"despite our email reminding us of the booking, the restaurant does not have the reservation in its system. for happiness, or unhappy, as it turned out, there were tables available. we had to sit up from the first (very tiny) Ywo-person table we were given when the seats were held too bad, without them being moved every time they were in their seat. the waiter missed our order for a starter, so our main courses arrived first. After we sent them back, we finally got our joint Nachos plate. we joked when we came to the main course that we hoped that this was not the same burgers they had used until 30 minutes before. not really sure we got a response to this question, but it was a mumble...still for debate. the burgers were best moderate, only served with fries and an uninspiring koleslaw. it's a very long time since I've ever eaten here, the youngest visits are only drinks. I don't want to go back based on this experience. frankie and bennys are over the road and I would prefer there now."

"from beginning to end, this can only be described as one of my worst restaurants experiences. we were a little early on our table so we were invited to stand at the bar to wait for our table. we waited and waited and waited for twenty minutes to serve and there was only one person in front of us. We were totally ignored while the two people behind the bar took care of the table orders. eating ordered and when it came, it was wrong so that the food of my wife had to go back. another order was also wrong and they promised to bring the fritten asap. they came when we all finished our eating. the food of my wife came back right, but the plate was full of fat and pommes was microwave. eating all looked completely inconspicuous. the manager took the cost for the meal of my wife from the bill and the riders who never arrived but nothing for our experience or offered more drinks. unnecessary to say that we never go back. it felt as if they really did not deal with the volume of people."

"I opted for the healthiest thing on the menu! Not like me but I felt like my body needed it, it was immense, so many flavours on one plate with lovely grilled chicken Staff were super friendly and attentive especially to my elderly mum in her wheelchair My mum is a super complainer and she never moaned once, so that's a feat in itself, well done lol"

"Had breakfast there on Sunday. Great choice of food and nice place inside. Coffee was a bit lacking in flavour though, and my full breakfast, although tasty, was all different teperatures. Sausages, pancake and potatoes were hot but eggs, tomato and bacon were pretty cold. Would expect all ingredients to be kept warm and plated together? Will go there again though and hope for better luck next time, as overall was still pleasant."

"great food and beautiful letis. a great break from all these burrito bars and fantastic Indians on the go. amazing worth the top quality. It's a pity that there's more about the locals where I'd live 1-2 times a week. the filled letis are a beautiful note and the aromen are better than all available in the super markets. could do with some sitting places, but a crisp and free, I forgive them."

"Went to Meat Co for my anniversary. There was a hair in my steak. I'm not so much annoyed about this but was more frustrated at the attitude from the Manager. Firstly, she denied that there was a hair making me feel as if I was lying about it. Secondly, they expected my boyfriend to eat his food whilst i watched him for 30 minutes whilst a new steak was cooked. Had to keep pushing for our food to come together, rolled her eyes took all the food and brought back the food altogether. Bad experience on this occasion but have previously had a good experience at this restaurant."

"We were initially seated and given the menu, but we noticed there was no drinks menu. When we tried to order drinks, the server assumed we already knew what we wanted despite not having a drinks menu. We ordered wings that were overcooked, but the shrimp was tasty. Next, we ordered the skewers. The skewers were brought to our table, but we were left to cook them ourselves. When we tried to cut the meat off the skewers, another waiter scolded us and said that the other waiters would have taken care of it for us. Overall, the service was lacking, particularly from the Asian server with glasses. The skewers themselves were delicious, but we experienced better service at a more affordable restaurant."

"we visited the krone in egham, but do not have the opportunity to visit them. we discovered this pub that is in the same chain and served the same menu (almost). it is fast to our local pub. look at the brot and the butter pudding, this is the best of all time! the duck seems to never be available, however, and Sunday triple roast does not live entirely up to expectations, but overall we have visited several, only for the other excellent dishes and the service. dogs are also welcome."

"The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, but it was a bit challenging to get their attention for drinks as they seemed preoccupied with chatting to each other. However, once the food arrived, it was delicious and everyone in our group enjoyed their meals without any complaints. The prices were a bit on the higher side, with even basic items like chips costing extra. Some members of our group decided to order desserts, but unfortunately, they were a letdown. The double waffle stack had cold and tough waffles, and the cheesecake base tasted stale. Overall, the burgers were tasty, but the desserts didn't meet our expectations."

"The beer is delicious. I love that they have good beer from stouts to IPAs. Great staff. The people who work here really take it over the top. Super friendly and helpful. "Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

The highlight of our visit was the amazing customer service we received from Keith, who we learned is relatively new to the restaurant. It is rare to encounter such personalized attention these days, but Keith made our experience truly memorable. Despite a rowdy group of 10 young men at a nearby table, Keith handled the situation with ease. We look forward to visiting Coast to Coast again on our next trip to Birmingham."
