"If you want something a little different this is worth a visit. There is an outdoor terrace if the weather allows or an interior that is a bit somber for a lunchtime. The menu is quite innovative with a range of sizes from small plates to larger portions. and prices are competitive. Order at the bar quoting your table number and the food will be brought promptly. There’s a container of chilled water on the bar for self service and on the day of our visit the staff were donating their tips and selling cakes in support of the Macmillan big coffee morning."

"Been here many times and usually excellent, but today was very poor. At 5pm they had already run out of one of the menu items. My wife then ordered the chicken Sunday roast. Disappointingly this was 3 pieces of roast chicken (small drumstick and 2 thighs) as opposed to slices or even 1/4 chicken. The sautéed greens consisted mostly of garden peas, and the bread sauce tasted more like horseradish, and was served inside the Yorkshire pudding. The “bottomless” gravy was a limited quantity already on the plate. Worst of all the roast potatoes were not even served. When questioned the waitress wasn’t even sure they were meant to be served, A plate of roast potatoes arrived. The other main was Sea bass on a salsa which was meant to include pickled watermelon with a green pesto dressing. There was one 1cm cube of watermelon, and approx 1/4 teaspoon of pesto. When questioned I was given further pesto. Terrible experience at a previously excellent restaurants."

"Cornstore is hands down the best restaurant in Limerick city! My partner and I have been twice and each time we loved everything about this place. The food (my steak was excellent), the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service are top notch in all of Ireland. We will be returning again and again."

"I ordered from Uber Eats and I had a £10 voucher to use otherwise I wouldn’t of ordered. I ordered a waffle, a crepe, and 2 tango ice blasts, and paid the remaining fiver. My little sister went into get it and she took 20 mins and because she had my phone with the order confirmation on, I was sat there unaware of what was going on. My little sister came out and they claimed they never had the order, on top me paying she paid a tenner of her own money for just half of what we ordered as the tango ice blast machine wasn’t working, but I paid for them, and the rest already! So we’ve now paid twice, I went in to say something and they said they never received our order and I’d have to phone UberEats! (who are in contactable so Eskers knew they would of had our money; twice), then suddenly someone says, 30 mins after arriving, ‘is it mathison’. Convenient? They cancelled the UberEats order but because I was using a voucher I paid a lot less, and ordered more, than what my sister came out with? Not good at all!!"

"The pizzas at Chapter were really good, with a really flavourful base and high quality of ingredients. I definitely recommend it for pizza lovers! The reason it loses points for me is the lack of clarity of what is vegan or can be veganised, with only one vegan option on the menu. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about what could be veganised but as someone who doesn't like choosing food under pressure and struggles taking in a lot of verbal information at once I'd prefer to be able to browse the menu and mull things over either before my visit or at the table. As it was, the menu I was given in the restaurant was different to what was on the website but still didn't have a clear vegan section. Compare this to some of the chains like Zizzi and Pizza Express, or other independents in the area like Luben, it seems really behind the times. If Chapter put up a separate menu (on the website at least) with what can be veganised I'd improve my score, because the food and cocktails were top notch. As it was, I had the Caprese salad without mozzarella (no vegan mozzarella, it was tomato with pesto and olives) and a vegetarian courgette and aubergine pizza with a vegan cheese."

"I attended with a group of work friends on Sunday 21st July to my belated birthday celebration with a meal before bowling and it was a wonderful meal and a fantastic night the food was fantastic and a very special mention to the wonderful waitress Becky who served my group her excellent customer service made the night such a wonderful event I work in the industry myself so I know how tough of a job it can be but Becky is a real credit to the company and I had to thank her for everything all the staff were brilliant but Becky made it extra special and even took a photograph of my group as well she truly went above and beyond even when I asked if it was possible to play an ABBA song honestly such fantastic service I haven't visited Frankie Benny's for a very long time but after tonight I will not leave it as long on my next visit."

"AWFUL customer service… the rudeness from the cleaner (Ola/or Olga) when we sat down at a booth that was cleaned she was so rude to us as said the chairs at wet and raised her tone. We told another staff member who just went and hugged the cleaner and talked about us the whole time. Never have I been out to eat and been spoken to like that. There was a guy worker who was kind to us though that changed the waffle as it was overcooked and cold. I placed a complaint on Sprinkles in September regarding this, they have said it’s been passed to Portswood store manager.. I’ve had NO REPLY! Would I recommend this place… ABSOLUTELY NOT … Go to another sprinkles that have good customer service."

"We were at The Ned celebrating my sons 21st birthday. He wanted to go to the brunch buffet but unfortunately it was fully booked despite trying to make a reservation weeks in advance, so, we booked the American diner instead as my son really wanted to go The Ned so I thought this would be a good compromise. Underwhelming it was. A very limited unimaginative menu and very little atmosphere. At 2pm Sunday most of the tables were empty (all in the brunch I guess) . The food was very mediocre, no better than any other burger/rib restaurant I've been to, and despite me advising in advance we were there for a special occasion nobody made an effort to make my son feel special on his birthday other than the onligatory brownie with a candle brought to the table at the end of the meal... but brought to us while he wasn't even sitting there as he'd poppedto the bathroom!! Overall very disappointing and especially more so because despite it being quiet so really no excuses, nobody went out of their way to make our experience memorable in any way. Disappointing to say the least Ned."

"A friend had been raving about Peperina and their different brunch choices so said I'd book a table for Saturday. The waiter came to take the order and I ordered the pizza ranchera. Sorry not available, ok I'll have the Spanish breakfast. He went off and placed the order. 5 mins later another staff member came over and said they don't have the Spanish breakfast. It should have been indicated when providing the menu that certain items are not available. At 11:45 for brunch you would expect a decent selection. We asked for a large bottle of sparkling water and were told they're also not available at the moment. I asked for the Victorian breakfast without relish. My husband then ordered relish with his breakfast and he was charged €2 for it. Service was ok, we got our drinks at the same time as our main which is strange and another man nearby had to ask twice for his coffee. Bill came to €40 for a full breakfast, Victorian breakfast and 2 sparkling waters and the portion of relish. Price is ok as the portions are decent but experience overall was underwhelming."

"I go to a lot of Pizza Express branches, and I am not just a foodie but a pizza connoisseur! This branch is okay, but as others have said it's a bit gloomy and the atmosphere could be better. More importantly, the pizza. The quality is pretty much standard, but there is always some variance between the branches, and this one doesn't do quite as well as Derby on the Calabrese or other Romana pizzas. I think the chefs are not quite en-par with the better branches here in rottingham."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I went to Brownie Points a week or two ago and I cannot praise the place enough. The atmosphere is great, everything is clean and bright, the staff are friendly and attentive (but not pestering) but best of all, is, of course, the produce! I had a slice of the salted caramel brownie cake. I did not think the cake had been made which could defeat me, but the portion was so generous I had to ask for a doggy bag! I wish my health and bank account allowed me to go there every day, and I can't wait to go back again to try all the different variations. Also great to see an independent business doing well in Derby keep it up guys!"

"Went there on the spot on a Sunday while visiting Fulham in West London. It is nice that they have walk in service so you could go spontaneously. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, there was no cue at all and we managed to get a table at the back garden which was lovely, considering the sunny weather. The food was good, they have more of mediterranean flavours which we really liked. The staff, even though they were attentive, they could have been more pleasant a smiley. Especially the staff at the front desk once we entered they did not greet us so we were not sure if they were actually working there and if we should wait to be seated or no. We had to actually ask. The mushrooms on the english breakfast were a bit overcooked (borderline to get burnt) and the toilet facility could have been maintained to a better standard (only one toilet for the whole restaurant). Overall quite a good experience but there are definitely areas for improvement. The patio is a great selling point."

"The food was brilliant, exactly what you'd hope for from wood fired BBQ food that tears seamlessly from the bone. Every item we had from our platter was top notch, I couldn't fault it. Even the sides were great. The portions were plenty as well. We paid £50 for a big sharing platter designed for about 3. They weren't kidding, it was a lot! Well worth the money. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and were happy to give us further details on the food when we asked. The interior was nice too, spacious and comfortable. Although it is quite echoey (and as a result, loud) but I quickly stopped noticing it."

"The place as buzzin, the drinks were flowing and the food was great. What else do you want out of a Saturday night? **** Brilliant. We started with the Pato Taquito and the Brie Empanadas. Both were delicious, my wife described the Empanadas as a cheese toastie but perfected. Which i thought was high praise. The Pato Taquitos, (duck rolls) were also perfection. A recurring theme of tonights meal. For mains my wife had the coconut chicken and i opted for the XinXim (chicken and crayfish) I was unsure how to pronounce it so i had to point to the menu, luckily our waitress was on top of her game and pronounced it for me. it's Zinzim, apparently. We added a side of bravas and did not regret it. Our mains were delicious and it was quite a challenge to choose, i was genuinely tempted by almost everything i read on the menu. To accompany our meal we shared a mortos vivos a particularly strong cocktail served inside a tiki head with a shot of rum on fire. how could you NOT order that!? it was very nice, and very strong. We were pretty full, but couldn't resist dessert. Mrs G opted for the Chocolate Coconut Tart, (it was immense) and i went for the churros, Our waitress asked me which sauce i wanted, Given the choice of chocolate or caramel, i was in a quandry. She clearly saw the look of shear panic on my face and said she could give me both. This may have been on of the greatest moments in my life. Churros are ACE! We finished our meal with a Hazelnut Con leche. and then decided to go for a wander back to our hotel to try and walk off some of our meal, we were staying at the jurys inn, which is directly next door to las iguanas, so it was a short walk. To summarise, a brilliant meal, very good drinks, very good food, very good service, and we got 25% off because we have unlimited cards. Cannae beat it! Out to las iguanas for our dinner, A great choice, i felt like a winner. Duck rolls for me, empanadas for the wife, This is turning out to be the best meal of my life. Chicken for her, and chicken for me, Added in come crayfish, to complete my tea, A strong cocktail, served in a tiki head, I drank it all, then needed my bed. But not before churros, they are they best Then it was time to to go, time for a rest. We'll definitely be back, it was a great meal, and thanks to cineworld, we got a great deal!"

"I placed an order from this restaurant through Just Eat. After 45 minutes, I received a confusing phone call from them stating that the delivery had been made, but Just Eat had not logged it. They changed the delivery time and 30 minutes later, the delivery driver was shown leaving for a journey that should have taken 5 minutes at most. An hour later, the driver had still not arrived. I tried calling the restaurant, but they did not answer and I could not leave a message. I tried calling the person who had called me earlier, but encountered the same issue. I messaged them and received no reply. Thirty minutes later, Just Eat updated to say the order had been delivered, which it had not. I was charged £15 and received nothing in return. Terrible service and I do not recommend ordering from them."

"I note that this place once had an entirely separate vegan menu, however sadly this is no longer the case. It has about 3-4 vegan options on it's normal menu, just enough to give some sort of choice. If you're looking for somewhere to eat with omni friends or family then this is a fair enough option food wise. They have 1 vegan starter and 2 vegan desserts. Despite the limited choice what I did have was very tasty. Decor and setting wise it is very nice, located next to the river crouch. I note the review from a couple of days ago about the place having gone downhill, I visited on the 16th of August and it couldn't have been any further from that reviewers experience, I found it a well run place, looks like it may be hit and miss. "I had wanted to check this place out for a little while so I decided to check it out today. In terms of staff, the employee taking my order clearly didn't want to be there and was ready for bed by, which to be honest I don't usually mind as long as there is no problem with the food. However, it was quite annoying that she didn't provide the whipped cream that I'd asked for on my hot chocolate (but oh well my thighs will thank me). But on the contrary, the employee bringing the food to my table was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Back to the hot chocolate, I don't know what it was exactly because on paper it was great, it was smooth and creamy with a generous portion and tasted as though it contained real chocolate and not simply power. Yet, it just wasn't all that great for some reason and I can't put my finger on the reason, I actually considered not finishing it but I hate wasting food so down the hatch it went. As for the Belgian chocolate waffle, this was great, freshly made and drizzled with both milk and white chocolate, it was delightfully tasty with a crisp exterior and a slight chew to the centre. It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which I was pleasantly surprised to see visible real vanilla pod specks in. The ice cream was very rich and creamy, which complemented the waffle well. The waffle and hot chocolate came to an affordable £5 which I feel is very reasonable for a dessert parlour. I will be sure to visit again, most likely to sample the crêpes."

"Visited with my 10 year old son on saturday evening. Happy to accomodate us despite arriving 30 minutes before our booking. He had the large kids menu of cheesy garlic bread, pasta and 3-chees sauce and dough do-chi balls for desert. I opted for the 3-course set menu of bruschetta, lasagane and a brownie. The food itself was ok (although the lasgane seemed to be a few sheets of pasta in a greasy bolognese sauce), but the portions were all dissapointingly small, both for the kids menu and the set menu. Service was ok, although it took an age to clear our starters (which hadn't taken long to eat) and similarly clear our deserts and get the bill. We left feeling hungry. When the restaurant is surrounded by alternatives, there's no reason to return there."
