"Steak ever worst. new! avoid! I am a native and I have gone to comedor grill since the opening in Ober-St years. "We had a very nice meal at what the Greenwich Galley was renamed. They are only open from 7 p.m. All employees were very friendly, but seemed somewhat unprofessional as if they were just learning the job. Our red wine was delivered tepid and, while apologetic, their only proposal was either they run it under a cold tap or leave it next to our cold water jug. That the food was very good, especially because we used her (unchanged) special food offer. All in all very nice evening, but could all be a little sharpened."

"Steak as requested for my child's birthday lunch, asked for medium ribeye and filet, came out well done however, we were hungry so didn't debate over it. Chips were not homemade, they're frozen. We decided against desserts judging by the quality of food, and shocking prices of desserts. We visited close to lunch break closing time and waitresses disappeared, had to go hunting for someone to settle our bill, could have walked out but we are honest people. Any other customer wouldn't have been so polite about the overall service and dry steak. The toilets needs a good clean too."

"I visited in March 2013 and compared to my favorite steak restaurant in Miami (The Red Steakhouse), I was disappointed that I couldn't find anything as good in London. However, now that I have discovered The Bull Steak Expert, this will be my number one place in the city! I tried the lomo, which was cooked perfectly with a pink, juicy interior that literally melted in my mouth. The meat was delicately seasoned, making sauce unnecessary. I also tried humitas as a side, a tasty Argentine dish I had never had before. Additionally, the Provoleta cheese starter was amazing (but let's be honest, when is grilled cheese ever bad?). I enjoyed it all with a glass of La Fraccion Malbec. The service was very good, prices were affordable, and the atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a casual dinner. I recommend booking in advance as the restaurant was full on a Friday. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Table for 4 booked for 7.30pm on a Thursday night, we arrived with a +1 and there were no issues with that. Perhaps its the barmy English summer we are having right now, but the restaurant was only half full. We have been here a few times over the years so knew what to expect. We all had steaks 2 sirloins, 1 rump and a couple of T-bones) as well as the sides. Mine was cooked to perfected, a couple in my group were expecting their rare steaks to be a little more ****. having been here a few times before me know that Argentines like their steaks ****, so a medium ordered ends up medium-rare and well-done is medium, a rare looks up at you and goes Moo. Perhaps it was a different chef than normal or perhaps the waiter adjusted the cook for us being Europeans. Still the food was excellent and considering the quality I think well priced £44 per head with half of that on Alcohol, coffees, desserts). Will certainly go back there again and would definitely recommend it."

"Fine food and Issues Decided to visit as the reviews were mainly great. Arrived to find it looked ten minutes after due to be open. They were just opening the door. I went in and quickly used the toilet, not flushed by last person that used it! It's a well laid out, well decorated restaurant. I chose the Escargots as my starter, well cooked with a very small amount of sauce sadly no tongs to hold the shell. They were 6 very nice molluscs. The main was an absolutely sensational tasty seafood salad. Interesting dressing on a generous variety of sea food and nice salad. I had ordered a lime and soda, it transpired they had no lime so someone went out to buy some and could only get lemon, which was ok. When it came to the desert I liked the idea of four of them but ordered the lemon tart. A few minutes later the lady running front of house (I later discovered it was her first day in post!! Returned hugely apologetic telling me sadly they had no lemon tart. I chose the cherry clafouti and a few minutes later the young lady came back devastated to tell me they had none of that either! I eventually had a brownie, which she didn't charge me for. Must confess it didn't excite and the supplied ice cream was quite crystallised as if it had been refrozen. The table next to me were told they had no more Escargot, so clearly they opened with only one portion available. Front of house was good, 2/3 of the food I had was great but clearly someone needs to sort out the kitchen too many problems to give customers confidence of availability. Was it worth the trip? Oh yes but they have some serious organisational issues to resolve."

"Have stopped in here a couple of times due to have great vegan cake. We had lunch here for the first time ordered the clearly labelled vegan coronation chickpea sandwich. Unfortunately when I dug into the sandwich it had a honey mustard dressing on, which clearly, isn 't vegan. We were also unsure on the pile of crisps on the plate, but assumed they had milk in like most crisps. We were a bit disappointed that somewhere that claims to be knowledgeable enough to have these great options for vegans, doesn 't actually understand Veganism didn 't give us the vegan food we ordered. Shame as the sandwich was incredible! Also we were charged £3.25 for a can of coke that litrally have '50p ' on the side. You usually get charged that for a pint or coke in a restaurant. "Just had our first glamping experience at the Three Tuns and it was amazing! The tent was spacious, every comfort had been included (heater, hot water bottle, chairs, tea and coffee tray) and the bed was sooo comfortable. The bathroom chalet was well thought out and spotlessly clean. We never usually use the provided toiletries but these were too lovely to resist! The breakfast choice is excellent and the food served in the pub is delicious. Our stay couldn't have been better and we'll definitely be back. "After enjoying a holiday in Somerset, we decided to go out for Sunday lunch. We checked online for places close to us, rang the pub and booked in. This is a very traditional pub, clean, welcoming, dog friendly. Choice of roasts served with vegetables, £13.50 I think. It isn't a carvery and is served to your table. We can honestly say this was the tastiest Sunday roast we have ever, ever had. Proper home made roast potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire pud. Home cooked fresh vegetables, peas, cabbage, leeks, courgettes, leeks and a bowl of amazing cauliflower cheese. We asked for extra gravy and were given a jug each. Full of meat juices and to die for. It tasted like all the roast beef and lamb juices had been poured in. Thick and so full of flavour. We were too full to have a pudding but other diners did and the chocolate cake and lemon roulade looked lovely. Don't hesitate. Book yourself in. The Chef on duty was Ben. Thank you Ben. Your food was so delicious and a proper home made dinner, like grandma would have made. 10 stars xxx"

"This friendly pub is a hidden gem that we stumbled upon while walking along the canal. The Golden Lion is a traditional old pub with a friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. The landlady was extremely helpful and even provided us with horseradish and Yorkshire puddings for our roast dinner on the boat. We were pleasantly surprised when an old man in the bar started singing and playing guitar, entertaining us with a mix of new and old music. The locals were also welcoming, offering us a seat at their table in the evening. Overall, a fantastic 5-star experience that should not be missed."

"Wow 5 star. A prime example of a village pub. Everyone and I mean everyone welcomed two strangers into their community pub and bent over backwards to help us and make us feel welcome. I'm on a carnivore diet and Yvonne the chef accommodated this and made me a meal to die for. I can't thank you all enough for such a warm welcome and for even offering to pick us up in the absence of taxis (thx Andy). This is how pubs should be my wife and I felt like we lived in the village and it was OUR local. We will definitely be going back again. Credit to the owners, staff and your locals. "After a previous good experience we decided to visit again. OMG what an awful experience. We were sat down straight away as they were quiet. Service was shocking, but we made allowances as the young girl seemed to be new. We waited about 40 minutes for our starter, it was basic at best. When the main course came, the chips were soggy and border line raw. My Corn was cold and peas like bullets. No onion rings as stated on the menu. We were asked how it was and gave out honest feedback. At this point I was told I wouldn’t get a refund as I had eaten the meat from the Ribs !! I hadn’t even asked for a discount even thought the food was disgusting. I have never been spoken to like this in a restaurant, it was beyond belief. Needless to say we will not return !!"

"Visited here today after a long walk in the countryside around Brailes. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We ordered various sandwiches which came with fries we chose sweet potato versions which were cooked to perfection. The sandwiches themselves were delicious containing loads of chicken which I presume was freshly cooked and very tasty. We all agreed they were some of the best we'd had in the many pubs we'd visited. Our order did take about half an hour but there were eight of us ordering a few different sandwiches and they were obviously freshly cooked to order. Would definitely recommend. Food drinks: Freshly cooked and very tasty toasted sandwiches. Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value"
"We visited this restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely fantastic! Both my girlfriend and I ordered the steak and it was amazing, cooked perfectly. The porkies starter was also delicious. We will definitely be returning to this excellent restaurant again. Service: 5 Location: 5"

"During our shopping trip in Cheadle, we decided to grab lunch first at The White Hart. We were warmly welcomed by Liam, the manager, as soon as we arrived. I ordered a hot chocolate made by Lauren, and it was undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was lovely and cozy, especially with the beautiful Christmas tree greeting us at the entrance. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Cheadle area, whether you're shopping or just looking for a bite to eat. We will definitely be back. Thanks, everyone! Price per person: £10–20."

"Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5, as my experiences have been quite good about 90% of the time. However, I've had several instances where items were forgotten, particularly extra toppings for breakfast or drinks. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drink options, and I have to say, the lattes and baguettes are fantastic. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. One issue worth noting is that the Just Eat app is not always accurate, as some items, like sandwiches, don’t come with the crisps as indicated. This is something they should address to ensure customer satisfaction."

"I visited The Bell Inn for a birthday celebration organized by a friend's family. It's a fantastic pub with a wide selection of excellent beers and ciders. The venue also has a party space in the back, which is where the celebration took place. Everyone had a wonderful evening, and the venue played a big role in that. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 4/5. Service: 4/5. Atmosphere: 4/5."

"The restaurant was relatively quiet during the middle of the week. They had a fantastic menu and excellent service. I ordered the mixed balti and cheese chili garlic naan, which was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. The price per person was between £20-30 for a dinner meal."
