"I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly. Thank you so much for your lovely service (including the understanding delivery driver) and for rectifying my mistake! Apologies again"

"Ideal for a quick family dinner when having a little get together. The food we ordered was very nice, the cheese had a lovely flavour compared to other pizza chains like dominoes etc. It wasn't overly greasy. The chicken wings were a hit enjoyed by all. We had a two different varieties of pizza, one vegetarian one meat both delicious. The stuff crust in particular was yummy, the dough was really soft. We used one of the offers. Fed 4 of is happily for £30 we had loads left. We opted for delivery it was quick, food arrived hot. Delivery man was very nice"

"Great delivery, well communicated considering had to find me as new build not listed. Very polite. Wish just eat had a tip option for their drivers, as 100% would. Who carries money anymore? Anyhow just one issue, boxes have security seals, they were not stuck down. Please pay attention. Food always great, PJ’s in my OP do the best pizza anywhere in Norwich! Thanks"

"Had a not so good experience ordering from here. I wanted to try the new vegan pizza and sides but it was cold and soggy by the time it got to me. I ordered olives on the pizza and there was genuinely one olive per slice on a large size. The caulliflower wings were overcooked on the inside and soggy on the outside. Pretty disappointed considering those two items came to £25!"

"I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager."

"I recently tried the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend it. The pizza was delicious, with a cheese sauce instead of the traditional tomato sauce that made a significant difference. The ingredients tasted fresh and I believe it was better than their competitors. The delivery was fast and the driver was courteous. I would definitely recommend this pizza, especially since they offer good deals for online orders."
