"This was our first visit we tried it one rainy Sunday after shopping 3.30pm.(We have eaten in the restaurant previously and loved it). As a result it was very quiet with only another couple eating and a few having cocktails. The menu was limited and perhaps some dishes we ordered we might not have selected on a larger menu but the food was absolutely super. We could only manage a starter and main course no more room. Risotto was superb. Shame not more busy it didn't spoil our visit"

"The Grill on the Market was just around the corner from our hotel in London and we made use of the 50% offer with my Blackhouse group card. It looked very quiet when we first walked in, but this is was just the bar. The restaurant is at the back and up a few steps, I loved the look of the place, it was intimate and had a great buzz to the place. Sadly we had just missed the 241 happy hour on the cocktails. I had the Mussels which were cooked in a curry sauce which tasted amazing and had the Steak Fajitas for the main which was great too! Overall a fantastic meal served by a great waiter. I look forward to returning to this great restaurant again!"

"The venue is charming, exquisitely decorated, and tranquil. The food was decent, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The server who seated us forgot to provide cutlery, and the person who served our afternoon tea didn't explain what we were being offered. We were also not offered refills for our tea and coffee, even though we were entitled to them. Additionally, we had to ask for napkins. Overall, the service wasn't terrible, but given the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail."

"Went for Xmas works lunch. Food was ok but over priced. Waitress was disinterested and looked like she didn't want to be there. Considering is was Christmas there wasn't a cracker or anything festive on the tables at all. So all in all a bit disappointing and wont be going back!"

"I was there for lunch during the week and it was very quiet, only our table and one other. The service was good and the food delicious, good portions and very good value. We couldn’t understand why it was as quiet as it was. I will definitely be going back and am looking forward to seeing the restaurant in a night setting."

"Delightful pub just up the road from Crawley, Gatwick and Charlwood. Opposite a beautiful wooden church. There is a beautiful Inglenook fireplace with horse brasses and a post horn surrounded with fascinating artifacts and cozy seating. I had the pork and stuffing pie which was very tender and generously sized. My friend, Tony had salmon on Moroccan base which was beautifully prepared. Dessert was just as delightful with my Sticky Toffee Pudding of excellent quality with generous caramel sauce and a large dollop of chocolate ice cream. Tony loved his apple crumple and a coffee after. Jo is the landlord and was very chatty and catered for our every need with a smile and good knowledge of the history of the pub. All in all, a really good pub and a short drive from the a24, Gatwick, Crawley and Redhill. It is next to St Peters Church which is beautiful with its wooden spire. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"I came here for breakfast, and if there is one thing you need to order it's the Brioche French Toast with maple syrup and bacon because it it a revelation. To me, it has got to be one of the best french toasts' in town! Hands down. The bacon is crispy, the brioche fluffy and tasty with cinnamon. I absolutely love it and I think it would happily eat more of this! The staff is really friendly, and the decor is lovely and fresh and very calming. I ordered a macchiato, upon which I got a really rather strange stare and a slightly flabbergasted response, as this is not something that is ever ordered. Either way, it was exactly the way I like it. It was strong and wonderful. For always I want to recommend this place to everybody with a special mention of the brioche french toast!"

"Had a wonderful evening, fabulous food! Had to leave to get drinks though as no barman, unable to get drinks we wanted so moved on. To another bar. Though it was a Thursday evening so maybe bar not open? Anyway the food was first class and we will be back. Sitting outside on the Terrace was lovely."

"Nice meal, good value early doors menu. Not loud, so it was great for our girlie to come up. One of our parties is deaf and we had no problems with her, not able to join in our conversation."

"Took advantage of 'Tinternet Tuesday ' offer, 50% off all food, without any reduction in quality or portion size. The food was well prepared and presented and tasted delicious. The service from 'Dan ' was quick and efficient and delivered in an extremely pleasant and friendly manner. Overall avery pkeasant dining experience"

"This is a balance of good food, ok service and super noisy. It is a nice place that serves good quality food and cocktails at a reasonable price. The service was ok-ish. Busy personnel that disappeared once you asked them something and returned at unpredictable moments. The downer, however was the sheer amount of noise that forced everyone to speak louder and louder. This didn't help at all... So, not sure I would recommend it despite the food. So, if you go, find a quiet moment... Not easy in center Dublin"

"We went for a pre ordered cream tea but when it eventually arrived there were some OK sandwiches and a pile of garish cakes which we had not ordered. When just one small dry scone each arrived, we asked for more but that was refused. The jam was of a poor quality with no discernable fruit in it. No butter was offered. Throughout, the service was slow with no staff in evidence at all for long periods. The bill included a service charge which we declined, but they nad not deducted the £5 per person deposit which we had paid. We will not be back."

"There is not a bad enough score to leave this appalling restaurant. When we arrived they did not have a booking despite us having confirmation by email and a phone call, we were then seated in what can only be described as the lobby, we had to beg to be served dreadful cold food in a freezing cold hotel breakfast area, truly the worst dining experience possible. Don’t bother! There’s a lovely ask opposite, which we wish we have visited instead!"

"Wow, If you want to taste real Italian cusine, you better try Quattro Zero, then after the main meal have the amazing Tiramisu which melts on the tongue! As you can see our plates before and after! Thank you for your wonderful food!"

"The staff were lovely but the food was very disappointing. £25 for 3 courses is good value but the portions were absolutely tiny. I'd rather have paid 25 for 2 courses but you got a bit more! The main came out on small plates, a bit like you would get at a wedding. Compare their Sunday roast to any pub restaurant and you will be very disappointed. The cauliflower and broccoli were so undercooked they were unedible! The place was empty... now I know why! I won't be returning, even though the staff were very warm and helpful. The place needs a rethink you are right on the doorstop of thousands of students who were all probably out on a sat night craving a homecooked Sunday lunch... I would go and see the millhouse at Birtley, spread Eagle in North Shields, or woodmans arms in Whickham.. you will see how a Sunday roast should be served. Good luck :"

"My husband and I were in the restaurant at 5pm for dinner in August. I had half lobster and my husband had sea bass. The staff were very pleasant. The two meals were poor. The lobster had very little fish inside and the side salad in the bowl was small and dripping in oil and not well presented. My husbands salad was the same and his fish did not taste nice. We both had a beer before our meal which was flat and not nice. My husband did not drink his. I had a glass of wine with my meal which was fine. Not long after my meal my stomach was rumbling. Later that evening my husband said his was the same. Next day my stomach continued to be upset. Hence to say that I will not be back to Deans Love Fish again. I would not even accept a free meal. We have been a few times to Deans on the Lisburn Road. The food there has been good with excellent service. Extremely disappointed"

"My daughter and I had lunch at United Kitchen. We enjoyed our meal very much. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was utterly delicious. It was prepared to perfection and presented in a way that tempted the senses. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were lulled by the low hum of conversation amongst the guests some of whom were there with children, some with dogs it is a dog friendly restaurant with a designated area for dogs some laden with shopping and others who displayed no obvious encumbrances like my daughter and me. The décor is modern and uncluttered giving a spacious yet comfortable and intimate feel to the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and left vowing to return."
