"Me and my friend have been going to Bella Italia for a while now, we used to try a few restaurants in Eldon Square. When we tried Bella Italia we were made to feel welcome immediately by all the staff at Bella particularly Ed who always makes an effort to make sure us and all his customers have what we need and always friendly to us. This is why we keep going back as the staff and the food are the best in Newcastle. Thankyou Ed for looking after us, cant recommend enough!"

I don't know what size it is, but it's definitely not worth £15. The pizza doesn't taste fresh, but like frozen and reheated. In addition, we ordered gluten-free pizza, and my partner got sick...

Tried using a voucher which should have been accepted according to the terms and conditions but was told it couldn't be used. Once we had our meal all staff just stood around and we ended up having to get up and go and ask for a drink. Would not recommend and wouldn't be back. Awful.
