail. The meat you normally get at the top of the dish was tough and not very appetising. I will say the Curry sauce was quite good, but...this was the smallest portion I have experienced when ordering a take away. Don't think I will this takeaway again."

"Absolutely and categorically the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. Singapore Chow Mein with Chips, the noodles were dry and stuck together, the chicken and pork were thin strips where they needed five or more pieces to achieve a mouthful and I've also never seen midget prawns before!. The chips were overcooked with no potato just pieces of greasy shards. I will never set foot in this establishment again, I'm absolutely convinced i could of went on Beadnell beach, gathered some seaweed and cooked in garlic butter and it would of been better than this....so so disappointing."
