Awful service. Incredibly rude manager who ignored complaint. Disgusting pizza! Never again. Avoid like....

Staff stand outside smoking then go in and make pizzas without washing hands, i actually walked out when this happend to me. Rude young people in there who clearly dont have a clue about food hygene

Watched my pizza being prepared, the guy stuck his hand down his trousers, adjusted his pants, then continued to prepare the pizza with washing his hands.Pizza refused, walked a few steps to Domino's for a germ free pizza View menu

ordered an xxl cheese pizza, easy enough to make as its the base to every other pizza they make. Ordered at and did not receive confirmation but money had been taken. Tried to call times and they did not answer. Pizza then turns...up at cold and the wrong size.

Was very disappointed with my food tonight. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas and two sides of cheese and bacon wedges. The pizzas didn’t have much taste to them and some of the wedges were still raw, and to be honest the cheese and...bacon was pretty much non existent. Come on papa johns surely you can do better than this.

There was a gap from the edge of one, to one and half, inches, completely bare of any toppings. Never seen anything like it! When I phoned to complain the response was moronic and frankly a disgrace! No offer of making things right just a...moronic reply but no action. We will NEVER use this pizza outfit again. Disgusting service. Appalling! View menu

Ordered the vegan sheese pizza a make your own thing; the toppings I chose are irrelevant, because there was **** all of them; asked for bbq drizzle, had to wait mins for a driver to tip up and add some; ordered some cauliwings,...which they stopped selling ages ago, but the website still lets you order them got some chips as a replacement, same difference right? The guy on the phone, Alastair, was a bit of a turd as well.

Ordered food on a Saturday night. Food was cold and incorrect. I ring the branch to find out what happened to be rudely told by the employee Alex that they had ran out of stock due to being busy and that they were too busy...to let customers know that their order wasn't gonna be correct. Even though it took an hour to deliver. Never mind potential allergies, nevermind customer service. Won't be ordering again. Shoddy service and shoddy food

We decided that we wanted pizza for our evening meal . Web site was pretty straight forward to use . We live miles away and they don't deliver to us . So off o go to pick it up . First there is people working there or should I say standing around opening the boxes that were waiting for pick up or delivery . different people opened one pizza box with in min . There were people making pizza then everyone but the making pizzas go out to smoke but they argue about it and the making the pizza stand there and start bad mouthing everyone else. As the workers come back in and proceed to touch everything and NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS . Not going to go their anymore . View menu
